Abstract
本发明涉及一种变径塑料三通的生产方法,适用于大型供排水及工业用管道,涉及大口径主管上旁生出小口径支管,首先将塑料主管机械加工出额定长度以及在其管身侧壁上的小口径侧通孔;将注塑预制好的鞍型小口径分支管连接端面机械加工出与主管外径曲率一致的弧面,并在弧面上镶嵌螺旋状排列电加热丝;然后将鞍型分支管的内孔对准主管的小口径侧通孔,使得连接曲面相吻合,通过电加热丝加热使得主管与鞍型分支管焊接融合成一体。本发明的有益效果是:大口径焊制鞍形三通整体承压能力相对于现有加工方式有较大提升,结构件整体尺寸缩短。对于埋地施工中可以减少土方开挖,节省施工费用及管路安装空间。减少大口径变径三通加工中支管的重复对焊,降低了质量隐患,节约生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及工程塑料管件,具体为一种变径塑料三通的生产方法,适用于大型供排水及工业用塑料管道。
背景技术
目前,大口径聚乙烯变径三通主要通过大型注塑机注射成型或热熔焊制方式生产加工。受制于注塑机注射量,大口径三通难以注塑成型。焊制管件热熔焊接残余应力较大,焊口质量难以保证。特别是三通主管端与三通支管端口径相差较大时,支管端需通过反复对焊变径管件的方式获得所需口径,支端伸出长度较长且难以控制,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种结构简单、质量可靠、成本较低的新型结构大口径焊制鞍形三通。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种变径塑料三通的生产方法,涉及大口径主管上旁生出小口径支管,首先将塑料主管机械加工出额定长度以及在其管身侧壁上的小口径侧通孔;将注塑预制好的鞍型小口径分支管连接端面机械加工出与主管外径曲率一致的弧面,并在弧面上镶嵌螺旋状排列电加热丝;然后将鞍型分支管的内孔对准主管的小口径侧通孔,使得连接曲面相吻合,通过电加热丝加热使得主管与鞍型分支管焊接融合成一体。
所述的螺旋状排列电加热丝为等螺距排列。
本发明的有益效果是:使用本发明方法制造的新型结构大口径焊制鞍形三通整体承压能力相对于现有加工方式有较大提升,结构件整体尺寸缩短。对于埋地施工中可以减少土方开挖,节省施工费用及管路安装空间。减少大口径变径三通加工中支管的重复对焊,降低了质量隐患,节约生产成本。

具体实施方式:
如图1、图2所示,一种变径塑料三通的生产方法,首先将塑料主管1机械加工出额定长度及管身侧面上的侧通孔,将预制的鞍型分支管2连接端面机械加工出与主管外径曲率一致的弧面,在圆弧面上镶嵌等螺距螺旋状排列电加热丝3,然后将鞍型分支管的内孔对准主管的侧通孔处使得曲面吻合,通过电加热丝加热使得主管与鞍型分支管融合成一体。本发明适合PP或PE管道。

1.一种变径塑料三通的生产方法,涉及大口径主管上旁生出小口径支管,其特征在于首先将塑料主管机械加工出额定长度以及在其管身侧壁上的小口径侧通孔;将注塑预制好的鞍型小口径分支管连接端面机械加工出与主管外径曲率一致的弧面,并在弧面上镶嵌螺旋状排列电加热丝;然后将鞍型分支管的内孔对准主管的小口径侧通孔,使得连接曲面相吻合,通过电加热丝加热使得主管与鞍型分支管焊接融合成一体。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种变径塑料三通的生产方法,其特征在于所述的螺旋状排列电加热丝为等螺距排列。
