本发明公开一种迷迭香提神醒脑外用软膏及其制备方法,所述软膏按照重量份数由以下原料制成:迷迭香植物精油13‑20份、熏衣草精油4‑6份、冰片80‑120份、液体石蜡8‑14份、丙三醇8‑14份和凡士林730‑800份。本发明制备的外用软膏中迷迭香精油中含有的麝香草酚等为标志的杀菌抗炎成分占精油含量的27.1342%,及提神醒脑作用的左旋樟脑成分占精油含量的13.6579%,具有提神醒脑和保护皮肤的功效,味辛性温,清香怡人,提神醒脑,灭菌杀虫,可适用于所有人群。

技术领域
本发明属于外用药物领域,具体涉及一种迷迭香提神醒脑外用软膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上提神醒脑产品很多,但归根结底其成分主要为咖啡因、维他命B类、牛磺酸和本多酸钙四类,副作用较大,效果也不够显著,且使用不方便。作为软膏剂主要用于皮肤的保护、润滑皮肤和局部的治疗,常用于慢性皮肤病或可用于防止蚊虫叮咬及伤风感冒引起的头痛,头晕,晕车不适。兼具综上提神醒脑和护肤膏剂两种功能的,国内外多以提取的植物挥发油物为原料的制品的还有如我国的如“风油精”和“万精油”等产品,国外如澳大利亚产“桉树油”产品,都有以上两种功能。如风油精为淡绿色澄清油状液体;有特殊的香气,味凉而辣。其辛辣和刺激严格限制儿童、孕妇和老人等一些特殊人群的使用。
迷迭香(Rosmarious Officinalis L.),又名艾菊,属于唇形科的一种香料类植物。迷迭香主要在地中海一带被大量种植。1981年之后引入我国,通过栽培驯育并取得成功。迷迭香是西餐中不可缺少的调味品,具有和樟脑相似的怡人清香,它的嫩叶凉拌后可直接食用,同时它又可作为调味料,用于炖菜、煲汤、烧烤等。迷迭香挥发油味辛性温,不仅在镇静安神、健脾养胃方面卓有成效,而且该挥发油成分还有杀菌抗氧化作用等功效。迷迭香精油被用作香料的历史悠久,因此其在香水、香皂、空气清新剂等日化领域应用广泛。本发明利用提取的迷迭香的特殊功效,研发制备出一种迷迭香提神醒脑软膏制剂,同时外用于皮肤,具有护肤抗菌效果,该品正有待推向市场,是可替代其他强烈气味的相同植物精油的产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种迷迭香提神醒脑外用软膏及其制备方法,该软膏具有提神醒脑和护肤抗菌的双重功效,且安全有效,可应用于所有人群。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种迷迭香提神醒脑外用软膏,所述软膏按照重量份数由以下原料制成:迷迭香植物精油13-20份、熏衣草精油4-6份、冰片80-120份、液体石蜡8-14份、丙三醇8-14份和凡士林730-800份。
所述的迷迭香提神醒脑外用软膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按照重量份数取原料迷迭香植物精油13-20份、熏衣草精油4-6份、冰片80-120份、液体石蜡8-14份、丙三醇8-14份和凡士林730-800份,备用;先将凡士林、液体石蜡和丙三醇混合后加热至熔融,过120目铜丝筛网趁热滤过,得混合液;然后将混合液升温至150℃灭菌1小时,待灭菌后的油脂性基质自然冷却至65℃,边搅拌边加入冰片,待冰片熔融后自然冷却至50℃以下,再边搅拌边加入迷迭香精油和熏衣草精油,搅拌均匀,冷却后即得迷迭香提神醒脑外用软膏。
所述迷迭香天然精油的提取方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、称取经过阴干的迷迭香地上部分的茎和叶作为迷迭香原材料,粉碎后用纤维素酶水溶液喷洒在迷迭香原材料上;
步骤二、将步骤一处理过的迷迭香原材料置于蒸馏瓶中,水蒸气蒸馏3-5小时,蒸馏速度为每秒1-2滴,得到迷迭香挥发油,备用;
步骤三、将步骤二得到的迷迭香挥发油采用乙酸乙酯萃取,收集上层萃取液,然后加入无水硫酸钠进行干燥,静置12-30小时至无水硫酸钠干燥结块,过滤,收集滤液,滤液经减压蒸除溶剂后,即得到迷迭香天然精油。
作为本发明一种迷迭香提神醒脑外用软膏的制备方法的进一步优化,步骤一所述的纤维素酶水溶液的质量浓度为0.15%。
作为本发明一种迷迭香提神醒脑外用软膏的制备方法的进一步优化,步骤三所述的减压蒸馏的真空度为0.090-0.095Mpa,水浴温度为45-52℃。

本发明提供的迷迭香提神醒脑外用软膏因含有迷迭香天然挥发油药用成分,无刺激性、润滑,释药性好,可以在皮肤形成封闭性的油膜,对皮肤有保护作用,促进皮肤水合作用,且易清除。本发明制备的外用软膏检测指标均达到质量标准,熔点达到优级品标准(熔点45-60℃,挥发油量≥1.7 %)。本发明的配方及制备方法工艺既有能降低产品成本又保证产品的质量也符合其质量标准。

步骤一、称取经过阴干的迷迭香地上部分的茎和叶作为迷迭香原材料,粉碎后用纤维素酶水溶液喷洒在迷迭香原材料上,纤维素酶水溶液的质量浓度为0.15%;
步骤二、将步骤一处理过的迷迭香原材料置于蒸馏瓶中,水蒸气蒸馏3-5小时,蒸馏速度为每秒1-2滴,得到迷迭香挥发油,备用;
步骤三、将步骤二得到的迷迭香挥发油采用乙酸乙酯萃取,乙酸乙酯的用量为迷迭香挥发油重量的1/3,收集上层萃取液,然后加入无水硫酸钠进行干燥,静置12-30小时至无水硫酸钠干燥结块,过滤,收集滤液,滤液经减压蒸除溶剂后,减压蒸馏的真空度为0.090-0.095Mpa,水浴温度为45-52℃,即得到迷迭香天然精油。
实施例1:
一种迷迭香提神醒脑外用软膏,所述软膏按照重量份数由以下原料制成:迷迭香植物精油13份、熏衣草精油4份、冰片80份、液体石蜡8份、丙三醇8份和凡士林730份。
所述的迷迭香提神醒脑外用软膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按照上述重量份数取原料迷迭香植物精油、熏衣草精油、冰片、液体石蜡、丙三醇和凡士林备用;先将凡士林、液体石蜡和丙三醇混合后加热至熔融,过120目铜丝筛网趁热滤过,得混合液;然后将混合液升温至150℃灭菌1小时,待灭菌后的油脂性基质自然冷却至65℃,边搅拌边加入冰片,待冰片熔融后自然冷却至50℃以下,再边搅拌边加入迷迭香精油和熏衣草精油,搅拌均匀,冷却后即得迷迭香提神醒脑外用软膏。
所述迷迭香天然精油的提取方法包括以下步骤:

一种迷迭香提神醒脑外用软膏,所述软膏按照重量份数由以下原料制成:迷迭香植物精油17份、熏衣草精油5份、冰片100份、液体石蜡11份、丙三醇11份和凡士林770份。
所述的迷迭香提神醒脑外用软膏的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
一种迷迭香提神醒脑外用软膏,所述软膏按照重量份数由以下原料制成:迷迭香植物精油20份、熏衣草精油6份、冰片120份、液体石蜡14份、丙三醇14份和凡士林800份。
所述的迷迭香提神醒脑外用软膏的制备方法同实施例1。
试验研究数据
将实施例制备得到的迷迭香天然精油进行色谱鉴定,得到的总离子流色谱图及成分含量一览表见图1和图2。
结果显示,经鉴定,迷迭香叶加纤维素酶经蒸馏、脱水后得到透明的液体,共鉴定成分57种成分,远远高于文献报道的35种。其中,具有提神醒脑作用的迷迭香精油中左旋樟脑含量为13.658%;含有麝香草酚等为标志的杀菌抗炎成分占精油含量的27.1342%。
Claims (6)
1.一种迷迭香提神醒脑外用软膏,其特征在于,所述软膏按照重量份数由以下原料制成:迷迭香植物精油13-20份、熏衣草精油4-6份、冰片80-120份、液体石蜡8-14份、丙三醇8-14份和凡士林730-800份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种迷迭香提神醒脑外用软膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
按照重量份数取原料迷迭香植物精油13-20份、熏衣草精油4-6份、冰片80-120份、液体石蜡8-14份、丙三醇8-14份和凡士林730-800份,备用;先将凡士林、液体石蜡和丙三醇混合后加热至熔融,过120目铜丝筛网趁热滤过,得混合液;然后将混合液升温至150℃灭菌1小时,待灭菌后的油脂性基质自然冷却至65℃,边搅拌边加入冰片,待冰片熔融后自然冷却至50℃以下,再边搅拌边加入迷迭香精油和熏衣草精油,搅拌均匀,冷却后即得迷迭香提神醒脑外用软膏。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种迷迭香提神醒脑外用软膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述迷迭香天然精油的提取方法包括以下步骤:

5.如权利要求3所述的一种迷迭香提神醒脑外用软膏的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤三所述的减压蒸馏的真空度为0.090-0.095Mpa,水浴温度为45-52℃。
6.如权利要求3所述的一种迷迭香提神醒脑外用软膏的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤三所述乙酸乙酯的用量为迷迭香挥发油重量的1/3。
