技术领域
本发明属于处理剂技术领域,具体涉及一种生活污水处理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
污水处理厂是水环境污染治理的主要功能承担者,在净化水污染方面发挥着关键作用。截至2014年底,全国投运的城镇污水处理设施接近4000座,总设计处理能力超过500亿m3/d。污水处理厂的一个突出特点就是水池种类多,面积大:调节池、酸化水解池、初沉池、曝气沉砂池、生化池、二级沉池、高密度沉淀池、砂滤池、紫外消毒池等。在生产过程中,由于污染物种类成分复杂,污水中的金属离子、无机成分、有机物及微生物分泌物的相互作用,结果在池壁上出现了黑色污垢沉积物,导致出水的水质变差,影响生产运行。因此,在日常运行过程中,要经常定期或不定期地去除这些污垢。
传统使用的去垢剂有漂白粉、漂白精、硫酸铜、新洁尔灭等,但是这些去垢剂大部分为强酸、强碱等成分,存在腐蚀性强、挥发性大、操作难度高,耗时长,不仅给操作人员身心健康带领不利影响,而且清洗效果差,清洗时间长,清洗效率低,最终影响生产运行。因此,有必要研制能够高效去除污水处理厂池壁污垢的清洁剂。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明提出一种生活污水处理剂,该处理剂能有效吸附污水中的颗粒物,同时迅速将水中的污垢沉淀和水面上的油去除,去除后的水其级别达到实验室用水一级。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种生活污水处理剂,按照重量份数计算,包括以下组分:
硅酸钠5~10份、氯酸钠5~10份、麦饭石20~40份、矿渣20~30份、木质素磺酸钠20~30份、壳聚糖10~15份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮10~20份、聚硅硫酸铝5~10份、聚合三氯化铁10~20份、膦酸盐10~20份、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸10~20份、去离子水60~120份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括以下组分:
硅酸钠7份、氯酸钠7份、麦饭石30份、矿渣25份、木质素磺酸钠25份、壳聚糖12份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮15份、聚硅硫酸铝7份、聚合三氯化铁15份、膦酸盐15份、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸15份、去离子水90份。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种生活污水处理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照上述配比,称取麦饭石与矿渣进行粉碎,然后研磨得到粉末;
2)按照上述配比,称取硅酸钠、氯酸钠、木质素磺酸钠、壳聚糖、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚硅硫酸铝与聚合三氯化铁进行混合搅拌,然后加入去离子水与步骤1)得到粉末进行搅拌均匀,得到液体混合物;
3)将步骤2)得到的混合物水浴加热至40~60℃,然后加入膦酸盐与乙二胺四甲叉膦酸,边加边搅拌均匀,加料结束后缓慢降温至室温,然后用pH调节剂调节pH至7.5~9,即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明通过麦饭石与矿渣作为吸附材料,能够在不对水造成污染的前提下,迅速将水中的污垢沉淀和水面上的油吸附,同时能够快速将水面上的油层吸附。在不采用聚丙烯酰胺(常用污水处理剂)的前提下,通过聚合三氯化铁、壳聚糖、膦酸盐以及乙二胺四甲叉膦酸协同作用,将水中的细菌、微生物等进行灭杀,达到将污水净化成能够使用的标准用水。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种生活污水处理剂,按照重量份数计算,包括以下组分:
硅酸钠7份、氯酸钠7份、麦饭石30份、矿渣25份、木质素磺酸钠25份、壳聚糖12份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮15份、聚硅硫酸铝7份、聚合三氯化铁15份、膦酸盐15份、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸15份、去离子水90份。
制备方法:
1)称取30份麦饭石与25份矿渣进行粉碎,然后研磨得到粉末;
2)按照上述配比,称取7份硅酸钠、7份氯酸钠、25份木质素磺酸钠、12份壳聚糖、15份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、7份聚硅硫酸铝与15份聚合三氯化铁进行混合搅拌,然后加入90份去离子水与步骤1)得到粉末进行搅拌均匀,得到液体混合物;
3)将步骤2)得到的混合物水浴加热至50℃,然后加入15份膦酸盐与15份乙二胺四甲叉膦酸,边加边搅拌均匀,加料结束后缓慢降温至室温,然后用pH调节剂调节pH至8,即可。
实施例2
一种生活污水处理剂,按照重量份数计算,包括以下组分:
硅酸钠5份、氯酸钠5份、麦饭石20份、矿渣20份、木质素磺酸钠20份、壳聚糖15份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮20份、聚硅硫酸铝5份、聚合三氯化铁20份、膦酸盐20份、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸10份、去离子水60份。
制备方法:
1)称取20份麦饭石与20份矿渣进行粉碎,然后研磨得到粉末;
2)按照上述配比,称取5份硅酸钠、5份氯酸钠、20份木质素磺酸钠、15份壳聚糖、20份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、5份聚硅硫酸铝与20份聚合三氯化铁进行混合搅拌,然后加入60份去离子水与步骤1)得到粉末进行搅拌均匀,得到液体混合物;
3)将步骤2)得到的混合物水浴加热至40℃,然后加入20份膦酸盐与10份乙二胺四甲叉膦酸,边加边搅拌均匀,加料结束后缓慢降温至室温,然后用pH调节剂调节pH至7.5,即可。
实施例3
一种生活污水处理剂,按照重量份数计算,包括以下组分:
硅酸钠10份、氯酸钠10份、麦饭石40份、矿渣30份、木质素磺酸钠30份、壳聚糖10份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮10份、聚硅硫酸铝10份、聚合三氯化铁10份、膦酸盐10份、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸20份、去离子水120份。
制备方法:
1)称取40份麦饭石与30份矿渣进行粉碎,然后研磨得到粉末;
2)按照上述配比,称取10份硅酸钠、10份氯酸钠、30份木质素磺酸钠、10份壳聚糖、10份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、10份聚硅硫酸铝与10份聚合三氯化铁进行混合搅拌,然后加入120份去离子水与步骤1)得到粉末进行搅拌均匀,得到液体混合物;
3)将步骤2)得到的混合物水浴加热至60℃,然后加入10份膦酸盐与20份乙二胺四甲叉膦酸,边加边搅拌均匀,加料结束后缓慢降温至室温,然后用pH调节剂调节pH至9,即可。
实施例4
为了进一步检测本发明的污水处理剂的效果,进行了多种污水处理剂进行对比,具体过程和结果如下:选用普通的过滤沉淀方法为对照组一、选用现有的漂白净水方法作为对照组二,选用本发明的生活污水处理剂作为实验组,对比其三组在净化水后中细菌成分含量的正常情况以及气味进行对比,参照中国实验室用水国家标准GB6682-2000,具体数据如下表1所示:

经测试,与两组对照组相比,本发明处理后的生活污水水质好,洁净无异味。

Claims (3)

1.一种生活污水处理剂,其特征在于,按照重量份数计算,包括以下组分:
硅酸钠5~10份、氯酸钠5~10份、麦饭石20~40份、矿渣20~30份、木质素磺酸钠20~30份、壳聚糖10~15份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮10~20份、聚硅硫酸铝5~10份、聚合三氯化铁10~20份、膦酸盐10~20份、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸10~20份、去离子水60~120份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生活污水处理剂,其特征在于,按照重量份数计算,包括以下组分:
硅酸钠7份、氯酸钠7份、麦饭石30份、矿渣25份、木质素磺酸钠25份、壳聚糖12份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮15份、聚硅硫酸铝7份、聚合三氯化铁15份、膦酸盐15份、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸15份、去离子水90份。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的生活污水处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按照上述配比,称取麦饭石与矿渣进行粉碎,然后研磨得到粉末;
2)按照上述配比,称取硅酸钠、氯酸钠、木质素磺酸钠、壳聚糖、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚硅硫酸铝与聚合三氯化铁进行混合搅拌,然后加入去离子水与步骤1)得到粉末进行搅拌均匀,得到液体混合物;
3)将步骤2)得到的混合物水浴加热至40~60℃,然后加入膦酸盐与乙二胺四甲叉膦酸,边加边搅拌均匀,加料结束后缓慢降温至室温,然后用pH调节剂调节pH至7.5~9,即可。
