本发明的目的是这样实现的：
一种可固定的双刹车装置，它包括两根钢绞线，每根钢绞线的中间为中间芯层，该中间芯层为PP芯、麻芯、纱芯或PU芯，所述中间芯层的外围设有四至八个钢丝股，多个钢丝股绞合在中间芯层表面，每根钢绞线的外部均套有内衬管，内衬管的外部设有内衬管保护层，所述两个内衬管的外部通过套有一个外包管，外包管将两个内衬管包覆，并且外包管与两个内衬管之间均设有一圈缓冲块，所述钢绞线的末端设置有固定器，所述固定器上开有通孔让钢绞线穿过，并将其固定。
本发明可固定的双刹车装置具有以下有益效果：
这种可固定的双刹车装置将前刹和后刹通过外包管连接起来，从而提高了前刹和后刹的整体强度，同时外包管和钢绞线之间还设有内衬管和缓冲块，可以对钢绞线起到缓冲保护的作用，从而提高了刹车线的强度，提高了车辆的安全性；同时钢绞线由钢丝股绞合后，比起原先的单股钢丝的强度更高，不易断裂；通过增设固定器，减少了油门线晃动，提高了安全性。
