现代生活及工作节奏加快，压力增大，活动减少，使颈腰背部疼痛的患者从20岁开始骤然增多，而且随着年龄的增加而上升，据统计世界上约有80％的人患有不同程度的颈腰背部疼痛疾患。
对于颈腰背部疼痛的治疗，可分为手术与非手术治疗两种。专家认为大多数的腰背部疾患是因为姿势不良，不正确地使用肌肉或软组织损伤引起的。因此，一般采用保守的内科治疗，如理疗等。外科手术是治疗腰背部疼痛的最后办法，只有当病情严重到影响病人生活，其他治疗方法无效，以及引起严重伤残时，才考虑使用。

(7)将冰片的乙醇溶液、挥发油、地龙细粉和制川乌细粉均加入至步骤(6)得到的滤液中，真空搅拌20-40min得到混合油液，装瓶后得到成品。

(6)取羌活、独活、防风、葛根、狗脊、杜仲、骨碎补、牛膝、徐长卿、防己、黄芪、土鳖虫、羌黄、川椒、制川乌、木瓜、枳壳、鸡血藤、木通、威灵仙，放入煎药锅炉中，用11倍重量的水浸泡3.5h，加热煎煮提取3次，每次提取1.6h，过滤，合并滤液，备用；
(7)将冰片的乙醇溶液、挥发油、地龙细粉和制川乌细粉均加入至步骤(6)得到的滤液中，真空搅拌25min得到混合油液，装瓶后得到成品。
实施例3
一种外用通督正骨液，按照重量份的原料包括：羌活35份、独活20份、防风15份、葛根50份、狗脊12份、杜仲10份、骨碎补35份、牛膝8份、红花4份、徐长卿20份、防己10份、黄芪15份、土鳖虫6份、羌黄4份、川椒1.5份、地龙4份、木酢3份、制川乌15份、茜草20份、夏枯草12份、木瓜30份、枳壳30份、鸡血藤12份、牛筋草4份、冰片12份、木通3份、威灵仙7份。

(7)将冰片的乙醇溶液、挥发油、地龙细粉和制川乌细粉均加入至步骤(6)得到的滤液中，真空搅拌30min得到混合油液，装瓶后得到成品。

(6)取羌活、独活、防风、葛根、狗脊、杜仲、骨碎补、牛膝、徐长卿、防己、黄芪、土鳖虫、羌黄、川椒、制川乌、木瓜、枳壳、鸡血藤、木通、威灵仙，放入煎药锅炉中，用13倍重量的水浸泡4.5h，加热煎煮提取2次，每次提取1.9h，过滤，合并滤液，备用；
(7)将冰片的乙醇溶液、挥发油、地龙细粉和制川乌细粉均加入至步骤(6)得到的滤液中，真空搅拌35min得到混合油液，装瓶后得到成品。
实施例5

(7)将冰片的乙醇溶液、挥发油、地龙细粉和制川乌细粉均加入至步骤(6)得到的滤液中，真空搅拌40min得到混合油液，装瓶后得到成品。
