本发明公开了一种新型节能灯座,包括插头、横向支座、开关、转轴、纵向支座、导线管、声光控制箱、光敏二极管、柱极体话筒、散热孔、灯头、电触螺帽、咬合螺纹和防尘防雨板,所述插头与横向支座固定连接,所述横向支座内安装有开关,所述开关通过导线管与声光控制箱连接,所述声光控制箱内安装有光敏二极管和柱极体话筒,且声光控制箱上侧安装有散热孔,所述散热孔上侧与灯头固定连接,所述灯头内侧与咬合螺纹一体成型,且灯头下侧设置有电触螺帽,所述灯头上侧与防尘防雨板固定连接,本装置安装有声光控制箱,只有在同时满足声光条件以及电源打开的时候系统才会发光,节约能源无人时自动关闭,且灯座可以直接插在家用插头上,适用范围广。

本发明涉及灯具技术领域,具体为一种新型节能灯座。
背景技术
节能灯是一种通过降低发热温度,通过高电压低电流工作的灯具,具有能源利用率高以及使用寿命长的优点,但是传统的节能灯灯座功能单一,使用体验差,且安装在户外的节能灯容易发生短路等事故,因此传统的节能灯灯座不能满足社会的需求,制约着节能灯灯具的发展,同时传统的节能灯使用范围狭窄,安装要求高,必须安装有电力线路,无法普及,因此需要发明一种新型灯座,提高节能灯的环境适应能力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型节能灯座,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案一种新型节能灯座,包括插头、横向支座、开关、转轴、纵向支座、导线管、声光控制箱、光敏二极管、柱极体话筒、散热孔、灯头、电触螺帽、咬合螺纹和防尘防雨板,所述插头与横向支座固定连接,所述横向支座内安装有开关,且横向支座通过转轴与纵向支座转动连接,所述开关通过导线管与声光控制箱连接,所述声光控制箱内安装有光敏二极管和柱极体话筒,且声光控制箱上侧安装有散热孔,所述散热孔上侧与灯头固定连接,所述灯头内侧与咬合螺纹一体成型,且灯头下侧设置有电触螺帽,所述灯头上侧与防尘防雨板固定连接。
优选的,所述纵向支座通过转轴可以180°旋转。
优选的,所述光敏二极管、柱极体话筒和开关三者串联。
优选的,所述防尘防雨板采用石墨材料。
优选的,所述导线管采用聚四氟乙烯材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本装置安装有声光控制箱,且声光控制箱与系统开关串联,只有在同时满足声光条件以及电源打开的时候系统才会发光,节约能源,无人时自动关闭,且灯座可以直接插在家用插头上,适用范围广,不必另外安装接线,且灯座可以180°旋转,提高节能灯的照明范围,系统安装有防尘防雨板,提高系统的安全性。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种新型节能灯座,包括插头1、横向支座2、开关3、转轴4、纵向支座5、导线管6、声光控制箱7、光敏二极管8、柱极体话筒9、散热孔10、灯头11、电触螺帽12、咬合螺纹13和防尘防雨板14,插头1与横向支座2固定连接,横向支座2内安装有开关3,且横向支座2通过转轴4与纵向支座5转动连接,纵向支座5通过转轴4可以180°旋转,增加节能灯的光照面积,提高节能灯座的实用性,开关3通过导线管6与声光控制箱7连接,导线管6采用聚四氟乙烯材料,聚四氟乙烯具有耐腐蚀,延展性好,绝缘的优点,且生产成本低,是良好的导线包皮材料,声光控制箱7内安装有光敏二极管8和柱极体话筒9,光敏二极管8、柱极体话筒9和开关3三者串联,只有同时满足声光条件以及开关接通时节能灯才会发光,最大程度的起到节能作用,且声光控制箱7上侧安装有散热孔10,散热孔10上侧与灯头11固定连接,灯头11内侧与咬合螺纹13一体成型,且灯头11下侧设置有电触螺帽12,灯头11上侧与防尘防雨板14固定连接,防尘防雨板14采用石墨材料,石墨材料耐高温且绝缘,提高防尘防雨板14的耐高温性,同时保证灯座的安全。
工作原理:将插头1与外界插座连接,电流经过插头1、开关3、光敏二极管8和柱极体话筒9与电触螺帽12接通,节能灯通过咬合螺纹13啮合,拧紧后一电触螺帽12接触,电流接通实现发光,其中光敏二极管8感光性敏感,当管线下降时二极管接通,柱极体话筒9从外界吸收声音信号,当声音信号足够强烈时,电流形成通路,打开开关3,当声光条件满足时系统接通,实现发光功效,转轴4连接横向支座2和纵向支座5,可以180°旋转,提高灯座实用性。

1.一种新型节能灯座,包括插头(1)、横向支座(2)、开关(3)、转轴(4)、纵向支座(5)、导线管(6)、声光控制箱(7)、光敏二极管(8)、柱极体话筒(9)、散热孔(10)、灯头(11)、电触螺帽(12)、咬合螺纹(13)和防尘防雨板(14),其特征在于:所述插头(1)与横向支座(2)固定连接,所述横向支座(2)内安装有开关(3),且横向支座(2)通过转轴(4)与纵向支座(5)转动连接,所述开关(3)通过导线管(6)与声光控制箱(7)连接,所述声光控制箱(7)内安装有光敏二极管(8)和柱极体话筒(9),且声光控制箱(7)上侧安装有散热孔(10),所述散热孔(10)上侧与灯头(11)固定连接,所述灯头(11)内侧与咬合螺纹(13)一体成型,且灯头(11)下侧设置有电触螺帽(12),所述灯头(11)上侧与防尘防雨板(14)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型节能灯座,其特征在于:所述纵向支座(5)通过转轴(4)可以180°旋转。
