本发明涉及一种耐磨地坪涂料。
背景技术
随着科学技术的进步，人类生活水平的提高，人们对室内环境、空气质量的要求越来越高；同时现代工业对地坪提出了越来越严格的要求，如食品、医药等工业要求地坪不起灰，无有害挥发物，干净无尘；机械工业要求耐强烈的机械冲击，耐磨损，能长期经受叉车等车辆的辗轧，即使局部损坏也容易维修；机床、仪器仪表等工业车间地面常受到各种油类侵蚀渗漏，难以彻底清除，要求地坪耐油性好，化学工业则要求地坪能耐各种化学介质的腐蚀；因此随着涂料技术的飞快发展，为了适应不同的场合、环境，涂料需要满足相应的特性。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题，本发明的目的是：提出了一种耐磨地坪涂料。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的：一种耐磨地坪涂料，包括如下重量份数的成分：
环氧树脂 28~33份；
改性脂环胺类固化剂 14~20份；
六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体 10~14份；
新癸酸缩水甘油酯 6~8份；
硅藻土　 18~22份；
超细硅酸铝 8~11份；
环烷酸钴 2~4份；
钛白粉 5~8份；
石灰砂 6~8份。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
本发明的有益效果是：提供一种耐磨地坪涂料，其具有较强的耐磨性和抗冲击性，耐水、耐油污、耐酸碱等化学腐蚀，还可以适应较高的温度环境，行走舒适、不起尘、易清扫。
