Abstract
本发明涉及一种立磨磨内物料筛分装置,包括筛网(6)、壳体(2)、磨盘(4),筛网(6)固定在壳体(2)与磨盘(4)之间,并与磨盘(4)边缘表面呈β角布置,其中0<β≤90°所述的一种立磨磨内物料筛分装置还包括振动器、连接板,振动器通过连接板固定在筛网的底部。本发明装置可以提高产量及产品成品率,且成本较低、安装简单。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种立磨技术领域,尤其涉及一种磨内物料筛分装置。
背景技术
立磨作为水泥厂主要的粉磨设备,在粉磨生料、水泥、煤粉、矿渣及钢渣等场合得到了广泛地应用。
在立磨运行时,通过下料管落到磨盘上的物料,由于磨盘自身旋转会使其产生离心力,物料会被甩出磨盘,导致部分物料流失不被磨辊碾磨,从而降低产量及影响产品成品率。
发明内容
针对以上问题本发明提供了一种提高产量和产品成品率的一种立磨磨内物料筛分装置。
为了解决以上技术间题本发明提供了一种立磨磨内物料筛分装置,包括筛网、壳体、磨盘,筛网固定在壳体与磨盘之间,并与磨盘边缘表面呈β角布置,其中0<β≤90°,优选为β=45°。
所述的一种立磨磨内物料筛分装置还包括振动器、连接板,振动器通过连接板固定在筛网的底部。
本发明装置可以提高产量及产品成品率,且成本较低、安装简单。

具体实施方式
下面结合实例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
如图1、2所示,本发明提供了一种立磨磨内物料筛分装置,包括振动器3、连接板5、筛网6,筛网6固定在壳体2与磨盘4之间,并与磨盘4边缘表面呈β角布置,其中0<β≤90°,角度可调。
振动器3通过连接板5固定在筛网6的底部,被甩出的颗粒状物料1通过装有振动器3的筛网6时,粒径小的通过筛网6落下来进行收集,粒径大的无法通过筛网6重新返回到磨盘4进行二次碾磨,从而达到提高产量和产品成品率的目的。

1.一种立磨磨内物料筛分装置,其特征在于,包括筛网(6)、壳体(2)、磨盘(4),筛网(6)固定在壳体(2)与磨盘(4)之间,并与磨盘(4)边缘表面呈β角布置,其中0<β≤90°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种立磨磨内物料筛分装置,其特征在于,还包括振动器(3)、连接板(5),振动器(3)通过连接板(5)固定在筛网(6)的底部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种立磨磨内物料筛分装置,其特征在于,β=45°。
