技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯具散热涂料,属于涂料技术领域。
背景技术
为了解决灯具在使用过程中由于产生热量而影响灯具的发光效率、缩短灯具使用寿命的问题,目前使用的方法是在灯具上涂覆一些散热涂料,但散热涂料的导热效果有待提高,因此,需要进行进一步的研究。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种LED灯具散热涂料的制备方法,使得散热涂料导热性能优越,大大提高灯具的使用寿命,具有良好的应用前景,值得推广。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种LED灯具散热涂料,其特征是,包括如下组分:
1)按重量比配制以下的组分,20~30%的纳米碳球,10~20%的硅胶,15~30%的铝粉,0~10%的铜粉,10%的稀土元素氧化物,20~40%的水性树脂,1~2%的固化剂,2~5%的防尘剂;
2)在搅拌机内将上述物料以1500转/分的转速搅拌1.5小时后,然后经过85℃加热1.5小时后过滤而成。
进一步的,所述水性树脂采用重量比25%的酚醛树脂或有机硅树脂。
进一步的,所述纳米碳球的重量比采取30%。
进一步的,所述硅胶的重量比采取10%。
进一步的,所述铝粉和铜粉的重量比分别采取15%和4%。
进一步的,所述固化剂和防尘剂的重量比分别采取5%和1%。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
本发明提供的一种LED灯具散热涂料,该涂料中的组分主要包括有水性树脂,散热性极好的纳米碳球,铝粉,铜粉,固化剂,防尘剂,稀土元素氧化物,硅胶,该散热涂料散热性能优越,大大提高灯具的使用寿命,具有良好的应用前景,值得推广。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:
按重量比:20%的纳米碳球,10%的硅胶,20%的铝粉, 10%的铜粉,10%的稀土元素氧化物,25%的水性树脂,1%的固化剂,4%的防尘剂,搅拌混合而成。
实施例2:
按重量比:30%的纳米碳球,15%的硅胶,15%的铝粉,3%的铜粉,10%的稀土元素氧化物,20%的水性树脂, 2%的固化剂,5%的防尘剂,搅拌混合而成。
实施例3:
按重量比:25%的纳米碳球,20%的硅胶, 20%的铝粉,0%的铜粉,10%的稀土元素氧化物,22%的水性树脂,1%的固化剂,2%的防尘剂,搅拌混合而成。
实施例4:
按重量比:20%的纳米碳球,10%的硅胶,15%的铝粉,0%的铜粉,10%的稀土元素氧化物,40%的水性树脂,1.5%的固化剂,3.5%的防尘剂,搅拌混合而成。

Claims (6)

1.一种LED灯具散热涂料,其特征是,包括如下组分:
1)按重量比配制以下的组分,20~30%的纳米碳球,10~20%的硅胶,15~30%的铝粉,0~10%的铜粉,10%的稀土元素氧化物,20~40%的水性树脂,1~2%的固化剂,2~5%的防尘剂;
2)在搅拌机内将上述物料以1500转/分的转速搅拌1.5小时后,然后经过85℃加热1.5小时后过滤而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯具散热涂料,其特征是,所述水性树脂采用重量比25%的酚醛树脂或有机硅树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯具散热涂料,其特征是,所述纳米碳球的重量比采取30%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯具散热涂料,其特征是,所述硅胶的重量比采取10%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯具散热涂料,其特征是,所述铝粉和铜粉的重量比分别采取15%和4%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯具散热涂料,其特征是,所述固化剂和防尘剂的重量比分别采取5%和1%。
