本发明采用对家蝇具有驱避作用的植物精油、香料加工成微胶囊喷射剂,可有效驱除室内、厨房、室外垃圾站、城市垃圾箱等处的家蝇,特点是无毒,有香气,家蝇趋避效果好,省工,省力、环保、持效时间长。

Description

一种驱除家蝇的香精微胶囊喷射剂制造方法
技术领域
本发明属化工行业香精、香料喷射剂制造领域,具体涉及一种驱除家蝇的香精微胶囊喷射剂制造方法。
背景技术
家蝇分布广泛,在家蝇身上携带有几百种细菌,有些是人类的致病菌,家蝇叮爬过的食物受到污染,若不注意,食用后易引起腹泻、肠胃炎。世界上没有人喜欢苍蝇,特别是家蝇,打不完、赶不走,在厨房、室内或餐厅等场所乱飞,非常令人讨厌。
传统的方法是用蝇拍拍打、粘蝇纸粘杀、或用菊酯类农药气雾剂喷射,拍打需要时间和精力,最后家蝇集中到天花板上。菊酯类农药气雾剂驱除快,可使家蝇迅速中毒,但农药在室内使用,对环境有一定的影响,即使其为低毒类农药;粘蝇纸是粘胶加上糖和农药,涂抹在纸上,白糖引诱家蝇落在纸上,被粘住或被农药杀死,粘蝇纸上有毒,对儿童和宠物不安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种驱除家蝇的香精微胶囊喷射剂制造方法,采用该方法所制得的香精微胶囊喷射剂可有效地驱除家蝇,其具体步骤如下:
(1)、取植物精油、香料和表面活性剂混合,加热溶解;
(2)、在步骤(1)所制得的混合物中加水搅拌制成乳浊液;
(3)、在上述乳浊液中加入壁材水溶液,在55-65℃下,恒温搅拌,进行成囊反应,反应结束后,冷却,制成香精微胶囊喷射剂;
香精微胶囊喷射剂由如下质量百分比的组分构成:植物精油1-20%;香料5-40%;表面活性剂1-10%;壁材0.2-10%;水40-70%;
表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、吐温20#、吐温80#、司盘20#、司盘60#、平平加、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种;
壁材为明胶、阿拉伯胶、卡拉胶、黄原胶、海藻胶、乙基纤维素、羟甲基纤维素、β-环糊精、聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇中的至少一种。
微胶囊技术目前已很成熟,不再进行详细描述。
进一步,壁材水溶液的质量浓度为0.2-10%。该浓度范围内的壁材水溶液可达到制作香精微胶囊的最佳效果。
进一步,香精微胶囊喷射剂中所用的水为去离子水。采用去离子水来制作香精微胶囊喷射剂,可防止普通自来水或工业用水中所含的无机盐类形成结垢,在喷射剂使用过程中,堵塞喷雾器的雾化孔,造成喷雾不畅。
进一步,上述植物精油为薄荷草精油、香茅油、荆芥油、迷迭香精油、肉桂精油、香叶油、天竺葵精油中的至少一种。香料为百里香酚、柳酸苄酯、乙酸芳樟酯、苯甲酸苄酯、肉桂醛、乙酸苄酯、二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯中的至少一种。
具体地,制成的香精微胶囊喷射剂由如下质量百分比的组分组成:薄荷草精油1-3%,肉桂精油2-6%,香茅油1-4%,百里香酚1-5%,肉桂醛4-10%,乙酸苄酯8-10%,苯甲酸苄酯10-13%,乙酸芳樟酯1-6%,表面活性剂2-5%,壁材1-3%,水55-60%。
采用上述比例的配方所制作的香精微胶囊喷射剂具有良好的驱除家蝇的效果。
本发明所选用的植物精油和香料对家蝇有很强的趋避作用,对人和各类动物均无害处,加工成的香精微胶囊喷射剂可有效驱除室内、厨房、室外垃圾站、城市垃圾箱等处的家蝇。
传统的家蝇趋避剂是以菊酯类农药为主剂的气雾剂,持效时间短,有时只有几个小时,而且对室内环境、空气有一定的影响。本发明用植物精油、香料做家蝇趋避剂,并制造成具有缓释功能的微胶囊喷射剂,无毒、有香气,喷一次,持效期可达10-20天,省功、省力、环保,家蝇趋避效果好。
在使用时,最好用水对微胶囊喷射剂进行稀释,然后再进行喷雾。
具体实施方法
实施例1
取薄荷草精油3kg,肉桂精油2kg,香叶油1kg,香茅油5kg,百里香酚1kg,肉桂醛3kg,乙酸苄酯8kg,苯甲酸苄酯13kg,吐温80#3kg,加热溶解,加入11kg 60℃热水,强烈搅拌乳化分散,加入质量浓度为1.5%的明胶水溶液50kg,在55℃下恒温搅拌,反应3小时,即为驱除家蝇的香精微胶囊喷射剂,使用时加20倍水稀释、喷雾。
实施例2
取薄荷草精油2kg,肉桂精油3kg,香茅油3kg,百里香酚1kg,肉桂醛5kg,乙酸苄酯10kg,苯甲酸苄酯10kg,乙酸芳樟酯3kg,吐温80#3kg,加热溶解后,加入60℃热水10kg,强烈搅拌下乳化分散,加入质量浓度为2%的海藻胶水溶液50kg,在55℃下恒温搅拌,反应2小时,制成驱除家蝇的香精微胶囊喷射剂。使用时加20倍水稀释、喷雾。
实施例3
取薄荷草精油2kg,肉桂精油3kg,香茅油4kg,百里香酚3kg,肉桂醛6kg,乙酸苄酯9kg,苯甲酸苄酯11kg,乙酸芳樟酯2kg,吐温80#2kg,加热溶解后,加入60℃热水10kg,强烈搅拌下乳化分散,加入质量浓度为3%的聚乙烯醇水溶液48kg,在65℃下恒温搅拌,反应2小时,制成驱除家蝇的香精微胶囊喷射剂。使用时加20倍水稀释、喷雾。

Claims (6)

1.一种驱除家蝇的香精微胶囊喷射剂制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤,
(1)、取植物精油、香料和表面活性剂混合,加热溶解;
(2)、在步骤(1)所制得的混合物中加水搅拌制成乳浊液;
(3)、在上述乳浊液中加入壁材水溶液,在55-65℃下,恒温搅拌,进行成囊反应,反应结束后,冷却,制成香精微胶囊喷射剂;
香精微胶囊喷射剂由如下质量百分比的组分构成:
植物精油 1-20%;
香料 5-40%;
表面活性剂 1-10%;
壁材 0.2-10%;
水 40-70%;
表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、吐温20#、吐温80#、司盘20#、司盘60#、平平加、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种;
壁材为明胶、阿拉伯胶、卡拉胶、黄原胶、海藻胶、乙基纤维素、羟甲基纤维素、β-环糊精、聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其特征在于,壁材水溶液的质量浓度为0.2-10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其特征在于,香精微胶囊喷射剂中所用的水为去离子水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述植物精油为薄荷草精油、香茅油、荆芥油、迷迭香精油、肉桂精油、香叶油、天竺葵精油中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述香料为百里香酚、柳酸苄酯、乙酸芳樟酯、苯甲酸苄酯、肉桂醛、乙酸苄酯、二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其特征在于,制成的香精微胶囊喷射剂由如下质量百分比的组分组成:薄荷草精油1-3%,肉桂精油2-6%,香茅油1-4%,百里香酚1-5%,肉桂醛4-10%,乙酸苄酯8-10%,苯甲酸苄酯10-13%,乙酸芳樟酯1-6%,表面活性剂2-5%,壁材1-3%,水55-60%。
