Abstract

本发明公开一种自动感应的悬挂式LED灯管,包括两个由条形灯座、安装在条形灯座内的LED光源板和灯罩组成的灯管体、与两灯管体连接的连接件、无线遥控器和控制开关,连接件上设有两个与灯管体适配的U型接口,在条形灯座的两侧外壁面上设有卡槽,在U型接口的两侧内壁面上设有与卡槽对应且适配的卡条,通过卡条插入相应的卡槽中,使两灯管体与连接件连接,组装操作简便;两灯管体之间通过连接件进行连接,使两灯管体合为一体。控制开关通过其内的遥控信号接收模块来接收遥控器发送的控制信号,实现遥控器与控制开关的共同控制。控制开关内置有人体感应开关模块,能在感应到人体活动的时候实现自动开灯,无人活动时自动关灯,更加便捷、省电。

一种自动感应的悬挂式LED灯管
技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明领域,特别涉及一种自动感应的悬挂式LED灯管。
背景技术
LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)是一种固态的半导体器件,它可以直接把电转化为光,LED具有寿命长、无污染、光效高等特点,正逐步替代白炽灯和荧光灯光源。LED吊线灯是通过吊绳连接在天花板上,通过吊绳悬挂着的一种照明灯具。现有的LED吊线灯都是通过吊绳与灯体直接连接的,需要将灯体卸下来进行内部维修或者部件更换时,需要将灯体拆开来才能将吊绳拆下,操作繁琐。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种方便安装和拆卸的双灯体LED吊线灯。
本发明提出一种自动感应的悬挂式LED灯管,包括两个由条形灯座、安装在所述条形灯座内的LED光源板和灯罩组成的灯管体、两个与两所述灯管体连接的连接件、无线遥控器和控制开关,所述连接件上设有两个与所述灯管体适配的U型接口,在条形灯座的两侧外壁面上设有卡槽,在U型接口的两侧内壁面上设有与卡槽对应且适配的卡条,通过卡条插入相应的卡槽中,使两灯管体与连接件连接;在所述连接件上还设有安装孔,吊绳从所述安装孔中穿入并与吊绳伸缩嘴连接;所述控制开关安装在所述连接件上,位于两所述U型接口之间,所述控制开关包括外壳和设置在外壳内的LED电源控制器、遥控信号接收模块以及人体感应开关模块,所述人体感应开关模块、所述遥控信号接收模块分别与所述LED电源控制器电气连接,所述LED电源控制器与两所述灯管体内的所述LED光源板电气连接,所述人体感应开关模块包括由人体红外传感器、微波感应器组成的红外微波复合双鉴传感电路和环境光传感器,所述人体红外传感器、微波感应器和环境光传感器安装在所述外壳上。
优选地,所述条形灯座为铝合金材料制成,在所述条形灯座的外壁面上设有若干散热肋条。
优选地,所述LED光源板由铝基板和设置在所述铝基板上的若干LED芯片组成,所述LED光源板连接固定在所述条形灯座内,与其底面贴合。
优选地,所述灯罩为PC材料制成。
本发明的自动感应的悬挂式LED灯管的有益效果为:
本发明的LED吊线灯设置有两个灯管体,两灯管体之间通过连接件进行连接,使两灯管体合为一体。连接件上设有两个与灯管体适配的U型接口,在条形灯座的两侧外壁面上设有卡槽,在U型接口的两侧内壁面上设有与卡槽对应且适配的卡条,通过卡条插入相应的卡槽中,使两灯管体与连接件连接,组装操作简便。
在连接件上还设有安装孔,吊绳从安装孔中穿入并与吊绳伸缩嘴连接,通过连接件来与吊绳连接,从而需要拆下灯体时,只需将灯体从连接件中拆卸下即可,无需卸下吊绳,即快速又方便。
在连接件上安装有控制开关,控制开关通过其内的遥控信号接收模块来接收遥控器发送的控制信号,实现遥控器与控制开关对两灯管体的共同控制。控制开关内置有人体感应开关模块,能在感应到人体活动的时候实现自动开灯,无人活动时自动关灯,更加便捷、省电。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参照图1和图2,提出本发明的自动感应的悬挂式LED灯管的一实施例:
一种自动感应的悬挂式LED灯管,包括两个由条形灯座10、安装在条形灯座10内的LED光源板和灯罩20组成的灯管体、两个与两灯管体连接的连接件30、、无线遥控器和控制开关50。条形灯座10为铝合金材料制成,导热系数高。在条形灯座10的外壁面上设有若干散热肋条11,能增加散热面积,提高散热效率。LED光源板由铝基板和设置在铝基板上的若干LED芯片组成。LED光源板通过螺钉连接固定在条形灯座10内,与其底面贴合,与条形灯座10的接触面积大,能将热量快速传导给条形灯座10,由条形灯座10进行散热。
灯罩20安装在条形灯座10的前端口,将LED光源板罩设在内。灯罩20为PC材料制成,不易破损,透光率高。
两灯管体之间通过连接件30进行连接,使两灯管体合为一体。连接件30上设有两个与灯管体适配的U型接口31,在条形灯座10的两侧外壁面上设有卡槽12,在U型接口31的两侧内壁面上设有与卡槽12对应且适配的卡条32,通过卡条32插入相应的卡槽12中,使两灯管体与连接件30连接,组装操作简便。
在U型连接件30上设有安装孔,吊绳40从安装孔中穿入并与吊绳伸缩嘴41连接。通过连接件30来与吊绳40连接,从而需要拆下灯体时,只需将灯体从连接件30中拆卸下即可,无需卸下吊绳40,即快速又方便。
控制开关50安装在连接件30上,位于两U型接口31之间。控制开关50包括外壳和设置在外壳内的LED电源控制器、遥控信号接收模块以及人体感应开关模块,人体感应开关模块、遥控信号接收模块分别与LED电源控制器电气连接,LED电源控制器与两灯管体内的LED光源板电气连接。人体感应开关模块包括由人体红外传感器、微波感应器组成的红外微波复合双鉴传感电路和环境光传感器,人体红外传感器、微波感应器和环境光传感器安装在外壳上。控制开关50通过其内的遥控信号接收模块来接收遥控器发送的控制信号,实现遥控器与控制开关50对两灯管体的共同控制。控制开关50内置有人体感应开关模块,能在感应到人体活动的时候实现自动开灯,无人活动时自动关灯,更加便捷、省电。

1.一种自动感应的悬挂式LED灯管,其特征在于,包括两个由条形灯座、安装在所述条形灯座内的LED光源板和灯罩组成的灯管体、两个与两所述灯管体连接的连接件、无线遥控器和控制开关,所述连接件上设有两个与所述灯管体适配的U型接口,在条形灯座的两侧外壁面上设有卡槽,在U型接口的两侧内壁面上设有与卡槽对应且适配的卡条,通过卡条插入相应的卡槽中,使两灯管体与连接件连接;在所述连接件上还设有安装孔,吊绳从所述安装孔中穿入并与吊绳伸缩嘴连接;所述控制开关安装在所述连接件上,位于两所述U型接口之间,所述控制开关包括外壳和设置在外壳内的LED电源控制器、遥控信号接收模块以及人体感应开关模块,所述人体感应开关模块、所述遥控信号接收模块分别与所述LED电源控制器电气连接,所述LED电源控制器与两所述灯管体内的所述LED光源板电气连接,所述人体感应开关模块包括由人体红外传感器、微波感应器组成的红外微波复合双鉴传感电路和环境光传感器,所述人体红外传感器、微波感应器和环境光传感器安装在所述外壳上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动感应的悬挂式LED灯管,其特征在于,所述条形灯座为铝合金材料制成,在所述条形灯座的外壁面上设有若干散热肋条。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自动感应的悬挂式LED灯管,其特征在于,所述LED光源板由铝基板和设置在所述铝基板上的若干LED芯片组成,所述LED光源板连接固定在所述条形灯座内,与其底面贴合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自动感应的悬挂式LED灯管,其特征在于,所述灯罩为PC材料制成。
