本发明公开了一种膨化食物微孔泡沫保温瓷砖片制备方法,包括:在常温下,将脱水膨化食物制成直径不大于30微米的粉末;将瓷土和粉碎后的膨化食物按照质量比1:0.3~1均匀混合,加适量水润湿,导入模具压制成形;成形片应阴干,防止高温曝晒而龟裂,阴干以断裂面无湿痕为准;将阴干后的成形片入火炉,在400℃—1300℃的温度下,经过3—12小时的烧制而成。本发明主要用于建筑装饰及保温,并可用于飞机、轮船,化工企业设备,生产厂地防腐及保温;采用膨化食物作为原料,废物回收利用;经高温烧制,脱水膨化食物会在一定温度下碳化、粉化、收缩、消失,使瓷砖片中出现大量封闭微孔,实现瓷砖片保温功能。

本发明属于建筑保温材料领域,尤其涉及一种膨化食物微孔泡沫保温瓷砖片制备方法。
背景技术
现有瓷砖保温性能差,瓷砖非常容易返潮,冬天比较凉,在我国许多地区特别是东南沿海和长江中下游地区尤其严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种膨化食物微孔泡沫保温瓷砖片制备方法,旨在解决现有瓷砖保温性能差的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种膨化食物微孔泡沫保温瓷砖片制备方法,所述的膨化食物微孔泡沫保温瓷砖片制备方法包括:
步骤一、在常温下,将脱水膨化食物制成直径不大于30微米的粉末;
步骤二、将瓷土和粉碎后的膨化食物按照质量比1:0.3~1均匀混合,加适量水润湿,导入模具压制成形;
步骤三、成形片应阴干,防止高温曝晒而龟裂,阴干以断裂面无湿痕为准;
步骤四、将阴干后的成形片入火炉,在400℃—1300℃的温度下,经过3—12小时的烧制而成。
本发明还采取如下技术措施:
膨化食物粉碎包括:可用锉刀机,磋磨成粉状。
膨化食物粉碎包括:采用捏合机,挤压成粉状。
膨化食物粉碎包括:采用高速搅拌叶片在悬浮状态中将其打碎。
本发明主要用于建筑装饰及保温,并可用于飞机、轮船,化工企业设备,生产厂地防腐及保温;采用膨化食物作为原料,废物回收利用;经高温烧制,脱水膨化食物会在一定温度下碳化、粉化、收缩、消失,使瓷砖片中出现大量封闭微孔,实现瓷砖片保温功能,其导热系数在0.05—0.10W/(m·K)之间,吸水率在0.03%以内,同时瓷土经高温烧制后可增加其耐磨性能及抗冲击性能。

S103、成形片应阴干,防止高温曝晒而龟裂,阴干以断裂面无湿痕为准;
S104、将阴干后的成形片入火炉,在400℃—1300℃的温度下,经过3—12小时的烧制而成。

步骤二、将瓷土和粉碎后的膨化食物按照质量比1:0.3~1均匀混合,加适量水润湿,导入模具压制成形;
步骤三、成形片应阴干,防止高温曝晒而龟裂,阴干以断裂面无湿痕为准;
步骤四、将阴干后的成形片入火炉,在400℃—1300℃的温度下,经过3—12小时的烧制而成。
