Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于注入骨水泥的加压骨水泥推进器。其包括骨水泥筒、活塞和活塞杆，活塞可移动地位于骨水泥筒内，且活塞的外侧壁与骨水泥筒的内侧壁紧密贴合，还包括通过第一铆钉活动连接的固定手柄和活动手柄，其中固定手柄由一体结构的连接部和固定部组成，活动手柄在靠近第一铆钉的一端还设有第二铆钉；骨水泥筒固定于连接部内，活塞杆的一端与活塞固定连接，其另一端依次套装有第一弹簧和第一弹片并伸出连接部外，第一弹片的上端抵靠在连接部上，其下端抵靠在第二铆钉上，第一弹簧的一端抵靠在连接部上，其另一端抵靠在第一弹片上。本发明具有结构简单、操作方便快捷、容易控制、可匀速注射、施加压力大的优点。

加压骨水泥推进器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种骨科用医疗器械，尤其是一种用于注入骨水泥的加压骨水泥推进器。
背景技术
在人工关节置换手术中，骨水泥已被广泛应用，其中骨水泥的搅拌和注射过程是手术的关键。现有的骨水泥注射装置多为由注射管、活塞和推杆组成的结构，活塞位于注射管内，推杆与活塞相连接，搅拌均匀的骨水泥从搅拌器抽入注射器中后，手持推杆推动活塞在注射管内移动，以进行注射操作。这种结构的缺点是，操作者手持推杆进行操作时，需一只手握住注射管，另一只手手持推杆，推动推杆的施力方向向前，故较难掌握，很容易力度过大或过小，无法很好的进行匀速注射。且使用高粘度骨水泥或骨水泥快要凝固时，由于骨水泥非常粘稠，会无法推动进行注射。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、操作方便快捷、容易控制、可匀速注射、施加压力大的加压骨水泥推进器。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是：该加压骨水泥推进器包括骨水泥筒、活塞和活塞杆，活塞可移动地位于骨水泥筒内，且活塞的外侧壁与骨水泥筒的内侧壁紧密贴合，其结构特点是还包括通过第一铆钉活动连接的固定手柄和活动手柄，其中固定手柄由一体结构的连接部和固定部组成，活动手柄在靠近第一铆钉的一端还设有第二铆钉；骨水泥筒固定于连接部内，活塞杆的一端与活塞固定连接，其另一端依次套装有第一弹簧和第一弹片并伸出连接部外，第一弹片的上端抵靠在连接部上，其下端抵靠在第二铆钉上，第一弹簧的一端抵靠在连接部上，其另一端抵靠在第一弹片上。
本发明所述活塞杆伸出连接部外的一端在其位于连接部外的部分还依次套装有第二弹簧和第二弹片，第二弹片的上端抵靠在连接部上，第二弹簧的一端抵靠在连接部上，其另一端抵靠在第二弹片上。
本发明还包括注射导管和注射嘴，注射导管和骨水泥筒通过第一螺纹套固定连接，注射嘴和注射导管通过第二螺纹套固定连接。
本发明所述活塞杆伸出连接部外的一端的尾部设有推进端头。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下有益效果：采用活动连接的固定手柄和活动手柄作为推动活塞在骨水泥筒内移动的推力装置，由于握紧活动手柄时施力方向向使用者方向，力度容易掌握，且每握紧一次活动手柄，活塞在骨水泥筒内移动的距离相同，因此骨水泥的注射量容易控制，可进行匀速注射；且由于对骨水泥施加的压力较大，即使使用高粘度骨水泥或骨水泥快要凝固时，也可以进行注射。

具体实施方式
参见图1-图3，本实施例包括固定手柄1、活动手柄2、骨水泥筒4、活塞5、活塞杆6、注射导管9和注射嘴10，注射导管9和骨水泥筒4通过第一螺纹套11固定连接，注射嘴10和注射导管9通过第二螺纹套12固定连接；活塞5可移动的位于骨水泥筒4内，且活塞5的外侧壁与骨水泥筒4的内侧壁紧密贴合。固定手柄1和活动手柄2通过第一铆钉3活动连接，其中固定手柄1由一体结构的连接部101和固定部102组成，活动手柄2在靠近第一铆钉（3）的一端还设有第二铆钉14。骨水泥筒4固定于连接部101内，活塞杆6的一端与活塞5固定连接，其另一端依次套装有第一弹簧7和第一弹片8并伸出连接部101外，第一弹片8的上端抵靠在连接部11上，其下端抵靠在第二铆钉14上，第一弹簧7的一端抵靠在连接部11上，其另一端抵靠在第一弹片8上。活塞杆6伸出连接部101外的一端在其位于连接部101外的部分还依次套装有第二弹簧15和第二弹片16，第二弹片16的上端抵靠在连接部11上，第二弹簧15的一端抵靠在连接部11上，其另一端抵靠在第二弹片8上。活塞杆6伸出连接部101外的一端的尾部设有推进端头13。
使用时，将搅拌好的骨水泥灌入骨水泥筒4内，然后一手握住骨水泥筒4，另一手握住固定手柄1的固定部102和活动手柄2，握紧固定部102和活动手柄2时，活动手柄2向固定部102方向转动，随着活动手柄2的转动，第二铆钉14推动第一弹片8向骨水泥筒4方向移动并压缩第一弹簧7；第一弹片8推动活塞杆6向注射嘴10方向移动，活塞杆6推动活塞5在骨水泥筒4内向注射嘴10方向移动，骨水泥经注射导管9从注射嘴10流出。接着放松固定部102和活动手柄2，第一弹簧7回复，第一弹片8也回复到原位，活塞杆6不再向注射嘴10方向移动。重复以上握紧和放松固定部102和活动手柄2的操作，即可匀速的进行骨水泥注射，直至活塞5在骨水泥筒4内移动到尽头。此时，一手向活动手柄2方向推动第二弹片16至第二弹片16与活塞杆6互相垂直，第二弹簧15被压缩，另一手向推进端头13方向拉动活塞杆6，将活塞杆6拉直原位，可重新将骨水泥灌入骨水泥筒4内再次进行注射。松开第二弹片16，第二弹簧15回复，第二弹片16也回复到原位。

Claims (4)

1.一种加压骨水泥推进器，包括骨水泥筒（4）、活塞（5）和活塞杆（6），活塞（5）可移动地位于骨水泥筒（4）内，且活塞（5）的外侧壁与骨水泥筒（4）的内侧壁紧密贴合，其特征是：还包括通过第一铆钉（3）活动连接的固定手柄（1）和活动手柄（2），其中固定手柄（1）由一体结构的连接部（101）和固定部（102）组成，活动手柄（2）在靠近第一铆钉（3）的一端还设有第二铆钉（14）；骨水泥筒（4）固定于连接部（101）内，活塞杆（6）的一端与活塞（5）固定连接，其另一端依次套装有第一弹簧（7）和第一弹片（8）并伸出连接部（101）外，第一弹片（8）的上端抵靠在连接部（11）上，其下端抵靠在第二铆钉（14）上，第一弹簧（7）的一端抵靠在连接部（11）上，其另一端抵靠在第一弹片（8）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加压骨水泥推进器，其特征是：所述活塞杆（6）伸出连接部（101）外的一端在其位于连接部（101）外的部分还依次套装有第二弹簧（15）和第二弹片（16），第二弹片（16）的上端抵靠在连接部（11）上，第二弹簧（15）的一端抵靠在连接部（11）上，其另一端抵靠在第二弹片（8）上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的加压骨水泥推进器，其特征是：还包括注射导管（9）和注射嘴（10），注射导管（9）和骨水泥筒（4）通过第一螺纹套（11）固定连接，注射嘴（10）和注射导管（9）通过第二螺纹套（12）固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的加压骨水泥推进器，其特征是：所述活塞杆（6）伸出连接部（101）外的一端的尾部设有推进端头（13）。
