Abstract

本发明涉及一种可调柔性板料分段裁切装置,包括顺次相连的输料装置、牵引装置和裁切装置,牵引装置包括送料辊轴和活动安装在送料辊轴上的第四直齿轮;裁切装置包括和发动机连接的动力辊轴,动力辊轴上活动安装有第一直齿轮,第二直齿轮活动安装在惰轮轴上,第三直齿轮活动安装在裁刀辊轴上,裁切装置还包括安装在切刀固定板上的固定裁刀、安装在裁刀安装架上的辊轴裁刀,以及安装在裁刀辊轴上的裁刀安装架,且辊轴裁刀的数量为2个以上。本发明的裁切装置的四个齿轮均易换取,达到传动比可控的目的,可按照用户需要,切割得到各种长度的板料,固定裁刀与辊轴裁刀刀刃对板料的上下切合,提高了切割质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及板料加工领域,具体涉及一种可调柔性板料分段裁切装置。
背景技术
现有的分段切割装置中,对于板料切割长度的控制不方便,难以适用于多种长度规格的柔性板料切割,造成对板料切割后的废料不易处理,且加工效率低下。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可调柔性板料分段裁切装置。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种可调柔性板料分段裁切装置,包括顺次相连的输料装置、牵引装置和裁切装置,所述牵引装置包括送料辊轴和活动安装在送料辊轴上的第四直齿轮;所述裁切装置包括和发动机连接的动力辊轴,动力辊轴上活动安装有第一直齿轮,所述第一直齿轮的一侧与第二直齿轮的一侧啮合,所述第二直齿轮活动安装在惰轮轴上,所述第二直齿轮的另一侧与第三直齿轮啮合,所述第三直齿轮活动安装在裁刀辊轴上,所述第一直齿轮的另一侧与第四直齿轮啮合;
所述裁切装置还包括安装在切刀固定板上的固定裁刀、安装在裁刀安装架上的辊轴裁刀,以及安装在裁刀辊轴上的裁刀安装架,且所述辊轴裁刀21的数量为多个。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的裁切装置的四个齿轮均易换取,达到传动比可控的目的,可按照用户需要,切割得到各种长度的板料;固定裁刀19与辊轴裁刀21刀刃对板料的上下切合,提高了切割质量。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步的,所述辊轴裁刀的数量为4个,且相邻辊轴裁刀之间的夹角相同。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:一轴四刀安装,提高了单位时间内裁切效率。
进一步的,所述辊轴裁刀与裁刀安装架接触面、裁刀辊轴轴径方向安装有缓冲弹簧。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:缓冲弹簧使固定裁刀与辊轴裁刀对刀切割时达到柔性缓冲效果。
进一步的,所述牵引装置包括压料辊轴和与压料辊轴两个支撑端连接的摩擦力调节装置,所述压料辊轴设置在送料辊轴上方,所述摩擦力调节装置和送料辊轴设置在底座上。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:摩擦力调节装置可控制装在压料辊轴支撑座上的送料辊轴与压料辊轴之间的摩擦力,使对板料的牵引力得到有效可调的控制。
进一步的,所述摩擦力调节装置包括压料辊轴支撑座、固定铁块和压辊锁紧螺钉;
所述压料辊轴支撑座安装在底座上,所述固定铁块上安装在压料辊轴支撑座上,所述压料辊轴支撑座和压料辊轴的支撑端固定连接,所述压料辊轴支撑座的下表面开有通孔,通孔内安装有调节弹簧,调节弹簧上端和压料辊轴支撑座的通孔内部固定连接,下端和底座固定连接;
所述固定铁块上开有可以和压辊锁紧螺钉配合的螺纹孔,压辊锁紧螺钉穿过螺纹孔并和压料辊轴支撑座上表面接触。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:仅通过反复旋转压辊锁紧螺钉,即可对调节弹簧的压缩程度进行调节,从而控制装在压料辊轴支撑座上的送料辊轴与压料辊轴之间的摩擦力,有效达到牵引作用。
进一步的,所述压辊锁紧螺钉还可以可用气缸取代。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:无须手动扭动,可以实现自动化控制调节摩擦力。
进一步的,所述在输料装置包括送料角钢、送料支架、送料套筒和螺钉,所述送料套筒套在螺钉上,所述螺钉固定在送料角钢上,所述送料角钢固定在送料支架上。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1所示,一种可调柔性板料分段裁切装置,包括顺次相连的输料装置、牵引装置和裁切装置,所述牵引装置包括送料辊轴13和活动安装在送料辊轴13上的第四直齿轮8;所述裁切装置包括和发动机连接的动力辊轴5,动力辊轴5上活动安装有第一直齿轮6,所述第一直齿轮6的一侧与第二直齿轮3的一侧啮合,所述第二直齿轮3活动安装在惰轮轴4上,所述第二直齿轮3的另一侧与第三直齿轮1啮合,所述第三直齿轮1活动安装在裁刀辊轴2上,所述第一直齿轮6的另一侧与第四直齿轮8啮合;
所述裁切装置还包括安装在切刀固定板18上的固定裁刀19、安装在裁刀安装架20上的辊轴裁刀21,以及安装在裁刀辊轴2上的裁刀安装架20,且所述辊轴裁刀21的数量为2个以上。
所述辊轴裁刀21的数量为4个,且相邻辊轴裁刀21之间的夹角相同。
所述辊轴裁刀21与裁刀安装架20接触面、裁刀辊轴2轴径方向安装有缓冲弹簧,缓冲弹簧使固定裁刀与辊轴裁刀对刀切割时达到柔性缓冲效果。
所述牵引装置包括压料辊轴17和与压料辊轴17两个支撑端连接的摩擦力调节装置,所述压料辊轴17设置在送料辊轴13上方,所述摩擦力调节装置和送料辊轴13设置在底座22上。
所述摩擦力调节装置包括压料辊轴支撑座14、固定铁块15和压辊锁紧螺钉16;所述压料辊轴支撑座14安装在底座22上,所述固定铁块15上安装在压料辊轴支撑座14上,所述压料辊轴支撑座14和压料辊轴17的支撑端固定连接,所述压料辊轴支撑座14的下表面开有通孔,通孔内安装有调节弹簧,调节弹簧上端和压料辊轴支撑座14的通孔内部固定连接,下端和底座22固定连接;所述固定铁块15上开有可以和压辊锁紧螺钉16配合的螺纹孔,压辊锁紧螺钉16穿过螺纹孔并和压料辊轴支撑座14上表面接触。
所述在输料装置包括送料角钢9、送料支架10送料套筒12和螺钉11,所述送料套筒12套在螺钉11上,所述螺钉11固定在送料角钢9上,所述送料角钢9固定在送料支架10上。
压料辊轴支撑座14、送料辊轴13、轴承22、压料辊轴17、压辊锁紧螺钉16、铁块15组成;所述铁块15上开有螺纹孔,压辊锁紧螺钉16穿过螺纹孔,带有螺纹铁块15扭动下压压料辊轴支撑座14,其中压料辊轴支撑座14垂直方向装有弹簧可上顶压料辊轴17,从而控制装在压料辊轴支撑座14上的送料辊轴13与压料辊轴17之间的摩擦力。
使用时,将板料放在输料装置上,板料通过输料装置被传送至牵引装置,经过牵引装置内的送料辊轴13和压料辊轴17的中间的缝隙,被输送至裁切装置,裁切装置的固定裁刀19与辊轴裁刀21刀刃对板料的上下切合,采用一轴四刀的设计,将板料切成多段,加工效率显著提高,裁切装置的四个直齿轮均易换取,达到传动比可控的目的,可按照用户需要,切割得到各种长度的板料,固定裁刀19与辊轴裁刀21刀刃对板料的上下切合,提高了切割质量,一轴四刀安装,提高了单位时间内裁切效率。还可以通过使用摩擦力调节装置调节送料辊轴13和压料辊轴17之间的摩擦力,进行调节时,可左右旋转压辊锁紧螺钉16,以调节调节弹簧的压缩程度,直到使装在压料辊轴支撑座上的送料辊轴与压料辊轴之间的摩擦力达到理想情况。

Claims (6)

1.一种可调柔性板料分段裁切装置,包括顺次相连的输料装置、牵引装置和裁切装置,其特征在于,所述牵引装置包括送料辊轴(13)和活动安装在送料辊轴(13)上的第四直齿轮(8);所述裁切装置包括和发动机连接的动力辊轴(5),动力辊轴(5)上活动安装有第一直齿轮(6),所述第一直齿轮(6)的一侧与第二直齿轮(3)的一侧啮合,所述第二直齿轮(3)活动安装在惰轮轴(4)上,所述第二直齿轮(3)的另一侧与第三直齿轮(1)啮合,所述第三直齿轮(1)活动安装在裁刀辊轴(2)上,所述第一直齿轮(6)的另一侧与第四直齿轮(8)啮合;
所述裁切装置还包括安装在切刀固定板(18)上的固定裁刀(19)、安装在裁刀安装架(20)上的辊轴裁刀(21),以及安装在裁刀辊轴(2)上的裁刀安装架(20),且所述辊轴裁刀(21)的数量为2个以上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可调柔性板料分段裁切装置,其特征在于,所述辊轴裁刀(21)的数量为4个,且相邻辊轴裁刀(21)之间的夹角相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可调柔性板料分段裁切装置,其特征在于,所述辊轴裁刀(21)与裁刀安装架(20)接触面、裁刀辊轴(2)轴径方向安装有缓冲弹簧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可调柔性板料分段裁切装置,其特征在于,所述牵引装置包括压料辊轴(17)和与压料辊轴(17)两个支撑端连接的摩擦力调节装置,所述压料辊轴(17)设置在送料辊轴(13)上方,所述摩擦力调节装置和送料辊轴(13)设置在底座(22)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可调柔性板料分段裁切装置,其特征在于,
所述摩擦力调节装置包括压料辊轴支撑座(14)、固定铁块(15)和压辊锁紧螺钉(16);
所述压料辊轴支撑座(14)安装在底座(22)上,所述固定铁块(15)上安装在压料辊轴支撑座(14)上,所述压料辊轴支撑座(14)和压料辊轴(17)的支撑端固定连接,所述压料辊轴支撑座(14)的下表面开有通孔,通孔内安装有调节弹簧,调节弹簧上端和压料辊轴支撑座(14)的通孔内部固定连接,下端和底座(22)固定连接;
所述固定铁块(15)上开有可以和压辊锁紧螺钉(16)配合的螺纹孔,压辊锁紧螺钉(16)穿过螺纹孔并和压料辊轴支撑座(14)上表面接触。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的可调柔性板料分段裁切装置,其特征在于,所述在输料装置包括送料角钢(9)、送料支架(10)送料套筒(12)和螺钉(11),所述送料套筒(12)套在螺钉(11)上,所述螺钉(11)固定在送料角钢(9)上,所述送料角钢(9)固定在送料支架(10)上。
