Abstract

本发明提供了一种固定接插件的工装,包括底座,所述底座具有工作面,所述工作面上设置有滑槽,所述的截面形状为燕尾形;还包括安装在底座上的两组纵向移动组件和两组横向移动组件,每组移动组件均由刚性带和两个分别设置于刚性带两端的滑块组成,所述刚性带上开设有长槽,所述滑块截面为梯形;所述两组纵向移动组件的刚性带上的长槽和两组横向移动组件的刚性带上的长槽交错构成四个用于固定接插件的固定孔;所述滑块上还设置有用于将滑块与底座固定在一起的锁紧装置。本发明能够兼容多种接插件,安装效率高,并具有结构简单、操作方便的优点。

Description

一种固定电能表接插件的工装
技术领域
本发明涉及一种工装,尤其是一种固定电能表接插件的工装,属于电力设备工装领域。
背景技术
在电能表接插件推拉力检测过程中,需要通过接插件架体上的定位孔将接插件固定在测试装置上的基体上。
然而,不同厂商生产的接插件其架体上定位孔的位置并不统一,因此常需要根据被测接插件架体对测试装置的基体进行修改,工作量大、效率低下,且对基体的修改操作不可逆,进一步制约了测试装置的兼容性。
发明内容
为了提高接插件推拉力测试装置的兼容性,提高安装效率,本发明提出了一种固定接插件的工装;该工装能够兼容多种接插件,无需对部件修改,提升了安装效率;
本发明技术方案如下:
一种固定接插件的工装,包括底座,在所述底座的工作面上设置有四个成矩形分布的滑槽,相对的滑槽之间各设有两组沿滑槽来回滑动的移动组件;四个移动组件均设有长槽,四个长槽交错构成四个用于固定接插件的固定孔。安装接插件时,可根据接插件架体上定位孔的位置对纵向移动组件和横向移动组件进行调整,直至固定孔与架体上的定位孔相吻合,故此能够兼容多种接插件,无需对部件修改,提升了安装效率。
进一步的,所述滑槽包括滑槽一、滑槽二、滑槽三和滑槽四,所述滑槽一水平设置于工作面的上部区域,所述滑槽二水平设置于工作面的下部区域,所述滑槽三竖直设置于工作面的左部区域,所述滑槽四竖直设置于工作面的右部区域;
所述的滑槽一和滑槽二对称,滑槽三和滑槽四对称。
进一步的,所述滑槽一、滑槽二、滑槽三和滑槽四的截面形状均为燕尾形。
进一步的,四组所述的移动组件中,其中两组为纵向移动组件,另两组为横向移动组件。
进一步的,每组移动组件均由刚性带和两个分别设置于刚性带两端的滑块组成,所述的滑块沿着各自对应的滑槽滑动。
进一步的,所述刚性带上开设有长槽。
进一步的,所述滑块截面为梯形。
进一步的,所述横向移动组件的两个滑块分别与滑槽一和滑槽二相配合以实现横向移动组件的左右移动;所述纵向移动组件的两个滑块分别与滑槽三和滑槽四相配合以实现纵向移动组件的上下移动。
进一步的,所述滑块上还设置有用于将滑块与底座固定在一起的锁紧装置。
进一步的,所述锁紧装置为安装在滑块上的螺钉,所述滑块上具有与螺钉相配合的螺孔,所述螺钉底端与滑槽底部相接触。
本发明具有如下积极效果:
(1)本发明具有两组纵向移动组件和两组横向移动组件,两组纵向移动组件的刚性带上的长槽和两组横向移动组件的刚性带上的长槽交错构成四个用于固定接插件的固定孔,安装接插件时可根据接插件架体上定位孔的位置对纵向移动组件和横向移动组件进行调整,直至固定孔与架体上的定位孔相吻合,故此能够兼容多种接插件,无需对部件修改,提升了安装效率;
(2)本发明的锁紧装置为安装在滑块上的螺钉,通过旋转螺钉即可实现滑块与滑槽之间的锁紧和松开,结构简单、操作方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明的技术方案:
如图1,一种固定接插件的工装,包括底座1,底座1具有工作面,工作面上设置有滑槽,滑槽包括滑槽一2、滑槽二3、滑槽三4和滑槽四5,所述滑槽一2水平设置于工作面的上部区域,所述滑槽二3水平设置于工作面的下部区域,所述滑槽三4竖直设置于工作面的左部区域,所述滑槽四5竖直设置于工作面的右部区域。
滑槽一和滑槽二对称,滑槽三和滑槽四对称;四个滑槽成矩形分布。
如图2,所述滑槽一2、滑槽二3、滑槽三4和滑槽四5的截面形状均为燕尾形,这里也可以设计成其他不同的形状。
如图1,固定接插件的工装还包括安装在底座1上的移动组件,移动组件包括两组纵向移动组件6和两组横向移动组件7,每组移动组件均由刚性带和两个分别设置于刚性带两端的滑块组成,在每个刚性带上开设有两个长槽,如图2,滑块截面为梯形。
如图1,横向移动组件7的两个滑块分别与滑槽一2和滑槽二3相配合以实现横向移动组件7的左右移动,所述纵向移动组件6的两个滑块分别与滑槽三4和滑槽四5相配合以实现纵向移动组件6的上下移动。所述两组纵向移动组件6的刚性带上的长槽和两组横向移动组件7的刚性带上的长槽交错构成四个用于固定接插件的固定孔8。安装接插件时可根据接插件架体上定位孔的位置对纵向移动组件和横向移动组件进行调整,直至固定孔与架体上的定位孔相吻合,故此能够兼容多种接插件,无需对部件修改,提升了安装效率;
滑块上还设置有用于将滑块与底座1固定在一起的锁紧装置。如图2,所述锁紧装置为安装在滑块上的螺钉9,所述滑块上具有与螺钉9相配合的螺孔,所述螺钉9底端与滑槽底部相接触。
如图1和2,测试时,先将接插件安装到本工装上,具体安装方法为:旋转螺钉9,松开各滑块,然后移动各移动组件,使两组纵向移动组件6和两组横向移动组件7构成的四个固定孔8与接插件架体上的定位孔相吻合,然后旋转螺钉9,锁紧各滑块,再通过固定孔8将被测接插件固定在本工装上。最后将底座1安装在接插件推拉力测试装置的基体上。

Claims (3)

1.一种固定接插件的工装,包括底座,其特征在于,在所述底座的工作面上设置有四个成矩形分布的滑槽,相对的滑槽之间各设有两组沿滑槽来回滑动的移动组件;其中两组为纵向移动组件,另两组为横向移动组件;四个移动组件均设有长槽,四个长槽交错构成四个用于固定接插件的固定孔;
所述滑槽的截面形状均为燕尾形,包括滑槽一、滑槽二、滑槽三和滑槽四,所述滑槽一水平设置于工作面的上部区域,所述滑槽二水平设置于工作面的下部区域,所述滑槽三竖直设置于工作面的左部区域,所述滑槽四竖直设置于工作面的右部区域;
每组移动组件均由刚性带和两个分别设置于刚性带两端的滑块组成,所述滑块截面为梯形,沿着各自对应的滑槽滑动;
所述滑块上还设置有用于将滑块与底座固定在一起的锁紧装置;
所述锁紧装置为安装在滑块上的螺钉,所述滑块上具有与螺钉相配合的螺孔,所述螺钉底端与滑槽底部相接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的固定接插件的工装,其特征在于,所述刚性带上开设有长槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的固定接插件的工装,其特征在于,所述横向移动组件的两个滑块分别与滑槽一和滑槽二相配合以实现横向移动组件的左右移动;所述纵向移动组件的两个滑块分别与滑槽三和滑槽四相配合以实现纵向移动组件的上下移动。
