Abstract

本发明公开了一种无醛人造板的生产工艺,本发明属于木材、竹材加工技术领域。本发明涉及的人造板生产工艺包括:采用自行研发的无醛水性聚酰胺改性树脂进行施胶,随后采用传统热压法进行热压即得所制人造板。本发明的优点在于无醛、水性树脂胶替代传统的脲醛树脂、酚醛树脂或MDI等其它树脂,全程无毒,制备的人造板胶合强度、耐水性能均符合国标,本发明的生产工艺不改变传统的人造板生产的热压工艺及设备,易于工业化,可以降低生产成本。所制备的人造板在生产和使用过程中不释放对人体和环境有害的游离甲醛,大大促进了人造板制造行业的健康发展。

一种无醛人造板的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无醛人造板的热压工艺,属于木材、竹材加工技术领域。
背景技术
传统的人造板生产工艺采用脲醛树脂胶、酚醛树脂胶、MDI胶结合热压法等制备技术。由于人造板在生产和使用过程中会释放游离甲醛或其它有机溶剂挥发物等,对环境和人体健康或多或少均会产生一定程度的伤害。因此,研发一种无醛无毒、性能合格的人造板生产工艺及方法具有非常重要的现实意义。中国发明专利 CN201210104114.1 公开了一种无醛人造板的生产方法,采用生物酶技术对生产人造板所用的木质原料进行预处理,然后将处理后的木质原料采用无醛胶粘剂进行施胶,采用两段式热压法进行热压。中国发明专利 CN201610061548.6公开了一种E0级人造板用低醛环保型脲醛胶黏剂的制备方法,通过改变工艺过程制备出环保胶黏剂。但是,从提高人造板的环境友好及其它使用性能角度,人造板的生产工艺、粘胶剂原料组成、粘胶剂制备工艺和胶粘剂的结构还可以进一步改进,以实现更理想的人造板生产技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无醛人造板的热压工艺,本发明涉及的人造板生产工艺是采用自行研发的无醛水性聚酰胺改性树脂进行施胶,随后采用传统热压法进行热压即得所制人造板,对环境友好。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种无醛人造板的生产工艺:采用水性聚酰胺改性树脂作为热压过程中的胶黏剂,然后采用常规热压法进行热压制得人造板。
所述的水性聚酰胺改性树脂是经环氧氯丙烷和改性不饱和酰胺改性而制得的。
水性聚酰胺改性树脂的制备方法具体为:先以聚酰胺预聚体和环氧氯丙烷进行缩合反应制得A料;在使用时再在A料中加入改性不饱和酰胺B料,制得水性聚酰胺改性树脂。
所述的改性不饱和酰胺的加入量为A料重量的10%-100%。
聚酰胺预聚体是由二乙烯三胺和己二酸制备的。
本发明的显著优点在于:
1)本发明的水性聚酰胺改性树脂无醛、全程无毒,制备的人造板胶合强度、耐水性能均符合国标,生产工艺不改变传统的人造板生产的热压工艺及设备,易于工业化;本发明所制备的人造板在生产和使用过程中不释放对人体和环境有害的游离甲醛;
2)本发明对聚酰胺树脂改性后,使得其从固态树脂转变为水性树脂,适用于现有的人造板施胶工艺;树脂胶分为A料(半成品)、B料(改性不饱和酰胺),使用时再将A料和B料混合,缩短了固化时间;并且改性后的树脂胶容易与木材的羟基反应,胶合更紧密。
具体实施方式
为进一步公开而不是限制本发明,以下结合实例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
本无醛板热压工艺与设备与现行的脲醛树脂热压工艺大体相当,具体工艺如下:
1.按照130-270克/m2或者110-190公斤/m3的胶量均匀地把水性聚酰胺改性树脂施胶在人造板木材原料上,木料水份平衡到木料的18wt%以内,即可以进行热压工序,热压温度在110°C-190°C之间,热压压力控制在0.6兆帕-1.2兆帕之间,热压时间为10-15秒/mm,热压结束打开压机,一张合格人造板即可生产完成。
实施例1:细木工板
称取35mm*35mm杨木单板2张,板厚1mm,拼板裁35mm*35mm一张备用。称取水性聚酰胺改性树脂20克(改性阳离子型丙烯酰胺的加入量为A料重量的80%),面粉6克,混合均匀后,涂抹在一张杨木单板上,重复以上工序再涂抹另一张杨木单板,将施胶好的杨木单板粘在拼板上,压机升温到110°C后,将压机合上,压力开到1兆帕,热压90秒后打开压机,细木工板加工完成,待成品板冷却后开始检查内结合,测得内结合强度为1.5兆帕,置入63°C温水中浸泡4小时,样板基本完好,没有脱胶状况。
实施例2:胶合板
称取35mm*35mm杨木单板11张,板厚1mm,称取水性聚酰胺改性树脂20克(改性阳离子型丙烯酰胺的加入量为A料重量的70%),面粉6克,混合均匀后,涂抹在一张杨木单板上,重复以上工序10次再涂抹另一张杨木单板,将施胶好的杨木单板粘在一起,要确保每张单板都有胶水充分接触。压机升温到110°C后,将压机合上,压力开到1兆帕,热压480秒后打开压机,胶合板加工完成,待成品板冷却后开始检查内结合,测得内结合强度为1.1兆帕,置入63°C温水中浸泡4小时,样板基本完好,没有脱胶状况。
实施例3:中纤板
加工35mm*35mm厚薄规一个,规厚12mm,放置在压机上。称取木纤维700克,称取水性聚酰胺改性树脂170克(改性阳离子型丙烯酰胺的加入量为A料重量的20%),木纤维和胶水混合均匀后,平铺在压机上的厚薄规内,压机升温到160°C后,将压机合上,压力开到1兆帕,热压300秒后打开压机,中纤板板加工完成,待成品板冷却后开始检查内结合,测得内结合强度为0.8兆帕.置入63°C温水中浸泡4小时,样板基本完好,纤维没有松开。
实施例4:刨花板
加工35mm*35mm厚薄规一个,规厚12mm,放置在压机上。称取木刨花700克,称取水性聚酰胺改性树脂170克(改性阳离子型丙烯酰胺的加入量为A料重量的35%),木刨花和胶水混合均匀后,平铺在压机上的厚薄规内,压机升温到160°C后,将压机合上,压力开到1.2兆帕,热压240秒后打开压机,刨花板加工完成,待成品板冷却后开始检查内结合,测得内结合强度为0.5兆帕.置入63°C温水中浸泡4小时,样板基本完好,刨花没有松开。
虽然已经举例说明和描述了本发明的具体实施方案,但显而易见,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,根据本发明的公开内容,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下可以进行各种其它变化与修改。因此所附的权利要求书用于覆盖所有这些在本发明的保护范围之内的变化和修改。

Claims (4)

1.一种无醛人造板的生产工艺,其特征在于:采用水性聚酰胺改性树脂作为热压过程中的胶黏剂,然后采用常规热压法进行热压制得人造板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无醛人造板的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的水性聚酰胺改性树脂是经环氧氯丙烷和改性不饱和酰胺改性而制得的。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无醛人造板的生产工艺,其特征在于:水性聚酰胺改性树脂的制备方法为:先以聚酰胺预聚体和环氧氯丙烷进行缩合反应制得A料;在使用时再在A料中加入改性不饱和酰胺B料,制得水性聚酰胺改性树脂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的无醛人造板的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的改性不饱和酰胺的加入量为A料重量的10%-100%。
