Abstract

一种白色纯氧化铈的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)按化学计量比称取氯化铈与碱金属碳酸盐、碱金属碳酸氢盐或者碱金属强碱;(2)将步骤(1)中称取的反应物放入球磨机中球磨0.5~2小时,取出球磨料和磨球,在40~60℃鼓风烘箱中干燥1~4小时后,再放入球磨机中球磨0.5~2小时;(3)将步骤(2)中球磨后的产物直接放入马弗炉,以1~15℃/min的升温速率从室温升至600~1000℃,保温1~8小时后随炉冷却至室温,再洗涤、过滤、干燥。本发明产物白度高、粒度小、分散性好、大小均匀;且设备要求低,合成产率高,无需添加任何添加剂等特点,合成过程绿色环保,生产成本低廉,非常适合于工业化生产。
