本发明公开一种电气用H形弹簧卡紧式电线连接器,包括H形连接体、V形弹簧、C形导电体,H形连接体包括下壳和上壳,上壳和下壳结构相同,各设置有四个半圆柱电线通道,当上壳和下壳对称安装在一起时,所述的半圆柱电线通道分别组成圆柱形电线通道;所述的C形导电体安装在下壳的半圆柱电线通道中,所述的电线端部分别安装在C形导电体中,所述的V形弹簧分别卡装在C形导电体中间位置,并与电线端部相接触。本发明通过设置有V形弹簧和多通道H形连接体,实现了多通道电线连接,提高导电性的目的,结构简单,设置合理,使用方便。

本发明涉及一种电气产品,具体涉及一种电气用H形弹簧卡紧式电线连接器,属于电子产品技术领域。
背景技术
电线连接器在电气领域有着广泛的应用,它可以方便地实现两处电线路的连接,但是现有的电线连接器存在连接功能单一,电线接触不良等缺点。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种电气用H形弹簧卡紧式电线连接器,其通过设置有V形弹簧和多通道H形连接体,实现了多通道电线连接,提高导电性的目的。
本发明采取的技术方案为:一种电气用H形弹簧卡紧式电线连接器,包括H形连接体、V形弹簧、C形导电体,其特征在于:所述的H形连接体包括下壳和上壳,上壳和下壳结构相同,各设置有四个半圆柱电线通道,当上壳和下壳对称安装在一起时,所述的半圆柱电线通道分别组成圆柱形电线通道;所述的C形导电体安装在下壳的半圆柱电线通道中,所述的电线端部分别安装在C形导电体中,所述的V形弹簧分别卡装在C形导电体中间位置,并与电线端部相接触。
进一步的,所述的圆柱形电线通道直径为5mm~20mm。
进一步的,所述的V形弹簧与电线接触的两侧设置有圆弧形凹槽。
由于本发明采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有以下优点:本发明通过设置有V形弹簧和多通道H形连接体,实现了多通道电线连接,提高导电性的目的,结构简单,设置合理,使用方便。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,在此发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1、图2所示,一种电气用H形弹簧卡紧式电线连接器,包括H形连接体、V形弹簧3、C形导电体8。H形连接体包括下壳1和上壳2,上壳2和下壳1结构相同,各设置有四个半圆柱电线通道,当上壳2和下壳1对称安装在一起时,半圆柱电线通道分别组成圆柱形电线通道。C形导电体8安装在下壳1的半圆柱电线通道中,电线端部分别安装在C形导电体8中, V形弹簧3分别卡装在C形导电体8中间位置,并与电线端部相接触。
圆柱形电线通道直径为5mm~20mm。V形弹簧3与电线接触的两侧设置有圆弧形凹槽。
本发明的工作原理为:本发明在使用时,首先根据实际的使用情况,将需要连接的电线端部的电线包皮剪掉,然后分别放置到下壳1上的半圆柱电线通道中,如图1中电线一4、电线二5、电线三6、电线四7所示。然后将V形弹簧3放置到C形导电体8中间位置,并与电线端部相接触,最后将上壳2通过螺钉与下壳1相固定。具体使用时,根据使用情况,改变电线一4、电线二5、电线三6、电线四7的插入数量即可实现多通道电线连接的目的。

1.一种电气用H形弹簧卡紧式电线连接器,包括H形连接体、V形弹簧(3)、C形导电体(8),其特征在于:所述的H形连接体包括下壳(1)和上壳(2),上壳(2)和下壳(1)结构相同,各设置有四个半圆柱电线通道,当上壳(2)和下壳(1)对称安装在一起时,所述的半圆柱电线通道分别组成圆柱形电线通道;所述的C形导电体(8)安装在下壳(1)的半圆柱电线通道中,所述的电线端部分别安装在C形导电体(8)中,所述的V形弹簧(3)分别卡装在C形导电体(8)中间位置,并与电线端部相接触;所述的V形弹簧(3)与电线接触的两侧设置有圆弧形凹槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种电气用H形弹簧卡紧式电线连接器,其特征在于:所述的圆柱形电线通道直径为5mm~20mm。
