Abstract
本发明公开了一种骨水泥输送系统,包括手柄、骨水泥枪体、套筒和推杆,套筒安装在骨水泥枪体内,手柄由通过第一定位销活动连接的固定手柄和活动手柄组成,活动手柄在靠近第一定位销的一端还设有第二定位销;骨水泥枪体固定在固定手柄内,推杆的一端与套筒固定连接,其另一端依次套装第一弹簧、推进板后伸出固定手柄,且该端伸出固定手柄后再依次套装有第二弹簧和锁板;第一弹簧的一端抵靠在固定手柄上,其另一端抵靠在推进板上;推进板的上端抵靠在固定手柄上,其下端抵靠在第二定位销上;第二弹簧的一端抵靠在固定手柄上,其另一端抵靠在锁板上。本发明具有结构简单、操作方便快捷、容易控制、可匀速输送、降低骨水泥渗漏的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于经皮椎体成形术的医疗器械,尤其是一种骨水泥输送系统。
背景技术
在治疗椎体压缩性骨折的经皮椎体成形术中,骨水泥的搅拌和输送是手术的关键。现在临床实践中,骨水泥推进装置采用手动骨水泥推进器,搅拌均匀的骨水泥从搅拌器注入骨水泥推进器中后,手拿推杆推动杆芯在外套管内移动,以进行推进操作。这种装置的缺点是:操作者手持推杆推进操作时,需一只手握住外套管,另一只手手持杆芯,推动杆芯的施力方向向前,故较难掌握,很容易力度过大或过小,无法很好的进行匀速注射。且使用的高粘度骨水泥或骨水泥快要凝固时,由于骨水泥非常粘稠,会无法推动进行推进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、操作方便快捷、容易控制、可匀速输送、降低骨水泥渗漏的骨水泥输送系统。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:该骨水泥输入系统包括手柄、骨水泥枪体、套筒和推杆,套筒可推进地安装在骨水泥枪体内,且套筒的外侧壁与骨水泥枪体的内侧壁紧密贴合,其结构特点是所述的手柄由通过第一定位销活动连接的固定手柄和活动手柄组成,活动手柄在靠近第一定位销的一端还设有第二定位销;骨水泥枪体固定在固定手柄内,推杆的一端与套筒固定连接,其另一端依次套装第一弹簧、推进板后伸出固定手柄,且该端伸出固定手柄后再依次套装有第二弹簧和锁板;第一弹簧的一端抵靠在固定手柄上,其另一端抵靠在推进板上;推进板的上端抵靠在固定手柄上,其下端抵靠在第二定位销上;第二弹簧的一端抵靠在固定手柄上,其另一端抵靠在锁板上;锁板的上端抵靠在固定手柄上。
本发明还包括注射软管,注射软管的一端通过锁紧帽头与骨水泥枪体相连接,其另一端设置有注射嘴。
本发明在所述推杆伸出固定手柄外一端的尾部设置有推进接头。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:该骨水泥输送系统采用握紧和放松手柄作为推动套筒在骨水泥枪体内移动的推力装置,由于紧握手柄时施力方向向使用者方向,力度容易掌握,且每握紧一次手柄,套筒在骨水泥枪体内移动的距离相同,因此骨水泥的输送量更容易控制,可进行匀速注射;且由于对骨水泥施加的压力较大,即使使用高粘度骨水泥或快要凝固的骨水泥时,也可以进行输送,降低了骨水泥渗漏。

实施方式
参见图1-图5,本实施例包括手柄1、骨水泥枪体2、套筒3、推杆4和注射软管5。套筒3可推进地安装在骨水泥枪体2内,且套筒3的外侧壁与骨水泥枪体2的内侧壁紧密贴合。手柄1由通过第一定位销12活动连接的固定手柄101和活动手柄102组成,活动手柄102在靠近第一定位销12的一端还设有第二定位销13。骨水泥枪体2固定在固定手柄101内,推杆4的一端与套筒3固定连接,其另一端依次套装第一弹簧8、推进板10后伸出固定手柄101,且该端伸出固定手柄101后再依次套装有第二弹簧9和锁板11。第一弹簧8的一端抵靠在固定手柄101上,其另一端抵靠在推进板10上;推进板10的上端抵靠在固定手柄101上,其下端抵靠在第二定位销13上;第二弹簧9的一端抵靠在固定手柄101上,其另一端抵靠在锁板11上;锁板11的上端抵靠在固定手柄101上。注射软管5的一端通过锁紧帽头6与骨水泥枪体2相连接,其另一端设置有注射嘴7。推杆4伸出固定手柄101外一端的尾部还设置有推进接头14。
使用时,将搅拌好的骨水泥灌入骨水泥枪体2内,然后一手握住骨水泥枪体2,另一手握住固定手柄101和活动手柄102,将活动手柄102向固定手柄101方向绕着第一定位销12转动,随着活动手柄102的转动,第二定位销13推动推进板10沿着推杆4向骨水泥枪体2方向移动并压缩第一弹簧8;推进板10推动推杆4和套筒3向注射软管5的方向移动,随着套筒3的移动,骨水泥枪体2内的骨水泥经注射软管5从注射嘴7流出。接着放松活动手柄102,第一弹簧8和推进板10回复到原位,推杆4和套筒3不再向注射软管5的方向移动。重复以上转动和放松活动手柄102的操作,即可匀速的进行骨水泥注射,将骨水泥输送到患者椎体骨折端,直至套筒3在骨水泥枪体2内移动到尽头。
需要重新灌装骨水泥时,一手向活动手柄102方向推动锁板11至锁板11与推杆4互相垂直,第二弹簧9被压缩,另一手向推进接头14方向拉动推杆4,将推杆4拉回原位,即可重新将骨水泥灌入骨水泥枪体2内。松开锁板11,第二弹簧9和锁板11回复原位。
Claims (3)
1.一种骨水泥输送系统,包括手柄(1)、骨水泥枪体(2)、套筒(3)和推杆(4),套筒(3)可推进地安装在骨水泥枪体(2)内,且套筒(3)的外侧壁与骨水泥枪体(2)的内侧壁紧密贴合,其特征是:所述的手柄(1)由通过第一定位销(12)活动连接的固定手柄(101)和活动手柄(102)组成,活动手柄(102)在靠近第一定位销(12)的一端还设有第二定位销(13);骨水泥枪体(2)固定在固定手柄(101)内,推杆(4)的一端与套筒(3)固定连接,其另一端依次套装第一弹簧(8)、推进板(10)后伸出固定手柄(101),且该端伸出固定手柄(101)后再依次套装有第二弹簧(9)和锁板(11);第一弹簧(8)的一端抵靠在固定手柄(101)上,其另一端抵靠在推进板(10)上;推进板(10)的上端抵靠在固定手柄(101)上,其下端抵靠在第二定位销(13)上;第二弹簧(9)的一端抵靠在固定手柄(101)上,其另一端抵靠在锁板(11)上;锁板(11)的上端抵靠在固定手柄(101)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的骨水泥输送系统,其特征是:还包括注射软管(5),注射软管(5)的一端通过锁紧帽头(6)与骨水泥枪体(2)相连接,其另一端设置有注射嘴(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的骨水泥输送系统,其特征是:在所述推杆(4)伸出固定手柄(101)外一端的尾部设置有推进接头(14)。
