Abstract

本发明涉及作物授粉领域,具体为一种提高蜜蜂访花的有效方法,采用蜂群调控和植株喷洒引诱剂结合来实现增加蜜蜂访花的频率和数量,包括蜜蜂授粉杂交大豆田间选择;调节蜂群结构;授粉蜂群运进大豆地,大豆开花初期将选定的授粉蜂群运进大豆杂交种制种田;植株喷洒引诱剂配制,由芳樟醇、苯甲醇、罗勒烯、香叶醇、橙花醇、蘑菇醇和2‑庚酮组成;蜂群准备好后进入授粉场地,作物开花期间在作物的花朵上喷洒引诱剂吸引蜜蜂访花。利用蜜蜂饲喂幼虫需要花粉和气味作为蜜蜂食源定向的途径之一的生物学特性,吸引大量蜜蜂,达到增加蜜蜂访花数量和自然授粉率,提高作物产量,具有科学、简便易操作、材料便宜易获得、成本低、效果明显特点。

一种提高杂交大豆制种蜂群访花的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及作物授粉领域,具体为一种提高蜜蜂访花的有效方法,提高作物授粉效果。
背景技术
蜜蜂类昆虫具有独特的形态生理结构和生物学特性,是农作物最理想的授粉昆虫。世界上许多经济发达国家都十分重视利用蜜蜂为农作物授粉,以改善农田的生态环境,保证农作物的优质高产。农作物利用蜜蜂授粉,不仅可以增加产量,还可以改善果实和种子品质、提高后代的生活力,有利于生态环境的改善和保障人们的身体健康。蜜蜂为作物和果蔬授粉,提高其坐果率和品质方面已得到肯定。但蜜蜂为作物授粉时,有时会遇到需要授粉的植物蜜、粉少(如杂交大豆),从而对蜜蜂的吸引力差,授粉效果差,结实或结荚率低,品质差或异交率低,从而影响作物产量。
大豆是自花授粉植物,不通过昆虫授粉就能够正常结荚。但是,大豆杂交种必须经人工授粉或昆虫授粉才能结实,目前采用人工授粉解决授粉问题,存在劳动强度大,劳务成本高,效率低等问题。虽然蜜蜂是优秀的授粉昆虫,但蜜蜂不喜欢采访大豆花,因为大豆花蜜、花粉少, 花香气味低,对蜜蜂吸引力不大,因此,仅仅用蜜蜂为其它农作物授粉的方法来为大豆杂交种授粉,效果不理想。
总之,大豆杂交授粉是困扰大豆杂交种田间制种关键技术的瓶颈,使大豆杂交种不能大面积推广。因此解决大豆杂交授粉已成为大豆杂交种制种技术的当务之急。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种提高杂交大豆制种蜂群访花的方法,提高蜜蜂采集积极性,增加蜜蜂访花的数量和频率,从而提高植物的授粉效果及最终的产量。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:一种提高杂交大豆制种蜂群访花的方法,采用蜂群调控和植株喷洒引诱剂两种方法相结合来实现增加蜜蜂访花的频率和数量,包括以下步骤:
(1)蜜蜂授粉杂交大豆田间选择
根据地区气候情况,选择适于大豆生长的田地,按正常田间管理适时播种大豆杂交种,并实施父本、母本之间隔垅间种;
(2)调节蜂群结构
在正常繁殖的蜂群中选择授粉蜂群,蜂群中的子脾面积为1/3,大幼虫占到子脾的3/5;
(3)授粉蜂群运进大豆地
大豆开花初期将选定的授粉蜂群运进大豆杂交种制种田,每公顷放置授粉蜂群 5~8群;
(4)植株喷洒引诱剂的组成及其配制
引诱剂由芳樟醇、苯甲醇、罗勒烯、香叶醇、橙花醇、蘑菇醇和2-庚酮组成,其中取芳樟醇2-5ml、苯甲醇2-5ml、罗勒烯1-2.5ml、香叶醇0.5-2ml、橙花醇1-2ml、蘑菇醇1-2ml和2-庚酮1-2ml混匀,用无水乙醇作为溶剂配制成20ml-50ml的乙醇溶液;
取配好的乙醇溶液2-5ml,用重量比为(1-3):1的糖浆配制成500ml-1000ml的引诱剂;
(5)蜂群准备好后进入授粉场地,作物开花期间在作物的花朵上喷洒上述引诱剂吸引蜜蜂访花。
上述引诱剂配方中,芳樟醇带有浓青带甜的木青气息,似玫瑰木,既有紫丁香、铃兰与玫瑰的花香,又有木香、果香气息,香气柔和,轻扬透发,不甚持久;苯甲醇是极有用的定香剂;罗勒烯有草香、花香并伴有橙花油气息;香叶醇常温下为无色至黄色的油状液体,具有温和、甜的玫瑰花气息,味有苦感,难溶于水,可溶于有机溶剂中;橙花醇有令人愉快的玫瑰和橙花的香气,香气较平和,微带柠檬样的果香,橙花醇是香叶醇的异构体,其香气比香叶醇柔和优美,相对偏清,并带有新鲜的清香和柑橘香调;蘑菇醇,外观为无色至淡黄色油状液体,具有蘑菇、薰衣草、玫瑰和干草香气;2-庚酮无色透明液体,有类似梨的水果香味。本发明将上述七种物质组合在一起,并用乙醇作为溶剂,并用糖浆稀释,制成引诱剂,充分利用蜜蜂和大豆杂交种各自生物学特性,发挥了蜂巢信息和仿花香信息对蜜蜂诱导的作用,使授粉蜜蜂适应于为大豆杂交种田间制种授粉,突破了制约杂交大豆田间制种授粉技术的瓶颈。
公知,大量幼虫的存在需要消耗大量的花粉,有利于刺激蜂群大量采粉的积极性,也有利于蜂群的繁育、发展和后续生产。因此本发明合理调节蜂群结构,使得蜂群中的子脾面积为1/3,大幼虫占到子脾的3/5,利用蜜蜂有幼虫时激发其采粉积极性的生物学特性,以大大激发蜜蜂的采粉积极性。
本发明利用蜜蜂饲喂幼虫需要花粉和气味作为蜜蜂食源定向的途径之一的生物学特性,吸引大量蜜蜂,达到增加蜜蜂访花数量,提高蜜蜂访花的目的,授粉期使用,可增加自然授粉率,提高产量,同时有利于果实成长的均匀度,减少因人工授粉造成的畸形果,从而提高作物产量,改善作物品质,本发明具有科学、简便易操作、材料便宜易获得、成本低、效果明显等特点。
具体实施方式
一种提高杂交大豆制种蜂群访花的方法,采用蜂群调控和植株喷洒引诱剂两种方法相结合来实现增加蜜蜂访花的频率和数量,包括以下步骤:
(1)蜜蜂授粉杂交大豆田间选择
根据地区气候情况,选择适于大豆生长的田地,按正常田间管理适时播种大豆杂交种,并实施父本、母本之间隔垅间种;
(2)调节蜂群结构
选取或调配3群正常蜂群,8脾足蜂,使蜂群中的子脾面积约为1/3,大幼虫占到子脾的3/5,蜂群准备好后放入授粉场地,每天给蜂群饲喂含1mM蘑菇醇的1:1糖浆200ml;
(3)授粉蜂群运进大豆地
大豆开花初期将选定的授粉蜂群运进大豆杂交种制种田,每公顷放置授粉蜂群 5~8群;
(4)植株喷洒引诱剂的组成及其配制
设计喷水、糖水、引诱剂1、引诱剂2、引诱剂3和蜂为媒6组处理进行比较,编号分别为A、B、C、D、E和F,其中A组和B组作为空白和对照。取已配好的引诱剂,在大豆花开放时间9:00在花朵上进行喷雾,每小时观察30分钟,记录来访蜜蜂数量;
A :水
B:按照水:白糖重量比1:1的比例配制糖浆;
C引诱剂1:按照芳樟醇2ml、苯甲醇1ml、罗勒烯1ml、香叶醇0.5ml、橙花醇1ml、蘑菇醇1ml和2-庚酮1ml混匀,用无水乙醇作为溶剂配制成20ml的乙醇溶液。取配好的乙醇溶液2ml,用水:白糖重量比为1:1配制成糖浆,然后加入乙醇溶液中,配制成500ml的引诱剂。
D引诱剂2:按照芳樟醇5ml、苯甲醇5ml、罗勒烯2.5ml、香叶醇2ml、橙花醇2ml、蘑菇醇2ml和2-庚酮2ml混匀,用无水乙醇作为溶剂配制成50ml的乙醇溶液。取配好的乙醇溶液5ml,用水:白糖重量比为2:1的糖浆配制成1000ml的引诱剂。
E引诱剂3:按照芳樟醇4ml、苯甲醇3ml、罗勒烯2ml、香叶醇1ml、橙花醇1.5ml、蘑菇醇1.5ml和2-庚酮1.5ml混匀,用无水乙醇作为溶剂配制成40ml的乙醇溶液。取配好的乙醇溶液4ml,用水:白糖重量比为3:1的糖浆配制成800ml的引诱剂。
F蜂为媒:取蜂为媒溶液5ml,用水:白糖重量比1:1糖浆配制成500ml的溶液备用。
(5)大豆开花期间,选取品种一致,长势基本相同、花期基本一致的6块9m2样地,5群蜂放置在六块样地中间,样地距离蜂群50米左右,取已配好的引诱剂,在大豆花开放时间9:00在花朵上进行喷雾,喷完后1小时观察,每小时观察30分钟,记录来访蜜蜂数量。连续喷3天,喷完后1小时左右,蜜蜂和其它昆虫数量就开始明显增加,蜜蜂访花数量可以增加到25%以上。
具体数据如下:

由表1和表2可以看出,本发明所述的引诱剂C、D、E一天内父本和母本的访花蜜蜂数量处理组均高于空白,尤其是处理C组蜜蜂访花时间早于其它组、访花蜜蜂数量也多于其它组,蜜蜂数量与对照B组相比,约增加一半。所以选择C组作为最合适的引诱剂,增加访花蜜蜂数量,从而改善杂交大豆的传粉问题。试验期间发现不仅可以诱引蜜蜂,一些野生蜂也被吸引。

Claims (1)

1.一种提高杂交大豆制种蜂群访花的方法,其特征是采用蜂群调控和植株喷洒引诱剂两种方法相结合来实现增加蜜蜂访花的频率和数量,包括以下步骤:
(1)蜜蜂授粉杂交大豆田间选择
根据地区气候情况,选择适于大豆生长的田地,按正常田间管理适时播种大豆杂交种,并实施父本、母本之间隔垅间种;
(2)调节蜂群结构
在正常繁殖的蜂群中选择授粉蜂群,蜂群中的子脾面积为1/3,大幼虫占到子脾的3/5;
(3)授粉蜂群运进大豆地
大豆开花初期将选定的授粉蜂群运进大豆杂交种制种田,每公顷放置授粉蜂群 5~8群;
(4)植株喷洒引诱剂的组成及其配制
