The tapping machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the outer surfaces of the top surface and the bottom surface of the fixing frame are respectively provided with a rubber tapping machine fixing claw, the root of the rubber tapping machine fixing claw is hinged to the outer surface of the fixing frame, the top of the rubber tapping machine fixing claw is provided with a tight supporting part, the root of the tight supporting part is hinged to the rubber tapping machine fixing claw, and a rope hole for the binding belt to pass through is formed in the tight supporting part.

The tapping machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the number of the fixing claws of the rubber tapping machine on the top surface and the bottom surface of the fixing frame is three, and the fixing claws are respectively arranged at the end parts of the top surface and the bottom surface and the middle parts of the inner sides corresponding to the end parts.
4. The tapping machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the top surface and the bottom surface of the fixing frame are respectively provided with more than two pairs of lugs which correspond to each other, and each pair of lugs are connected by a rail longitudinal fixing rod.
5. The tapping machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the top surface and the bottom surface of the fixing frame are fixedly connected through the rail longitudinal fixing plates, and the rail longitudinal fixing plates are fixedly connected through the rail transverse fixing plates.
6. The tapping machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: gaps without teeth are reserved between the annular planets on the top surface and the bottom surface of the fixed frame and the end parts of the top surface and the bottom surface.
7. The tapping machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the tool rest is provided with a swing arm seat, and the tool bit swing arm is hinged with the swing arm seat through a torsion spring.
8. The tapping machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the cutter head angle adjusting seat can rotate along the swinging seat to adjust the rubber tapping angle of the cutter head at the top end of the swinging seat.
9. The tapping machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the knife depth limiting part is in a strip shape, and arc-shaped bulges are arranged at two ends of the strip shape respectively.
10. The tapping machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the cutter retracting component is a cutter retracting motor, and the cutter retracting motor pulls the cutter head swing arm to move towards the cutter rest through a drawn wire.

The tapping machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the tool rest assembly is internally provided with a limiting column on each of two sides of the screw rod along the vertical direction, and the tool rest penetrates into the two limiting columns and can slide up and down along the limiting columns under the driving of the screw rod.
12. The tapping machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the edge positions of two ends of the knife rest assembly in the vertical direction are both provided with limiting wheels.
13. The tapping method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) sleeving the rubber tapping machine on the rubber tree, adjusting the fixing claw of the rubber tapping machine and the abutting part on the fixing claw of the rubber tapping machine to be tightly contacted with the rubber tree bark, and binding the binding belt to fix the rubber tapping machine on the rubber tree;
(2) rotating the cutter head angle adjusting seat, adjusting the cutter head to a proper rubber tapping angle, loosening the drawn wires by the cutter retracting motor, extending the cutter head swing arm under the action of the elasticity of a torsion spring, enabling the cutter head to cut into the rubber barks, and enabling the cutter depth limiting piece to abut against the rubber barks tightly;
(3) starting a main motor on the tool rest assembly, enabling the tool rest assembly to rotate clockwise around the fixing frame, enabling the rubber tapping tool component to move from bottom to top along the screw rod under the driving of the screw rod, and starting rubber tapping;
(4) when the tool rest assembly moves clockwise to the tail end of the planetary gear, the main motor stops, the tool retracting motor tensions the wire drawing to pull the tool bit swing arm back to the tool rest, and the tool bit and the tool depth limiting piece are separated from rubber barks;
(5) starting a main motor on the tool rest assembly, enabling the tool rest assembly to rotate anticlockwise around the fixing frame, enabling the tapping tool component to move from top to bottom along the screw rod under the driving of the screw rod, and starting resetting;
(6) when the tool rest assembly moves anticlockwise to the tail end of the planetary gear, the main motor continues to run for a certain time and then stops, so that the tapping knife component moves downwards for a certain distance along the screw rod, and the tapping knife component moves downwards to a position lower than the tapping starting position in the step (3);
(7) the knife retracting motor loosens the drawn wires, the swing arm of the knife head extends out under the action of the elasticity of the torsion spring, so that the knife head cuts into the rubber barks, and the knife depth limiting piece abuts against the rubber barks;
(8) and (5) repeating the steps (3) - (7) until the whole tapping process is finished.
