The pending session may be a voice session or a text session, which are all within the protection scope of the present invention.
Step S102: and acquiring the session to be processed.
After receiving the cooperative task initiation instruction, the server needs to acquire the session to be processed to convert the session into a task, and for different sessions to be processed, different ways can be adopted to acquire the session to be processed according to actual conditions.
For example, in an embodiment provided by the present invention, the to-be-processed session is a text session, and the client may send the text session to the server while or after sending the cooperative task initiation instruction, so that the server can obtain the text session.
For another example, in an embodiment provided by the present invention, the to-be-processed session is a voice session, and after a user inputs the voice session through a microphone on a client, the client compresses the voice session, and then uploads a voice file obtained by compression to a voice server for storage, and obtains a relative address of the voice file, so as to facilitate subsequent call; when the client sends the cooperative task initiating instruction, the cooperative task initiating instruction carries a relative address of a compressed voice file stored in the voice server by the voice session, and the server can read the voice file from the voice server according to the relative address; and then decompressing the voice file to obtain the voice conversation.
Step S103: task components are identified from the pending sessions.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the task components include task participants, task titles, task start/stop times, task urgency, and task body data, and for a text session, the task components may be directly identified from the text session, whereas for a voice session, the task components need to be identified from the text session after the voice session is first converted into the text session.
In one embodiment provided by the present invention, the converting the voice conversation into a text conversation includes:
after denoising processing is carried out on the voice conversation, cutting and segmenting are carried out according to sounding gaps, and segmented voice data are obtained;
converting the plurality of pieces of speech data into a text conversation; or,
and sending the multiple sections of voice data to a voice-to-text server, and receiving the text conversation returned by the voice-to-text server after the multiple sections of voice data are converted into the text conversation by the voice-to-text server.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the converting the plurality of pieces of speech data into a text conversation includes:
converting the multiple sections of voice data into multiple sections of text data by adopting a preset voice-to-character engine, or sending the multiple sections of voice data to a voice-to-character public server to be converted into multiple sections of text data and receiving the multiple sections of text data returned by the voice-to-character public server;
splicing the multiple sections of text data by adopting punctuations to obtain a text conversation;
and comparing the multiple sections of voice data with a preset accent word library, checking the text conversation according to a comparison result, and correcting wrong characters in the text conversation according to the comparison result.
The accent word library is established by the following method: the collected words are respectively recorded and sampled by male voice, female voice, childhood voice, mandarin, Guangdong voice, Shanghai voice, Sichuan voice, Beijing voice and the like, and the accent word stock is respectively stored according to the categories.
In the above embodiment, the technical scheme of converting the multiple sections of voice data into the text conversation is realized by combining the conventional voice to text with the accent lexicon correction, and the accuracy is higher compared with the conventional voice to text conversion.
