本发明公开了一种小麦种子贮藏用处理剂,涉及种子贮藏技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:水溶性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂25‑30份、聚乙烯醇树脂10‑15份、葛根淀粉6‑10份、微晶纤维素6‑10份、氢化蓖麻油5‑8份、防潮防蛀剂5‑8份、聚乙二醇4000 4‑6份、聚马来酸酐4‑6份、火山灰3‑5份、米糠蜡3‑5份、黄原胶3‑5份、皂角粉2‑3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2‑3份、松节油1‑2份、尿素1‑2份、纳米钛白粉0.5‑1份。本发明处理剂与种子混合后能在种子表面包裹形成一层超薄的保护膜,并在防潮防蛀剂的协同作用下,充分发挥防潮防虫蛀效果,以提高种子合格率和发芽率。

技术领域:
本发明涉及种子贮藏技术领域,具体涉及一种小麦种子贮藏用处理剂。
背景技术:
种子贮藏,是指种子收获后至播种前的保存过程。要求防止发热霉变和虫蛀,保持种子活力、纯度和净度,为农业生产提供合格的播种材料。而小麦种子在贮藏过程中极易虫蛀,降低种子合格率和播种后的发芽率。传统小麦种子贮藏方法是先对种子进行干燥,将其含水量控制在规定范围内,然后放入防虫蛀药剂,充分混合后即可装入贮藏容器内。这种小麦种子贮藏方式虽然能提高种子合格率,但仍有部分种子不能使用,因此可能会给正常播种带来影响。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能在种子表面包裹形成保护膜以进行防潮防虫蛀的小麦种子贮藏用处理剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种小麦种子贮藏用处理剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
水溶性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂25-30份、聚乙烯醇树脂10-15份、葛根淀粉6-10份、微晶纤维素6-10份、氢化蓖麻油5-8份、防潮防蛀剂5-8份、聚乙二醇40004-6份、聚马来酸酐4-6份、火山灰3-5份、米糠蜡3-5份、黄原胶3-5份、皂角粉2-3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2-3份、松节油1-2份、尿素1-2份、纳米钛白粉0.5-1份;
所述防潮防蛀剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:鲜西红柿叶15-20份、鲜木薯叶10-15份、鲜木荷叶10-15份、凹凸棒土10-15份、苦茶粉7-11份、棉籽饼5-9份、韭菜籽4-7份、无患子4-7份、分子筛原粉3-6份、土荆皮3-6份、聚季铵盐2-4份、芒硝2-4份、纳米三氧化二锑0.5-1份,其制备方法为:先将鲜西红柿叶、鲜木薯叶和鲜木荷叶加入2倍重量份的水中,浸泡1h后利用磨浆机充分磨浆,然后过滤,向滤液中加入苦茶粉和棉籽饼,于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,再加入粉碎成粉末的韭菜籽、无患子和土荆皮,浸泡30min后继续微波处理10min,混合物送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,最后加入凹凸棒土、分子筛原粉、聚季铵盐、芒硝和纳米三氧化二锑,充分混合均匀。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向水溶性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂中加入聚乙烯醇树脂和聚乙二醇4000,先加热至110-115℃保温混合10min,再加入聚马来酸酐和黄原胶,继续加热至125-130℃保温混合10min,即得物料I;
(2)将氢化蓖麻油和米糠蜡加热至熔点保温混合,待完全熔化后加入火山灰、松节油和纳米钛白粉,保温混合5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、葛根淀粉、微晶纤维素、防潮防蛀剂、皂角粉、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和尿素,充分混合均匀后于0-5℃静置过夜,最后经球磨机球磨至细度小于50μm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以水溶性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂为主要原料,辅以多种助剂制得小麦种子贮藏用处理剂,该处理剂与种子混合后能在种子表面包裹形成一层超薄的保护膜,并在防潮防蛀剂的协同作用下,充分发挥防潮防虫蛀效果,以提高种子合格率和发芽率。除此之外,该保护膜溶于水,播种时只需将种子放入水中搅拌即可除去保护膜,不影响种子的正常发芽。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)向25份水溶性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂中加入15份聚乙烯醇树脂和4份聚乙二醇4000,先加热至110-115℃保温混合10min,再加入4份聚马来酸酐和3份黄原胶,继续加热至125-130℃保温混合10min,即得物料I;
(2)将5份氢化蓖麻油和5份米糠蜡加热至熔点保温混合,待完全熔化后加入3份火山灰、2份松节油和0.5份纳米钛白粉,保温混合5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、8份葛根淀粉、8份微晶纤维素、8份防潮防蛀剂、3份皂角粉、2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和2份尿素,充分混合均匀后于0-5℃静置过夜,最后经球磨机球磨至细度小于50μm。
防潮防蛀剂的制备:先将20份鲜西红柿叶、15份鲜木薯叶和10份鲜木荷叶加入2倍重量份的水中,浸泡1h后利用磨浆机充分磨浆,然后过滤,向滤液中加入8份苦茶粉和6份棉籽饼,于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,再加入粉碎成粉末的7份韭菜籽、4份无患子和4份土荆皮,浸泡30min后继续微波处理10min,混合物送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,最后加入15份凹凸棒土、3份分子筛原粉、2份聚季铵盐、3份芒硝和0.5份纳米三氧化二锑,充分混合均匀。
实施例2
(1)向30份水溶性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂中加入10份聚乙烯醇树脂和6份聚乙二醇4000,先加热至110-115℃保温混合10min,再加入6份聚马来酸酐和3份黄原胶,继续加热至125-130℃保温混合10min,即得物料I;
(2)将8份氢化蓖麻油和3份米糠蜡加热至熔点保温混合,待完全熔化后加入5份火山灰、2份松节油和0.5份纳米钛白粉,保温混合5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、10份葛根淀粉、6份微晶纤维素、8份防潮防蛀剂、2份皂角粉、3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和1份尿素,充分混合均匀后于0-5℃静置过夜,最后经球磨机球磨至细度小于50μm。
防潮防蛀剂的制备:先将20份鲜西红柿叶、10份鲜木薯叶和10份鲜木荷叶加入2倍重量份的水中,浸泡1h后利用磨浆机充分磨浆,然后过滤,向滤液中加入8份苦茶粉和8份棉籽饼,于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,再加入粉碎成粉末的5份韭菜籽、5份无患子和3份土荆皮,浸泡30min后继续微波处理10min,混合物送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,最后加入12份凹凸棒土、5份分子筛原粉、3份聚季铵盐、2份芒硝和0.5份纳米三氧化二锑,充分混合均匀。

1.一种小麦种子贮藏用处理剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:水溶性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂25-30份、聚乙烯醇树脂10-15份、葛根淀粉6-10份、微晶纤维素6-10份、氢化蓖麻油5-8份、防潮防蛀剂5-8份、聚乙二醇40004-6份、聚马来酸酐4-6份、火山灰3-5份、米糠蜡3-5份、黄原胶3-5份、皂角粉2-3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2-3份、松节油1-2份、尿素1-2份、纳米钛白粉0.5-1份;
所述防潮防蛀剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:鲜西红柿叶15-20份、鲜木薯叶10-15份、鲜木荷叶10-15份、凹凸棒土10-15份、苦茶粉7-11份、棉籽饼5-9份、韭菜籽4-7份、无患子4-7份、分子筛原粉3-6份、土荆皮3-6份、聚季铵盐2-4份、芒硝2-4份、纳米三氧化二锑0.5-1份,其制备方法为:先将鲜西红柿叶、鲜木薯叶和鲜木荷叶加入2倍重量份的水中,浸泡1h后利用磨浆机充分磨浆,然后过滤,向滤液中加入苦茶粉和棉籽饼,于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,再加入粉碎成粉末的韭菜籽、无患子和土荆皮,浸泡30min后继续微波处理10min,混合物送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,最后加入凹凸棒土、分子筛原粉、聚季铵盐、芒硝和纳米三氧化二锑,充分混合均匀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小麦种子贮藏用处理剂,其特征在于,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向水溶性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂中加入聚乙烯醇树脂和聚乙二醇4000,先加热至110-115℃保温混合10min,再加入聚马来酸酐和黄原胶,继续加热至125-130℃保温混合10min,即得物料I;
(2)将氢化蓖麻油和米糠蜡加热至熔点保温混合,待完全熔化后加入火山灰、松节油和纳米钛白粉,保温混合5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、葛根淀粉、微晶纤维素、防潮防蛀剂、皂角粉、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和尿素,充分混合均匀后于0-5℃静置过夜,最后经球磨机球磨至细度小于50μm。
