本发明公开一种新型复合包装纸,所述的新型复合包装纸包括最外层的尼龙薄膜层、中间层的黏连层和最内层的纤维层,所述纤维层为硅酸铝纤维,所述尼龙薄膜包括尼龙、胶粘剂、橡胶,所述的薄膜层占新型复合包装纸总体分量的38%‑42%,所述的黏连层占新型复合包装纸总体分量的18%‑22%,所述的硅酸铝纤维占新型复合包装纸总体分量的38%‑42%,本发明提供一种新型复合包装纸,具有耐磨损、对人体无毒无害、无刺激的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型复合包装纸。
背景技术
自从有了人类社会,食品包装就与之相随。早在原始社会,人们为储存食物和水,用泥土烧制的各种陶器、用兽皮缝制的袋子、用藤条编织筐子等都是最早的食品包装原形。现代的食品包装是指采用适当的包装材料、容器和包装技术,把食品包裹起来,以使食品在运输和贮藏过程中保持其价值和原有状态。食品包装是以食品为核心的系统工程,它涉及到食品科学、食品包装材料、包装容器、包装技术、标准法则及质量控制等一系列问题,它是一门综合性的应用科学。
食品作为我们日常生活中的特殊商品,其营养与卫生极其重要,但又非常容易变质,所以食品包装的主要目的是必须保证食品作为商品在贮运和流通过程中的卫生质量及品质和风味。食品包装作为产品的附加物而成为商品的组成部分,和商品是不可分割的,在现代市场策略中占据了显著的地位。同时,作为市场竞争的主要手段,能提高商品的附加值,它已成为企业营销战略的重要组成部分,它在超市中起到了无声售货员的作用。食品包装的形象直接反映品牌及企业形象,它为创名牌和树立良好的企业形象起着至关重要的作用。在市场竞争中,它是企业与消费者之间的桥梁。 因此食品包装竞争起着举足轻重的地位。
另外,大量的国外食品的引进,丰富了国内市场,同时也给我们包装设计师提出了新的课题,那就是要更加重视设计,使商品结构更加合理,使人们能充分享受高科技带来的舒适和方便。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有耐磨损、对人体无毒无害、无刺激优点的新型复合包装纸。
本发明的技术方案是:一种新型复合包装纸,所述的新型复合包装纸包括最外层的尼龙薄膜层、中间层的黏连层和最内层的纤维层,所述纤维层为硅酸铝纤维,所述尼龙薄膜包括尼龙、胶粘剂、橡胶,所述的薄膜层占新型复合包装纸总体分量的38%-42%,所述的黏连层占新型复合包装纸总体分量的18%-22%,所述的硅酸铝纤维占新型复合包装纸总体分量的38%-42%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述黏连层为聚氨酯胶粘剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的薄膜层占新型复合包装纸总体分量的39%,所述的黏连层占新型复合包装纸总体分量的21%,所述的硅酸铝纤维占新型复合包装纸总体分量的40%。
本发明的一种新型复合包装纸,具有耐磨损、对人体无毒无害、无刺激的优点。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
其中,所述的新型复合包装纸包括最外层的尼龙薄膜层、中间层的黏连层和最内层的纤维层,所述纤维层为硅酸铝纤维,所述尼龙薄膜包括尼龙、胶粘剂、橡胶,所述的薄膜层占新型复合包装纸总体分量的38%-42%,所述的黏连层占新型复合包装纸总体分量的18%-22%,所述的硅酸铝纤维占新型复合包装纸总体分量的38%-42%。
进一步说明,所述黏连层为聚氨酯胶粘剂,所述的薄膜层占新型复合包装纸总体分量的39%,所述的黏连层占新型复合包装纸总体分量的21%,所述的硅酸铝纤维占新型复合包装纸总体分量的40%。
在进一步说明,尼龙薄膜是一种非常坚韧的薄膜,透明性好,并具有良好的光泽,抗张强度、拉伸强度较高,还具有较好的耐热性、耐寒性、耐油性和耐有机溶剂性,耐磨性、耐穿刺性优良,且比较柔软,阻氧性优良,但对水蒸气的阻隔性较差,吸潮、透湿性较大,热封性较差,适于包装硬性物品,例如油腻性食品、肉制品、油炸食品、真空包装食品、蒸煮食品等。
在进一步说明,聚氨酯胶粘剂是目前正在迅猛发展的聚氨酯树脂中的一个重要组成部分,具有优异的性能,在许多方面都得到了广泛的应用,是八大合成胶粘剂中的重要品种之一。聚氨酯胶粘剂具备优异的抗剪切强度和抗冲击特性,适用于各种结构性粘合领域,并具备优异的柔韧特性。聚氨酯胶粘粘剂具备优异的橡胶特性,能适应不同热膨胀系数基材的粘合,它在基材之间形成具有软-硬过渡层,不仅粘接力强,同时还具有优异的缓冲、减震功能。 聚氨酯胶粘粘剂的低温和超低温性能超过所有其他类型的胶粘剂。聚氨酯胶粘剂具有以下特点:(1)耐水、耐介质性好。(2)粘接强度高,初粘力大。(3)良好的贮存稳定性。(4)耐冻融,耐较高温度。(5)干燥速度较快,低环境温度下成膜性良好。本发明提供一种新型复合包装纸,具有耐磨损、对人体无毒无害、无刺激的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种新型复合包装纸,其特征在于:所述的新型复合包装纸包括最外层的尼龙薄膜层、中间层的黏连层和最内层的纤维层,所述纤维层为硅酸铝纤维,所述尼龙薄膜包括尼龙、胶粘剂、橡胶,所述的薄膜层占新型复合包装纸总体分量的38%-42%,所述的黏连层占新型复合包装纸总体分量的18%-22%,所述的硅酸铝纤维占新型复合包装纸总体分量的38%-42%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型复合包装纸,其特征在于:所述黏连层为聚氨酯胶粘剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型复合包装纸,其特征在于:所述的薄膜层占新型复合包装纸总体分量的39%,所述的黏连层占新型复合包装纸总体分量的21%,所述的硅酸铝纤维占新型复合包装纸总体分量的40%。
