Abstract

本发明提供一种联动式椎间融合器,包括至少两个融合器单元以及与融合器单元后端连接的植入器,融合器单元的一侧面设有燕尾槽,另一侧面设有与燕尾槽匹配的燕尾形凸台,融合器单元通过燕尾槽和凸台依次连接,植入器的侧面具有与融合器单元上的燕尾槽和凸台相同的燕尾形滑槽和燕尾形滑轨,融合器单元可沿相邻植入器滑动到相邻融合器单元的燕尾形凸台上或燕尾槽内。椎间融合器采用多个融合器单元逐一植入创口,与整个的椎间融合器相比,开设的创口缩小几倍,创伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快;融合器单元之间依次连接,提高了椎间融合器的稳定性和连接强度;采用植入器对融合器单元进行导向,采用与燕尾槽匹配的滑轨实现平稳过渡,提高了植入速度。

联动式椎间融合器
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别是涉及一种联动式椎间融合器。
背景技术
腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎不稳、胸腰椎退行性病变、腰椎滑脱等是常见的腰椎部疾病,一般多采用椎间融合术治疗方式,将椎间融合器填入椎间盘内,使上下腰椎融合。而现常用的椎间融合器为单一融合器或者几个独立无连接关系的融合器,单一的椎间融合器由于是一个整体,因此,在将单一融合器填入椎间盘之间时所产生的创口比较大,患者的恢复慢,疼痛比较严重;独立的融合器,在植入时,常受限伤口的大小无法植入多个,创口面积依然很大,而且,独立的融合器植入后相互之间不存在连接关系,同一椎间盘之间的安装位置不统一,影响融合器的支撑作用。
微创手术具有创伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快的优越性,因此,急需提供一种适合于微创手术的椎间融合器。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:为了克服现有技术中单一融合器植入后创伤大、疼痛严重、恢复慢的不足,或独立融合器单个或多个植入时稳定度不足,本发明提供一种联动式椎间融合器,采用多个相互连接的融合器以及与融合器匹配的植入器实现椎间融合器的连续植入,具有创伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快的特点。
本发明解决其技术问题所要采用的技术方案是:一种联动式椎间融合器,包括至少两个融合器单元以及与所述融合器单元后端连接的植入器,所述融合器单元的一侧面设有燕尾槽,另一侧面设有与所述燕尾槽匹配的燕尾形凸台,所述融合器单元通过燕尾槽和凸台依次连接,所述植入器的侧面具有与所述融合器单元上的燕尾槽和凸台截面形状相同的燕尾形滑槽和燕尾形滑轨,所述融合器单元在所述植入器的推动下可沿相邻融合器单元连接的所述植入器的燕尾形滑轨或燕尾形滑槽滑动到相邻所述融合器单元的所述燕尾形凸台上或燕尾槽内。
椎间融合器采用多个融合器单元逐一植入创口,与整个的椎间融合器相比体积缩小几倍,开设的创口相对会缩小几倍,因此,使创口面积减小,减轻了病人的痛苦,加快了恢复速度;融合器单元之间通过燕尾槽和燕尾形凸台依次连接,使原本孤立的融合器单元之间又连接成一个整体,提高了椎间融合器的稳定性和连接强度;采用植入器对融合器单元植入进行导向,便于依次植入的融合器单元之间的匹配连接,采用与燕尾槽匹配的滑轨,使融合器单元在由滑轨上滑到凸台上实现平稳过渡,提高了植入速度。
进一步,为了使逐个进入的融合器单元位置能够保持一致,所述燕尾槽前端设有限位凹槽,所述凸台前端设有与所述限位凹槽匹配的限位凸起,所述限位凸起卡在所述限位凹槽内使相互连接的融合器单元平齐。通过限位凹槽和限位凸起的限位,后面植入的融合器单元在向前推进过程中不会超过前面的融合器单元,使融合器单元前端保持平齐。
进一步,为了便于融合器单元在向前推进的过程中便于穿入创口,所述融合器单元前端具有向下倾斜的坡度。前端具有坡度,使前端的高度减小,即前端头部变小便于进入创口。
进一步,所述植入器包括外壳和设置在外壳内部的操作杆,所述操作杆与所述外壳转动连接,所述燕尾形滑轨和燕尾形滑槽分别设置在所述外壳相对的侧面上。通过操作杆和外壳的共同作用,既能固定融合器单元将其植入到椎间盘,又能便于融合器单元植入后植入器的取出。
进一步,为了方便融合器单元的植入操作,所述操作杆伸出所述外壳与所述融合器单元连接的一端设有外螺纹,所述融合器单元后端面具有与操作杆外螺纹配套连接的螺纹孔。融合器单元连接在操作杆前端,通过操作操作杆可以将融合器单元放入开设的创口内。
进一步,所述融合器单元后端面上还设有条形凹槽,所述外壳前端设有与所述条形凹槽匹配的条形凸起,所述条形凸起与所述条形凹槽匹配连接。条形凸起嵌入条形凹槽内,在转动内部的操作杆时,用于防止外壳随操作杆产生轴向转动,保证植入器上的燕尾形滑轨与融合器单元上的燕尾形凸台对齐。
进一步,为了使患者上下腰椎达到更好的融合和固定,所述融合器单元还设有上下贯穿的填充孔,所述填充孔用于填充将融合器单元固定在椎间盘之间的填充物。通过在填充孔内设置填充物将融合器单元与上下腰椎固定,从而实现更好的融合,提高稳定性。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种联动式椎间融合器,采用融合器单元和植入器的联动将融合器单元一个一个的植入椎间盘之间,由于椎间融合器分为多个融合器单元逐个植入到椎间盘之间,因此产生的创口较小、病人的疼痛较轻、术后恢复快,适合于微创手术的应用。

如图1-5所示,本发明的一种联动式椎间融合器,包括至少两个融合器单元1以及与所述融合器单元1后端连接的两个植入器2。

所述融合器单元1与所述植入器2安装时,融合器单元1侧面的燕尾槽3与植入器2侧面的燕尾形滑槽15对齐,融合器另一侧面的燕尾形凸台4与植入器2另一侧面的燕尾形滑轨14对齐,相邻的融合器单元1进行安装时,后一融合器单元1的燕尾槽3沿着前一植入器2的滑轨14向前滑动,直到滑动到前一融合器单元1的凸台4上。或者是后一融合器单元1的凸台4沿着前一植入器2的滑槽15向前滑动,直到滑动到前一融合器单元1的燕尾槽3内。
在实际生产中,第一个融合器单元1和最后一个融合器单元1的外侧边可以设计为与椎间盘11内腔形状匹配的弧形外侧面。
植入过程:
如图6-7所示,将第一个融合器单元1和第一个植入器2安装好,并且融合器单元1上的燕尾槽3与植入器2上的滑槽15对准,融合器单元1上的凸台4与植入器2上的滑轨14对准,通过微创手术器械将融合器单元1植入椎间盘11的创口7内;然后将第二个融合器单元1按照前面的安装方法安装在第二个植入器2的端部,并将第二个融合器单元1沿第一个植入器2的滑轨14插入第二个融合器单元1的燕尾槽3内,并沿着滑轨14继续向前推进;当第二个融合器单元1推到与第一个融合器单元1并排的位置上后,将第一个植入器2从第一个融合器上拆下,并沿着第二个植入器2的滑槽15滑出;当第一个植入器2取出后,横向移动第二个植入器2,第二个植入器2带动第二个融合器单元1横向移动,第二个融合器单元1向内部推第一个融合器单元1,使位置横向移动一个融合器单元1的位置。当有多个融合器单元1需要植入时,按照上述的操作依次进行,完成椎间融合器的植入。图6中所示的是侧向开设创口7植入三个融合器单元1的流程示意图,图7中所示的是正向开设创口7植入四个融合器单元1的流程示意图。

1.一种联动式椎间融合器,其特征在于:包括至少两个融合器单元(1)以及与所述融合器单元(1)后端连接的植入器(2),所述融合器单元(1)的一侧面设有燕尾槽(3),另一侧面设有与所述燕尾槽(3)匹配的燕尾形凸台(4),所述融合器单元(1)通过燕尾槽(3)和凸台(4)依次连接,所述植入器(2)的侧面具有与所述融合器单元(1)上的燕尾槽(3)和凸台(4)截面形状相同的燕尾形滑槽(15)和燕尾形滑轨(14),所述融合器单元(1)在所述植入器(2)的推动下可沿相邻融合器单元(1)连接的所述植入器(2)的燕尾形滑轨(14)或燕尾形滑槽(15)滑动到相邻所述融合器单元(1)的所述燕尾形凸台(4)上或燕尾槽(3)内。
