一种具有压缩机构的旋转式流体机械,尤其涉及一种流体压缩机械及抽真空机械,更具体地,涉及滑片式压缩机、滚动转子式压缩机、滑片式真空泵、滚动转子式真空泵等,旋转式流体机械包括支承件、缸体、油池、转子和滑片,两个所述支承件设在所述缸体的轴向两端,所述转子的两端穿过两个所述支承件,所述缸体或转子上设置有能容纳所述滑片的滑片槽,所述滑片可运动地设在所述滑片槽内,所述滑片与所述缸体的缸体内壁与所述转子以及两个所述支撑件之间限定出压缩腔,滑片先端部分为所述滑片从所述滑片槽中伸出到所述压缩腔内最大高度时的部分,其特征在于,所述滑片先端部分的先端槽向侧表面和先端前表面至少形成有一个供油通路出口,所述油池内的润滑油通过所述供油通路出口进入到所述压缩腔,对所述滑片先端部分进行润滑,改善了滑片先端部分的润滑情况,提高了可靠性。

旋转式流体机械
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有压缩机构的旋转式流体机械,尤其涉及一种流体压缩机械及抽真空机械,更具体地,涉及滑片式压缩机、滚动转子式压缩机、滑片式真空泵、滚动转子式真空泵等。
背景技术
通过动力源和压缩机构连结起来的旋转式流体机械已众所周知,旋转式流体机械可以是流体压缩机械或抽真空机械,如滑片式压缩机、滚动转子式压缩机、滑片式真空泵、滚动转子式真空泵等。流体压缩机械与抽真空机械原理相似:旋转式流体机械中的动力源所产生的动力通过轴或动力传输装置传输给压缩机构,压缩机构被从动力源传输而来的动力所驱动,从压缩机构入口吸入流体并压缩,并从压缩机构出口排出被压缩后的流体。
抽真空机械与流体压缩机械不同之处为:抽真空机械是用来抽除封闭空间中流体,从而产生和维持封闭空间内真空的机械装置;而流体压缩机械是用来压缩流体,并将压缩后的流体压入封闭空间内的机械装置。
在相关技术中指出了,旋转式流体机械中的压缩机构运动副需保持良好润滑,然而,旋转式流体机械的压缩机构中,滑片与滚动转子或缸体之间的运动副常处于边界润滑状态,特别是滑片的先端部分易磨损,从而导致旋转式流体机械的性能下降、甚至失效。
发明内容
鉴于以上的问题,本发明的目的在于,改进一种旋转式流体机械,减少运行时滑片前端面与缸体内壁或滑片前端面与滚动转子之间的机械摩擦的阻力,提高了设备的运行效率和使用寿命。
为了解决以上的问题,主要是将润滑油供给到滑片的前端面,当润滑油从滑片的滑片先端部分的先端槽向侧表面或先端前表面的供油通路出口喷出,从而直接改善滑片先端部分的润滑条件,当润滑油从滑片的前端面喷出,还可以在滑片前端面上产生一个反向推力,使得滑片的前端面施加在转子表面或缸体内壁的作用力减小,辅助减少了滑片前端面与缸体内壁或滑片前端面与滚动转子的之间摩擦力。
根据本发明的旋转式流体机械,包括支承件、缸体、油池、转子和滑片,两个所述支承件设在所述缸体的轴向两端,所述转子的两端穿过两个所述支承件,所述缸体或转子上设置有能容纳所述滑片的滑片槽,所述滑片可运动地设在所述滑片槽内,所述滑片与所述缸体的缸体内壁与所述转子以及两个所述支撑件之间限定出压缩腔,滑片先端部分为所述滑片从所述滑片槽中伸出到所述压缩腔内最大高度时的部分,其特征在于,所述滑片先端部分的先端槽向侧表面和先端前表面至少形成有一个供油通路出口,所述油池内的润滑油通过所述供油通路出口进入到所述压缩腔,对所述滑片先端部分进行润滑。
具体的,所述滑片先端部分的高度Hf满足,Hf=Dc-Dr,其中,Dc为缸体内壁的直径,其中,Dr为转子的直径。
具体的,所述供油通路出口为圆形孔、椭圆形孔、长圆形孔、多边形孔或槽形口。
进一步的,所述供油通路出口设置在滑片先端部分的先端前表面。
进一步的,所述供油通路出口设置在滑片先端部分的先端槽向侧表面。
进一步的,所述供油通路出口同时设置在滑片先端部分的先端前表面和先端槽向侧表面。
在此,进一步包括:泵油组件,所述泵油组件包括油泵,所述油泵的油泵润滑油出口连通到所述滑片先端部分的供油通路入口。

参考图1-10所示,描述根据本发明实施例的旋转式流体机械,包含有动力源和压缩机构,所述的压缩机构为滑片式压缩机构1或滚动转子式压缩机构2。所述的滑片式压缩机构1为滑片式压缩机或滑片式真空泵的压缩机构。所述的滚动转子式压缩机构2为滚动转子式压缩机或滚动转子式真空泵的压缩机构。
如图1所示,根据本发明实施例的旋转式流体机械为滑片式压缩机或滑片式真空泵,包含的压缩机构为滑片式压缩机构1,包括:缸体10、转子12、油池13、支承件16、滑片17等。
具体地,如图1-4所示,包括两个支承件16、缸体10、油池13、转子12和滑片17,两个支承件16设在缸体10的轴向两端,转子12的两端穿过两个支承件16,转子12上设置有能容纳滑片17的滑片槽121,滑片17可运动地设在滑片槽121内,滑片先端部分171与缸体内壁101与转子12以及两个支承件16之间限定出压缩腔102,滑片先端部分171为滑片17从滑片槽121中伸出到压缩腔102内最大高度时的部分。
参考图3所示,支承件16支承了转子12的部件,此处支承件16为端盖161或端盖161与轴承162的组合件。
可以在,滑片式压缩机构1内设置有油池13,油池13与排气腔14连通,或油池13与排气腔14设为一个整体,当滑片式压缩机构1工作时,排气腔14内的压力,传导到油池13内的润滑油15液面上,油池13内的润滑油15则可以通过润滑油连接通道163进入到滑片供油通路173,就是从滑片17的供油通路入口1731进入,并从滑片17的供油通路出口1732流出,进入到压缩腔102内,特别是供给润滑油15到滑片先端部分171,增加了滑片先端部分171与缸体内壁101之间润滑油15供给,在此润滑了此对运动副,改善了润滑条件,从而提高了设备的运行效率和使用寿命。
进一步,如图1、3所示,为了增加供给润滑油15的油量和准确供给润滑油15,可以在整个供油通路中设置泵油组件和调控装置,将油池13内的润滑油15按照需要的流量引入泵油组件入口,以对滑片先端部分171进行润滑,其中泵油组件和调控装置为本领域技术人员所熟知,例如:泵油组件可以包括油管、油泵11和电磁阀等,调控装置可以为控制器等。
更具体的,油泵11的油泵润滑油出口111与滑片17的供油通路入口1731,采用润滑油连接通道163连通,由油泵11将油池13内的润滑油15供给到滑片17的供油通路入口1731。
参考图3所示,在支承件16内设置有润滑油连接通道163,润滑油通道连通了油泵润滑油出口111和滑片17的供油通路入口1731。
参考图4-10所示,运行时为滑片先端部分171始终在压缩腔102内伸出缩进,确定滑片先端部分171,主要就是确定滑片先端部分171的高度,滑片先端部分171的高度Hf满足,Hf=Dc-Dr,其中,Dc为缸体内壁101的直径,其中,Dr为转子12的直径。另外,滑片17的滑片后端部分172运行时始终在滑片槽121内。
为了供给润滑油15到滑片先端部分171,本发明采取主要特征为:在滑片先端部分171的先端槽向侧表面1711和先端前表面1712至少形成有一个供油通路出口1732,油池13内的润滑油15通过供油通路出口1732进入到压缩腔102,对滑片先端部分171进行润滑。
进一步的,供油通路出口1732设置在滑片先端部分171的先端前表面1712:在滑片先端部分171上形成有供油通路出口1732,供油通路出口1732为圆形孔、椭圆形孔、长圆形孔、多边形孔或槽形口;
具体地,供油通路出口1732设置在滑片先端部分171的先端前表面1712,如图5、6所示,滑片17的供油通路出口1732为圆形孔,圆形孔设置在滑片先端部分171的先端前表面1712;滑片供油通路173连接了供油通路入口1731和供油通路出口1732。
或者可选的,供油通路出口1732设置在滑片先端部分171的先端槽向侧表面1711。如图7,滑片17的供油通路出口1732为圆形孔,圆形孔设置在滑片先端部分171的先端前表面1712和先端槽向侧表面1711。另外,如图8、9所示,滑片17的供油通路出口1732为槽形口,槽形口设置在滑片先端部分171的先端前表面1712。
或者可选的,供油通路出口1732同时设置在滑片先端部分171的先端前表面1712和先端槽向侧表面1711。
在此,供油通路出口1732可设置在滑片先端部分171的先端前表面1712和/或先端槽向侧表面1711的任何端面。
进一步的,参考图6、9所示,在滑片17的端盖侧表面1713上形成有供油通路入口1731,供油通路入口1731为圆形孔、椭圆形孔、长圆形孔、多边形孔或槽形口。
参考图10所示,根据本实施例的旋转式流体机械为滚动转子式压缩机或滚动转子式真空泵,包含的压缩机构为滚动转子式压缩机构2,原理与上述的滑片式压缩机构1类似,因此不再一一赘述,仅描述不同之处。缸体10内设置有能容纳滑片17的滑片槽121,并包含上述的滑片17,在此转子12为滚动转子。运行时,供给润滑油15到滑片先端部分171,增加了滑片先端部分171与缸体内壁101之间润滑油15供给,改善润滑条件,从而提高了设备的运行效率和使用寿命。

1.一种旋转式流体机械,包括支承件、缸体、油池、转子和滑片,两个所述支承件设在所述缸体的轴向两端,所述转子的两端穿过两个所述支承件,所述缸体或转子上设置有能容纳所述滑片的滑片槽,所述滑片可运动地设在所述滑片槽内,所述滑片与所述缸体的缸体内壁与所述转子以及两个所述支撑件之间限定出压缩腔,滑片先端部分为所述滑片从所述滑片槽中伸出到所述压缩腔内最大高度时的部分,其特征在于,所述滑片先端部分的先端槽向侧表面和先端前表面至少形成有一个供油通路出口,所述油池内的润滑油通过所述供油通路出口进入到所述压缩腔,对所述滑片先端部分进行润滑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式流体机械,其特征在于,所述滑片先端部分的高度Hf满足,Hf=Dc-Dr,其中,Dc为缸体内壁的直径,其中,Dr为转子的直径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式流体机械,其特征在于,所述供油通路出口设置在所述滑片先端部分的先端前表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式流体机械,其特征在于,所述供油通路出口设置在所述滑片先端部分的先端槽向侧表面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式流体机械,其特征在于,所述供油通路出口同时设置在所述滑片先端部分的先端前表面和先端槽向侧表面。
6.根据权利要求3或4或5所述的旋转式流体机械,其特征在于,所述供油通路出口为圆形孔、椭圆形孔、长圆形孔、多边形孔或槽形口。
7.根据任一前述权利要求所述的旋转式流体机械,其特征在于,进一步包括:泵油组件,所述泵油组件包括油泵,所述油泵的油泵润滑油出口连通到所述滑片先端部分的供油通路入口。
