Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a specific structure of a task data entry system according to still another embodiment of the present invention, where a data extraction module 201 and a format processing module 202 in fig. 8 are substantially the same as the data extraction module 201 and the format processing module 202 in fig. 6, and a difference is that the instant messaging tool 20 shown in fig. 8 further includes an interface selection module 204, where the interface selection module 204 is configured to select a target association interface according to a task type and a predetermined corresponding relationship between the task type and a service system carried in the service processing unit 70, where the target association interface is an association interface 40 corresponding to the service system carried in the service processing unit 70 and corresponds to the task type, and the task data at least includes the task type. The sending module 203 is further configured to send the set of task data to the target association interface. The receiving module 701 in the service processing unit may be further configured to receive the task data set sent by the target associated interface.
It should be noted that the number of the service processing units may be one or multiple. Different service systems may be carried in different service processing units, and different service systems may also be carried in the same service processing unit, which is not limited herein.
The embodiment of the invention can send the task data sets corresponding to different task types to the corresponding service systems loaded in the service processing unit through different association interfaces, thereby associating the instant messaging tool with a plurality of service systems, realizing the cooperation between the instant messaging tool and the plurality of service systems, avoiding manual classification of the task data and further improving the efficiency of task data entry work.
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a specific structure of a task data entry system according to still another embodiment of the present invention, where the instant messenger 20 and the service processing unit 70 in fig. 9 are substantially the same as the instant messenger 20 and the service processing unit 70 in fig. 6, except that the interface platform 60 shown in fig. 9 includes an interface establishment module 601, and the interface establishment module 601 is configured to establish the association interface 40. Further, the interface establishing module 601 is further configured to establish the association interface 40 corresponding to the service system carried in the service processing unit 70 according to a predetermined corresponding relationship between the task type and the service system carried in the service processing unit 70, where the task data at least includes the task type. The interface platform 60 may establish, carry, and manage a plurality of association interfaces 40, so as to facilitate the instant messaging tool 20 to call each corresponding association interface 40.
The functional blocks shown in the above-described structural diagrams may be implemented as hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. When implemented in hardware, it may be, for example, an electronic circuit, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), suitable firmware, plug-in, function card, or the like. When implemented in software, the elements of the invention are the programs or code segments used to perform the required tasks. The program or code segments may be stored in a machine-readable medium or transmitted by a data signal carried in a carrier wave over a transmission medium or a communication link. A "machine-readable medium" may include any medium that can store or transfer information. Examples of a machine-readable medium include electronic circuits, semiconductor memory devices, ROM, flash memory, Erasable ROM (EROM), floppy disks, CD-ROMs, optical disks, hard disks, fiber optic media, Radio Frequency (RF) links, and so forth. The code segments may be downloaded via computer networks such as the internet, intranet, etc.
The present invention is not limited to the specific steps and structures described above and shown in the drawings. Detailed descriptions of known process techniques are omitted herein for the sake of brevity. For example, in the above embodiments, several specific steps are described and shown as examples. However, the method processes of the present invention are not limited to the specific steps described and illustrated, and those skilled in the art can make various changes, modifications and additions or change the order between the steps after comprehending the spirit of the present invention.

Claims (12)

1. A task data entry method comprises the following steps:

the instant communication tool carries out format specification processing on the task data to obtain a task data set which accords with the interface specification of a pre-established association interface, wherein the association interface is an interface between the instant communication tool and a service system;
the instant messaging tool sends the task data set to the associated interface;
the correlation interface sends the received task data set to the service system;
wherein the task data at least comprises task affiliates,
the entry method of the task data further comprises the following steps:
the business system receives the task data set sent by the associated interface;
the business system generates tasks corresponding to the task data and conforming to the task description rules by using the task data in the task data set and preset task description rules;
and the business system pushes the task to an account of the task affiliate corresponding to the task.
2. The task data entry method according to claim 1, wherein the step of extracting task data from the text information includes:
and extracting one or more items of task types, task names, task contents, task time, task affiliations and task places in the text information as the task data.
3. The method for entering task data according to claim 1, further comprising, before the instant messenger performs format specification processing on the task data to obtain a task data set that meets an interface specification of a pre-established association interface:

the format processing module is configured to perform format specification processing on the task data to obtain a task data set which accords with interface specifications of a pre-established association interface, wherein the association interface is an interface between the instant messaging tool and a service system loaded in the service processing unit;
a sending module configured to send the set of task data to the correlation interface;
the interface platform comprises an associated interface, and the associated interface is configured to send the received task data set to the service system borne in the service processing unit;
wherein, the service processing unit comprises:
a receiving module configured to receive the task data set sent by the association interface;
the task generation module is configured to generate a task corresponding to the task data and conforming to a task description rule by using the task data in the task data set and a preset task description rule;
the pushing module is configured to push the task to an account of a task affiliate corresponding to the task, and the task data at least comprises the task affiliate.
8. The entry system of task data according to claim 7, wherein the data extraction module is further configured to extract one or more of a task type, a task name, a task content, a task time, a task affiliate, and a task location in the text information as the task data.
9. The task data entry system of claim 7, wherein the interface platform further comprises an interface establishment module configured to establish the association interface.

The task data entry system according to claim 9, wherein the interface establishment module is further configured to establish the association interface corresponding to the service system supported by the service processing unit according to a predetermined correspondence between a task type and the service system supported by the service processing unit, and the task data at least includes the task type.
11. The task data entry system of claim 7, wherein the instant messenger further comprises:
