背景技术
传统延时关闭阀,利用橡胶塞往复运动启闭,阀的寿命短,启闭力大。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种陶瓷柱塞延时关闭阀,寿命长,启闭阀所需力小。本发明是这样实现的:在圆柱形阀壳一端有出水口,沿轴向置入陶瓷柱,陶瓷柱下端落在阀壳内壁的凸台上,顶端放一尺寸合适的橡胶密封圈。将陶瓷塞装入陶瓷柱内,陶瓷塞上对着出水口一侧嵌有橡胶圆台,用以密封出水口,陶瓷塞短于陶瓷柱一定长度。阀壳壁上有一进水口,位于陶瓷塞和出水口之间,其口径与出水口相当。阀壳敞口端内壁开有螺纹,当螺母旋紧后压紧陶瓷柱顶端橡胶密封圈,保持陶瓷柱,外壳内壁和螺母在结合处密封。螺母中心有微细管道用以泄压。当陶瓷塞经橡胶圆台压紧出水口时,陶瓷塞,陶瓷柱,橡胶密封圈与螺母间形成的腔体体积最大。当微细管道开启时,腔体内传压水(源于进水)流出泄压,进水压力迅速推动嵌有橡胶圆台的陶瓷塞上移,开启出水口使进水流出,同时腔体体积变最小。当微细管道被关闭后,传压水通过陶瓷塞与陶瓷柱之间缝隙缓慢流入腔体内,当陶瓷塞上下两侧压力渐趋平衡时,陶瓷塞被出水口快速水流向下拉动,使腔体体积增加,对拉动陶瓷塞形成阻尼,传压水继续通过缝隙缓慢流入腔体内,填充腔体所增加的体积,当陶瓷塞上下两侧压力再趋平衡时,陶瓷塞再次被向下拉动,这个动态平衡过程直至出水口关闭为止,从而实现了延时关闭。由于陶瓷柱,陶瓷塞光滑耐磨,微细管道压力小,故本发明寿命长,启闭用力小,便于控制。
附图说明:附图是本发明的结构剖示图。附图中1阀壳,2 出水口,3陶瓷塞,4陶瓷柱,5橡胶圆台,6进水口,7螺母,8微细管道,9腔体,10凸台,11缝隙,12橡胶圈。具体实施方式 :下面结合附图详细说明本发明的工作原理和工作情况。在阀壳上有出水口,将陶瓷柱置入阀壳内使下端落在凸台上,陶瓷柱顶端放橡胶密封圈。将嵌有橡胶圆台的陶瓷塞落入陶瓷柱内,橡胶圆台自然落在出水口上 。陶瓷塞和出水口之间有进水口 。将螺母旋紧(附图中螺母为未旋紧状态)挤压橡胶密封圈,保持外壳内壁,陶瓷柱和螺母在结合处密封, 并将陶瓷柱压紧固定。当微细管道开启时,腔体内传压水流出泄压,进水压力迅速推动嵌有橡胶圆台的陶瓷塞上移,开启出水口使进水流出,腔体体积同时变最小。 当微细管道关闭后,传压水经缝隙缓慢流入腔体内,当陶瓷塞上下两侧压力渐趋平衡时,陶瓷塞被出水口处的快速水流向下拉动,同时导致腔体体积增加 ,对拉动陶瓷塞形成阻尼,传压水继续通过缝隙缓慢流入腔体内,填充腔体所增加的体积,当陶瓷塞上下两侧压力再趋平衡时,陶瓷塞再次被向下拉动,这个动态平衡过程直至出水口被堵住关闭为止。

1.一种陶瓷柱塞延时关闭阀,包括阀壳,橡胶密封圈,其特征在于:阀壳中置入陶瓷柱,陶瓷柱内放置嵌有橡胶圆台的陶瓷塞,螺母上有微细管道,陶瓷柱,陶瓷塞,橡胶密封圈和螺母之间形成腔体。
