自行车、摩托车、三轮车、电瓶车的刹车装置包括刹车握把、刹车线、刹车夹器等配件。常规的刹车装置为前刹和后刹分开布置,然而分开布置会影响刹车线的整体强度,同时常规的刹车线本身的强度不高,刹车线容易在受到强力外力的情况下断裂,从而影响了车辆的安全性;同时常规的车辆刹车线为单根金属丝,这样的金属丝强度不高;并且普通油门线在使用时存在晃动现象,安全性不高。

为了克服上述不足,本发明提供了一种强度较高,安全性好的可固定的双刹车装置。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种可固定的双刹车装置,它包括两根钢绞线,每根钢绞线的中间为中间芯层,该中间芯层为PP芯、麻芯、纱芯或PU芯,所述中间芯层的外围设有四至八个钢丝股,多个钢丝股绞合在中间芯层表面,每根钢绞线的外部均套有内衬管,内衬管的外部设有内衬管保护层,所述两个内衬管的外部通过套有一个外包管,外包管将两个内衬管包覆,并且外包管与两个内衬管之间均设有一圈缓冲块,所述钢绞线的末端设置有固定器,所述固定器上开有通孔让钢绞线穿过,并将其固定。
本发明可固定的双刹车装置具有以下有益效果:
这种可固定的双刹车装置将前刹和后刹通过外包管连接起来,从而提高了前刹和后刹的整体强度,同时外包管和钢绞线之间还设有内衬管和缓冲块,可以对钢绞线起到缓冲保护的作用,从而提高了刹车线的强度,提高了车辆的安全性;同时钢绞线由钢丝股绞合后,比起原先的单股钢丝的强度更高,不易断裂;通过增设固定器,减少了油门线晃动,提高了安全性。
