本发明涉及一种养殖猪场粪污处理系统,其特征在于:包括猪舍粪污的排放装置、输送装置、沉淀池、有机肥处理车间、沼气发酵池、沼气处理装置、沼气储存器和沼气输送装置,所述的排放装置设于猪舍的一端,所述的输送装置设于排放装置的正下方,输送装置包括上层输送装置和下层输送装置,上层输送装置和下层输送装置均输送至沉淀池,沉淀池的沉淀物输送至有机肥处理车间,沉淀池的液体输送至沼气发酵池,沼气发酵池和沼气处理装置连接,沼气处理装置和沼气储存器连接,沼气储存器和沼气输送装置连接,本发明能有效处理养殖猪场粪便,处理成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及养殖业技术领域,具体是一种养殖猪场粪污处理系统。
背景技术
目前各类养殖业已经越来越规模化了,特别是家禽类的,如猪、鸡、鸭等,随着养殖业的规模化,这些养殖家禽的粪便的排放也成了一个较难解决的问题,拿猪来说,其排泄的量多且频繁,处理成本高,处理不好对养殖场的环境也有所影响。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种能有效处理养殖猪场粪便,处理成本低的养殖猪场粪污处理系统。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:提供一种养殖猪场粪污处理系统,包括猪舍粪污的排放装置、输送装置、沉淀池、有机肥处理车间、沼气发酵池、沼气处理装置、沼气储存器和沼气输送装置,所述的排放装置设于猪舍的一端,所述的输送装置设于排放装置的正下方,输送装置包括上层输送装置和下层输送装置,上层输送装置和下层输送装置均输送至沉淀池,沉淀池的沉淀物输送至有机肥处理车间,沉淀池的液体输送至沼气发酵池,沼气发酵池和沼气处理装置连接,沼气处理装置和沼气储存器连接,沼气储存器和沼气输送装置连接。
所述的排放装置包括启闭门板结构以及驱动机构,门板结构包括猪舍的地板与其密封机构,驱动机构设于门板结构下方。
所述的上层输送装置为筛网式的输送装置,下层输送装置为输送液态物质的输送装置。
所述的沼气处理装置包括脱硫机构和干燥机构。
采用本发明养殖猪场粪污处理系统大大提高了养殖猪场粪污的处理能力,而且能将粪污充分利用,变废为宝,解决了过去规模化养殖猪场粪污排放处理难,效率低的问题,同时大大降低了粪污处理的成本。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明做详细的说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明养殖猪场粪污处理系统,包括猪舍粪污的排放装置1、输送装置2、沉淀池3、有机肥处理车间4、沼气发酵池5、沼气处理装置6、沼气储存器7和沼气输送装置8,排放装置1设于猪舍9的一端,本发明的猪舍地板设置成略微的倾斜状,里面高,外面低,排放装置1设在低的一端,输送装置2设于排放装置1的正下方,即猪舍地板下方,即本发明的输送装置2设于地下,输送装置2包括上层输送装置2.1和下层输送装置2.2,上层输送装置2.1在下层输送装置2.2的正上方,上层输送装置2.1和下层输送装置2.2均输送至沉淀池3,沉淀池3的沉淀物输送至有机肥处理车间4,沉淀池3的液体输送至沼气发酵池5,沼气发酵池5和沼气处理装置6连接,沼气处理装置6和沼气储存器7连接,沼气储存器7和沼气输送装置8连接。
本发明在具体实施时,排放装置1包括启闭门板结构以及驱动机构,门板结构包括猪舍9的地板与其密封机构,驱动机构设于门板结构下方。驱动机构驱动猪舍9底板的开启和关闭。
本发明的上层输送装置2.1为筛网式的输送装置,用于过滤从启闭门板机构落下的粪污的固体和液体,下层输送装置2.2为输送液态物质的输送装置。上层输送装置2.1用U型的筛网输送带,下层输送装置2.2可以用密封性好的U型输送带。本发明的沼气处理装置6包括脱硫机构和干燥机构,用于对沼气进行脱硫处理和干燥处理。
本发明按照猪的排污习惯和通过猪舍地板的设置,通过简单的冲洗和处理,就可以将猪舍9的粪污集中到猪舍9的排放装置1上,通过操作驱动机构开启猪舍9的地板,将粪污落入到地下的输送装置2中,上层输送装置2.1通过筛网输送带,将粪污的固体和液体进行分离,固体留在上层输送装置2.1,液体落到下层输送装置2.2,通过沉淀池3进一步对固体和液体进行分离,固体进入有机肥处理车间4制成半成品有机肥,液体进行沼气发酵池5产生沼气并进行利用。

1.一种养殖猪场粪污处理系统,其特征在于:包括猪舍粪污的排放装置、输送装置、沉淀池、有机肥处理车间、沼气发酵池、沼气处理装置、沼气储存器和沼气输送装置,所述的排放装置设于猪舍的一端,所述的输送装置设于排放装置的正下方,输送装置包括上层输送装置和下层输送装置,上层输送装置和下层输送装置均输送至沉淀池,沉淀池的沉淀物输送至有机肥处理车间,沉淀池的液体输送至沼气发酵池,沼气发酵池和沼气处理装置连接,沼气处理装置和沼气储存器连接,沼气储存器和沼气输送装置连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养殖猪场粪污处理系统,其特征在于:所述的排放装置包括启闭门板结构以及驱动机构,门板结构包括猪舍的地板与其密封机构,驱动机构设于门板结构下方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的养殖猪场粪污处理系统,其特征在于:所述的上层输送装置为筛网式的输送装置,下层输送装置为输送液态物质的输送装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的养殖猪场粪污处理系统,其特征在于:所述的沼气处理装置包括脱硫机构和干燥机构。
