技术领域
本发明属于外用医疗器械技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗术后伤口水肿的药贴及其制备方法。
背景技术
现在，手术过后伤口出现水肿、红肿、痒痛、甚至流脓水的事情常有发生，有些是伤口处理不当而致，有些是患者自己不注意卫生或者食用刺激性食物及酗酒所致，此类患者基本上吃些消炎药或打几天针就好了，但是，有些患者打针吃药不管用，然后就拖延下去，影响情绪与身体健康。我家父根据民间验方与治疗经验，把青草药外敷在患处，使之清热解毒、消肿收敛，从而达到治疗术后伤口水肿、红肿、痒痛的作用，并取到了满意的治疗效果。可是，由于伤口周围皮肤较嫩，连续多日粘贴胶布后也会引起所粘连处的皮肤过敏，于是，需要一种交替粘贴的贴带来避免或减少粘连处的过敏现象；还有，每天捣制新鲜的草药也很费时间。为了发掘民间传统医药文化，传承经验，敢于创新与方便使用，使“简”“便”“验”“廉”的民间技艺来服务于社会，本人决定公开这种治疗术后伤口水肿的草药组方和贴带的使用方法。
发明内容
本发明所提供的是一种治疗术后伤口水肿的药贴及其制备方法，以便于术后伤口水肿、红肿、痒痛患者的治疗和防止连续粘贴所引起的粘贴处皮肤过敏为目的。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案是：
一种治疗术后伤口水肿的药贴，包含一块贴带1，该贴带1的四条边上各设有一组间歇粘贴条4，该贴带1的布面上设有一块用于粘贴药饼的巴布剂2，该巴布剂2的四条边上各预设有一条用于方便放置药饼的预设纸3，该预设纸3去掉后的巴布剂框条可用于粘连皮肤，其特征是：所述的巴布剂2上设有一块由芙蓉花、印度黄芩、紫花堇菜根、遍地锦、七星莲、黄果茄、雨伞籽与朴硝以2∶2∶2∶1∶1∶1∶1∶1比例配制的药饼。
所述的一种治疗术后伤口水肿的药贴及其制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下草药组方及其制备工序：
(1)取干燥的芙蓉花、印度黄芩、紫花堇菜根、遍地锦、七星莲、黄果茄和雨伞籽以2∶2∶2∶1∶1∶1∶1的质量比例配制，然后一起用200目的粉碎机打成药粉，并高温消毒，备用；
(2)使用时，每处取制备工序(1)所得的药粉20克于碗内，然后加入2克朴硝，再滴入开水，搅拌成药泥状，同时，剪一块油纸粘贴在巴布剂2上，接着把碗内的药泥均匀地按压在巴布剂2的油纸上，并掀去预设在巴布剂2四周的预设纸3，最后把贴带1连同药饼一起贴在患处上，再由贴带1四周的巴布剂条和间歇粘贴条4来粘连在皮肤上，连续外敷24小时后更换，更换时再依上述制备方法进行外敷。
本发明的有益效果：由上述结构和制备工序可知，本发明中所使用的药贴是由芙蓉花、印度黄芩、紫花堇菜根、遍地锦、七星莲、黄果茄、雨伞籽与朴硝以质量比例粉制，并与开水搅拌成药饼，该药饼具清热解毒、凉血止血和消肿祛湿的功效，然后放在巴布剂2上，最后把药饼同贴带1一起包敷在患处，使药效直达病灶，使之破淤祛腐、消炎收敛，从而达到治疗术后伤口水肿、红肿和痒痛的作用。在使用时，如果粘连处皮肤出现过敏现象，其中的预设纸3可以不掀去或间歇掀去来使用，间歇粘贴条4可用来交替剪掉使用。在使用中，本药贴为每天包敷1次；一般水肿、红肿与痒痛的伤口连续外贴2次就消肿，3-5次就愈；严重及渗黄水的伤口要连续外贴5-10天，同时可内服消炎药有助于伤口痊愈。近几年，家父在治疗与提供给患者自己治疗的31位术后伤口水肿、红肿和痒痛的患者(为不同部位的手术切口)中，经过连续5天的外敷后，痊愈者23人，好转者5人，总有效者28人，其余3人为无效与到别处治疗；另外，本药贴曾给5位术后伤口渗黄水患者外敷，经过5-10次的外敷后，其中有3人痊愈、2人好转。可见，本发明的药贴为纯中草药粉制，具有粘贴恰当、成本低廉、操作方便、治疗效果良好和无毒副作用的优点。

具体实施方式
如图所示，一种治疗术后伤口水肿的药贴，包含一块贴带1，该贴带1的四条边上各设有一组间歇粘贴条4，该贴带1的布面上设有一块用于粘贴药饼的巴布剂2，该巴布剂2的四条边上各预设有一条用于方便放置药饼的预设纸3，该预设纸3去掉后的巴布剂框条可用于粘连皮肤，其中，该巴布剂2上设有一块用于治疗术后伤口水肿的药饼。
在实施例，下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明：
在实施例1，所述的一种治疗术后伤口水肿的药贴及其制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下草药组方及其制备工序：
(1)取干燥的芙蓉花、印度黄芩、紫花堇菜根、遍地锦、七星莲、黄果茄和雨伞籽以2∶2∶2∶1∶1∶1∶1的质量比例配制，然后一起用200目的粉碎机打成药粉，并高温消毒，备用；
(2)使用时，每处取制备工序(1)所得的药粉20克于碗内，然后加入2克朴硝，再滴入开水，搅拌成药泥状，同时，剪一块油纸粘贴在巴布剂2上，接着把碗内的药泥均匀地按压在巴布剂2的油纸上，并掀去预设在巴布剂2四周的预设纸3(也可以间隔地剪掉贴带1四边的间歇粘贴条4来粘贴)，最后把贴带1连同药饼一起贴在患处上，再由贴带1四周的巴布剂条和间歇粘贴条4来粘连在皮肤上，连续外敷24小时后更换，更换时再依上述制备方法进行外敷。
在实施例2，所述的一种治疗术后伤口水肿的药贴及其制备方法，其中所组成的药物分析如下：
(1)芙蓉花，即木芙蓉的花，又叫七星花、霜降花，性凉，味辛、微苦，具有清热解毒、凉血止血、消肿排脓的功效，用于治疗肺热咳嗽、吐血、目赤肿痛、崩漏、白带、腹泻、腹痛、痈肿、疮疖、毒蛇咬伤、水火烫伤和跌打损伤等；民间用于治疗术后伤口肿痛、流脓等。
(2)印度黄芩，又名疔疮草，很类似于韩信草，但叶子比之较薄，柔毛更短，花色比之更紫，果勺比之更深；性寒，味苦、辛，具有清热解毒的功效，民间用于治疗疔疮肿毒、跌打损伤、咽喉肿痛和毒蛇咬伤等。
(3)紫花堇菜根，又叫地黄瓜，性凉，味微苦，具有清热解毒、止血、化瘀消肿的功效，用于治疗无名肿毒、刀伤、跌打肿痛、慢性咽喉肿痛等。
(4)遍地锦，又叫破铜钱，性寒，味苦、辛，具有清热利尿、消肿解毒的功效，用于治疗黄疸、赤白痢疾、淋病、小便不利、目翳、喉肿、痈疽疔疮和跌打瘀肿等；《本草纲目》称之有“利九窍、吐风痰和治疗湿毒胫疮”的作用；民间用于治疗带状疱疹、神经性皮炎和臁疮脚等。
(5)七星莲，有人误称为地白草，其实七星莲比地白草的表面布满更多的柔毛，味苦、性寒，具有清热解毒、消肿排脓和退热利湿的功效，用于治疗痈疮肿毒、毒蛇咬伤和跌打损伤等。
(6)黄果茄，又叫刺茄，味苦、辛，性温，具有清热解毒、消瘀利湿的功效，用于治疗风湿痹痛、跌打疼痛、腮腺炎、痈疖和睾丸肿痛等。
(7)雨伞籽，即金鸡爪的籽，味辛，性凉，具有清热解毒，散瘀止痛的功效，用于治疗扁桃体炎、急性咽峡炎、白喉、丹毒、劳伤吐血、心胃气痛、风湿骨痛和跌打损伤等，民间用于治疗淋巴结炎和痈疮肿毒等。
(8)朴硝，味咸、苦，性寒，具有软坚泻下、清热除湿、破血通经、消肿疗疮的功效，常用于治疗实热积滞、腹胀便秘、停痰积聚、目赤障翳、丹毒和痈肿等。
(9)由上述分析可知，本实施例中所使用的药饼是由芙蓉花、印度黄芩、紫花堇菜根、遍地锦、七星莲、黄果茄、雨伞籽与朴硝以质量比例粉制，再给予高温消毒，然后与开水搅拌来外敷患处，该药饼具清热解毒、凉血止血和消肿祛湿的功效，然后使药饼外敷患处，使药效直达病灶，使之破淤祛腐、消炎收敛，从而达到治疗术后伤口水肿、红肿和痒痛的目的。
在实施例，本药贴为每天外敷1次，每次使用时取制备工序(1)中所得的药粉20克于碗内，然后加入2克朴硝，再滴入开水，搅拌成药泥状，然后把它放置在粘有油纸的巴布剂2上，并打压成3-5mm厚的药饼，用于外贴患处；每次贴敷时间为24小时，然后更换，更换时依上述制备工序中的方法进行外敷；在粘贴油纸与放置药饼时，贴带1四边上的预设纸3起到方便粘贴和均匀按压的作用；在使用过程中，如果所粘连的皮肤出现过敏现象，贴带1四边的预设纸3可轮流粘贴或不掀去来使用。
在实施例，整块贴带1为矩形结构，其边长为6-9cm；每一条间歇粘贴条4为8mm宽、20-30mm长的粘贴布条结构；贴带1和间歇粘贴条4为连体结构，其表面都设有一层用于粘连皮肤或药物的巴布剂结构层；巴布剂2为贴带1上(中间)的一块用于粘连药物的巴布剂区域，其表面也设有一块用于防止粘黏的预设纸区域，该预设纸区域与巴布剂2的四条边上的预设纸3为预切离设置；贴带1和间歇粘贴条4为连体一次性制作，其中的间歇粘贴条4可事交替剪掉使用，整块贴带1也可事先修剪后缩小整体面积来使用。
在实施例，本药贴和药饼还可以用于治疗其它类的伤口水肿和发炎之症，或者用于辅助的治疗，有利于患者的早日康复；如果为了效果更显著且不怕麻烦，可采用新鲜的草药捣制来外敷。
在实施例，上述说明中所标明相同组方的新鲜草药也在本发明的保护范围之内；为了早日康复和减少烦恼，患者在使用期间尽量清淡饮食，尽量不食用酒类、辛辣及鹅肉、羊肉、牛肉、与海味等易发的食物。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗术后伤口水肿的药贴，包含一块贴带(1)，该贴带(1)的四条边上各设有一组间歇粘贴条(4)，该贴带(1)的布面上设有一块用于粘贴药饼的巴布剂(2)，该巴布剂(2)的四条边上各预设有一条用于方便放置药饼的预设纸(3)，该预设纸(3)去掉后的巴布剂框条可用于粘连皮肤，其特征是：所述的巴布剂(2)上设有一块由芙蓉花、印度黄芩、紫花堇菜根、遍地锦、七星莲、黄果茄、雨伞籽与朴硝以2∶2∶2∶1∶1∶1∶1∶1比例配制的药饼。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗术后伤口水肿的药贴及其制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下草药组方及其制备工序：
(1)取干燥的芙蓉花、印度黄芩、紫花堇菜根、遍地锦、七星莲、黄果茄和雨伞籽以2∶2∶2∶1∶1∶1∶1的质量比例配制，然后一起用200目的粉碎机打成药粉，并高温消毒，备用；
(2)使用时，每处取制备工序(1)所得的药粉20克于碗内，然后加入2克朴硝，再滴入开水，搅拌成药泥状，同时，剪一块油纸粘贴在巴布剂(2)上，接着把碗内的药泥均匀地按压在巴布剂(2)的油纸上，并掀去预设在巴布剂(2)四周的预设纸(3)，最后把贴带(1)连同药饼一起贴在患处上，再由贴带(1)四周的巴布剂条和间歇粘贴条(4)来粘连在皮肤上，连续外敷24小时后更换，更换时再依上述制备方法进行外敷。
