本发明公开了一种聚氨酯防静电地坪漆,该地坪漆包含以下重量份组分:水性聚氨酯树脂65‑70份、六甲基二硅氧烷6‑8份、锐钛型纳米二氧化钛5‑8份、丁苯乳液13‑15份、聚氨酯固化剂5‑12份、苯代三聚氰胺甲醛树脂13‑15份、对甲苯磺酸3‑5份、乙酸8‑11份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠10‑12份、聚氨酯型分散剂10‑15份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷6‑12份、云母粉10‑15份。本发明聚氨酯防静电地坪漆能够有效的防止静电,环保、绿色、耐候性强,而且漆膜表面平滑、坚硬耐磨、耐压耐冲击,耐腐蚀性好,可以起到成效保护,使用寿命长,且施工方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种地坪漆,尤其涉及一种聚氨酯防静电地坪漆。
背景技术
地坪漆最早是由德国于1934年发明,主要是由油料、树料、颜色、溶剂等制成,主要分为装饰性地坪漆、重防腐地坪漆、耐重载地坪漆等。地坪漆由多种不同物质经混合、溶解、分散等许多道生产工艺制造而组成。地坪漆具有亮丽、真实、美观、耐磨、防水、防腐等特点。地坪漆由多种不同物质经混合、溶解、分散等许多道生产工艺制造而组成。按地坪漆各组分的作用不同,一般可分主要膜物质,次要成膜物质和辅助成膜物质。上个世纪中后期开始,欧美出现了许多洁净车间地坪,如环氧地坪,耐磨地坪等,到后来,这些地坪逐渐进入各个国家,如今,在一些工厂,停车场,实验室的应用更为普遍。地坪漆涂料发展至今,因其具有优良的物理机械性能,电绝缘性能,耐化学腐蚀等性能,在国民经济的各个领域得到了广泛应用,其产量不断增加,质量不断提高,新品种不断涌现。我国地坪漆的环氧树脂原料开发和应用研究发展迅速,由年生产能力不足1.5万吨发展到30万吨左右。地坪漆发展的总体趋势是产能快速增长,生产趋向集中;产品向系列化,功能化发展,质量普遍提高;适应国际市场需求变化,强化特种树脂和配套助剂的开发。我国最大的地坪漆消费市场是涂料领域。目前我国涂料领域年消费地坪漆占总消费量的32%。目前,地坪漆行业竞争激烈,但是产品价格的竞争不如“价值竞争”。满足客户的价值分向上的和向下的两种,向上的价值,追求的是性价比,更节省时间,更高效率、快乐的过程,更安全可靠等优势。据专家介绍,向下的价值是指更低的价格竞争,价格一直向下降,没有最低,只有更低,直到企业无利可图,导致更多企业偷工减料,降质降量,产品出现恶性发展。随着市场经济的不断发展,竞争也是愈演愈烈,如今地坪涂料行业,在2012年市场环境不景气的状况下,地坪企业要如何面对市场的竞争?其本质还有是要回到客户的价值,原材料价格不断增长,企业仅靠缩减开支会越来越难易支撑,因此向下的价值不宜发展,那该如何在市场上立足呢?那就需要在企业的技术和产能上都得到了发展,从传统的防渗、防尘、便于消毒和清洁等功能逐步升级到具有装饰美观性,艺术性和环保性能化等方面迈进。
防静电地坪漆,指的是表面电阻为25000~1000000000的抗静电地坪,它能优先防止静电荷泄漏,消除静电积累和电磁干扰的危害。主要用于电阻、精密仪器生产等场所。而目前地坪漆种类主要分为环氧树脂地坪漆,丙烯酸地坪漆,聚氨酯地坪漆。其中聚氨酯是聚氨基甲酸酷的简称,具有较好的机械性能,一般硬度都比较高,而且还具有耐磨耐冲击的能力。但是聚氨酯地坪漆对施工环境条件(温度、湿度)要求较严格,增加了调温调湿设备的投入,同时也增大了能耗。涂料水的蒸发潜热大,烘烤能量消耗大。阴极电泳涂料需在180℃烘烤;而乳胶涂料完全干透的时间则很长。目前地坪漆分为溶剂型和无溶剂型,溶剂型地坪涂料在施工时对基材湿度和环境湿度要求较高;无溶剂型的水性地坪对基材和环境湿度没有太大要求,因其不燃不爆的性质,在生产、运输、贮存、施工等环节更加安全环保,但是,相比溶剂型地坪涂料,水性地坪具有漆膜致密性低、施工性差等缺点,市场份额较小。随着现代科学技术和生产的迅速发展,对厂房、车间、实验室等地坪提出越来越高的要求那就需要对地坪漆的性能提出更高的要求。因此,需要研发出一种能克服上面所述问题的水性聚氨酯防静电地坪漆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种聚氨酯防静电地坪漆。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种聚氨酯防静电地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性聚氨酯树脂65-70份、六甲基二硅氧烷6-8份、锐钛型纳米二氧化钛5-8份、丁苯乳液13-15份、聚氨酯固化剂5-12份、苯代三聚氰胺甲醛树脂13-15份、对甲苯磺酸3-5份、乙酸8-11份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠10-12份、聚氨酯型分散剂10-15份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷6-12份、云母粉10-15份。
其还包含聚氧化乙烯烷基胺4-8份。
其还包含聚丙烯蜡8-13份。
其还包含十二碳醇酯4-6份。
有益效果:本发明聚氨酯防静电地坪漆能够有效的防止静电,环保、绿色、耐候性强,而且漆膜表面平滑、坚硬耐磨、耐压耐冲击,耐腐蚀性好,可以起到成效保护,使用寿命长,且施工方便。

实施例1
本实施例的聚氨酯防静电地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性聚氨酯树脂65份、六甲基二硅氧烷6份、锐钛型纳米二氧化钛5份、丁苯乳液13份、聚氨酯固化剂5份、苯代三聚氰胺甲醛树脂13份、对甲苯磺酸3份、乙酸8份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠10份、聚氨酯型分散剂10份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷6份、云母粉10份。
实施例2
本实施例的聚氨酯防静电地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性聚氨酯树脂70份、六甲基二硅氧烷8份、锐钛型纳米二氧化钛8份、丁苯乳液15份、聚氨酯固化剂12份、苯代三聚氰胺甲醛树脂15份、对甲苯磺酸5份、乙酸11份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠12份、聚氨酯型分散剂15份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷12份、云母粉15份、聚氧化乙烯烷基胺8份。

本实施例的聚氨酯防静电地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性聚氨酯树脂70份、六甲基二硅氧烷8份、锐钛型纳米二氧化钛8份、丁苯乳液15份、聚氨酯固化剂12份、苯代三聚氰胺甲醛树脂15份、对甲苯磺酸5份、乙酸11份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠12份、聚氨酯型分散剂15份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷12份、云母粉15份、聚氧化乙烯烷基胺8份、聚丙烯蜡13份、十二碳醇酯6份。

1.一种聚氨酯防静电地坪漆,其特征在于包含以下重量份组分:水性聚氨酯树脂65-70份、六甲基二硅氧烷6-8份、锐钛型纳米二氧化钛5-8份、丁苯乳液13-15份、聚氨酯固化剂5-12份、苯代三聚氰胺甲醛树脂13-15份、对甲苯磺酸3-5份、乙酸8-11份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠10-12份、聚氨酯型分散剂10-15份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷6-12份、云母粉10-15份。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的聚氨酯防静电地坪漆,其特征在于:其还包含聚氧化乙烯烷基胺4-8份。
3.根据权利要求 2 所述的聚氨酯防静电地坪漆,其特征在于:其还包含聚丙烯蜡8-13份。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的聚氨酯防静电地坪漆,其特征在于:其还包含十二碳醇酯4-6份。
