Abstract

本发明提供了一种白凤菜保湿面膜，所述面膜含有白凤菜汁，白凤菜汁的制备方法为：取新鲜的白凤菜200‑500g，清洗干净，放入榨汁机中，加入温度为38℃‑45℃的去离子水，比例为去离子水：白凤菜＝2:1，榨汁2min，榨汁次数为两次，过滤，合并两次制得的汁液。所述面膜包括下述重量份的原料：白凤菜汁50‑60份，栀子提取物5‑10份，羧甲基纤维素2.5‑4份，海藻酸钠1.5‑2.5份，聚乙二醇1‑3份，蜂蜜0.5‑2份，乳木果油2.5‑4.6份，咪唑烷基脲0.03‑0.1份，去离子水加至100份。本发明的白凤菜保湿面膜，能够补给肌肤角质层细胞充足的水份，锁住表皮水份，提高皮肤油脂腺活跃度，增强肌肤湿润度，且配方功效成分易被皮肤吸收，不会堵塞毛孔，不会刺激皮肤，能够保持肌肤水润有弹性。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域，特别是涉及一种白凤菜保湿面膜。
背景技术
白凤菜(拉丁名：Gynura formosana Kitam.)，为菊科三七草属植物，又名白子菜、白背三七、肝炎草、长柄橙黄菊、台湾土三七，是一种很好的集营养保健价值与特殊风味为一体的高档蔬菜。白凤菜中含有丰富的黄酮类化合物、维生素C以及微量元素，主入肝、肺、肾、大小肠诸经，有消炎、解热、解毒、利尿、降血压等功效，主治肝炎、肝硬化、肺炎、肺癌、高血压、感冒、发烧、肾脏炎、水肿、便秘、肠炎、儿童日本脑炎，外敷可治刀伤、创伤、跌打损伤、毒虫咬伤和无名肿毒。白凤菜中含有多种丰富的维生素以及微量元素，还含有大量的黄酮苷，这些成分在护肤美容方面具有良好的功效。
中国发明专利申请号201310662108.2，发明名称为“天然保湿面膜”公开了一种保湿面膜，该面膜包括下列原料：维生素E胶囊2-5％，蜂蜜5-10％，蛋清10-20％，芦荟汁65-83％。该面膜采用的原料易腐败变质，难以长期保存，不适用于大规模生产，且对于时间紧张的都市人群十分不方便。
中国发明专利申请号201510429921.4，发明名称为“一种保湿面膜”公开了一种保湿面膜，该面膜包括下述重量份的原料：黄瓜30-50份、甘油10-20份、去离子水20-30份、蜂蜜3-8份、绿茶粉3-5份、薄荷草9-15份、柠檬汁10-15份。该面膜易腐败变质，难以长期保存，且其中含有的柠檬汁对肌肤有一定的刺激性，不能长期使用，敏感肌肤更不能使用。另外，柠檬属于感光性物质，使用后要避免光线照射。
发明内容
基于此，本发明提供了一种白凤菜保湿面膜，具体的技术方案如下：
一种白凤菜保湿面膜，包括50-60重量份的白凤菜汁，白凤菜汁的制备方法包括下述步骤：
(1)取新鲜的白凤菜200-500g，清洗干净，放入榨汁机中，加入温度为38℃-45℃的去离子水，比例为去离子水：白凤菜＝2:1，榨汁2min，过滤，汁液留用；
(2)往步骤(1)中的滤渣加入与步骤(1)等量的去离子水，榨汁2min，过滤，汁液留用；
(3)合并步骤(1)和步骤(2)制得的汁液，即得白凤菜汁。
进一步地，所述面膜还包括5-10重量份的栀子提取物。
本发明提供了一种白凤菜保湿面膜，所述面膜包括下述重量份的原料：
白凤菜汁：50-60份，
栀子提取物：5-10份，
羧甲基纤维素：2.5-4份，
海藻酸钠：1.5-2.5份，
聚乙二醇：1-3份，
蜂蜜：0.5-2份，
乳木果油：2.5-4.6份，
咪唑烷基脲：0.03-0.1份，
去离子水：加至100份。
进一步地，所述面膜包括下述重量份的原料：
白凤菜汁：56份，
栀子提取物：8份，
羧甲基纤维素：3份，
海藻酸钠：2份，
聚乙二醇：1份，
蜂蜜：2份，
乳木果油：3.5份，
咪唑烷基脲：0.05份，
去离子水：加至100份。
本发明所述的一种白凤菜保湿面膜的优点和有益效果如下：
(1)本发明所述的一种白凤菜保湿面膜，对皮肤安全无刺激；
(2)本发明所述的一种白凤菜保湿面膜，能够补给肌肤角质层细胞充足的水份，且可以及时锁住表皮水份，减少皮肤水分蒸发，增强肌肤湿润度；
(3)本发明所述的一种白凤菜保湿面膜，可提高皮肤油脂腺活跃度，调节皮肤油水平衡，从根本上解决肌肤缺水问题。
(4)本发明所述的一种白凤菜保湿面膜，其配方功效成分易被皮肤吸收，不会堵塞毛孔，可长期使用。
(5)本发明所述的一种白凤菜保湿面膜，其制备工艺简单，生产成本低，可量产化。
具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案，下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1-5、对比例1

实施例6皮肤水分含量评价试验
对实施例1-5、对比例1制得的面膜进行皮肤水分含量评价试验，选取25-40岁志愿者35名，男性14名，女性21名，随机分为7组，每组男性2名女性3名，实验组1-5分别使用实施例1-5制得的保湿面膜，对照组1使用对比例1制得的面膜，对照组2使用市售保湿面膜。使用方法：晚上洁面后使用该面膜进行敷面，每隔两天使用一次，第一次使用该面膜前先用水分测试仪测试一次脸部皮肤水分含量，连续使用两个月后停止使用该面膜，隔天后测试脸部皮肤水分含量。表2为面膜使用效果评价表。

从表2中实施例1-5以及对比例1的结果可见，本发明制得的保湿面膜能够显著提高受试者脸部皮肤水分含量，添加了白凤菜汁制成的保湿面膜其保湿效果好，远高于不添加白凤菜汁制成的面膜。从实施例1-5以及市售保湿面膜的结果可见，本发明制得的保湿面膜的保湿效果明显高于市售保湿面膜，白凤菜汁应用于化妆品中能够起到优良的保湿效果。
实施例7安全性评价试验
1.试验方法
(1)试验样品：实施例1-5制得的面膜；
(2)试验动物：试验选用20只健康、皮肤无破损的普通级白色家兔，体重为2kg～3kg，雌雄各半，雌性家兔未孕为产子；动物房温度为20～25℃，相对湿度为50～60％；
(3)试验步骤：家兔随机分为5组，每组4只，雌雄各半，试验前将家兔背部脊柱两侧的毛剪掉，去毛范围各为3cm×3cm，分别取各试验样品0.5ml涂抹于一侧皮肤上，另一侧皮肤涂抹等量蒸馏水，每天涂抹一次，连续涂抹14天。第二天开始，每次涂抹前剪毛，用蒸馏水清除残留受试物，1小时后观察试验区和对照区，评分并记录。
2、试验结果
试验评分参照《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)“皮肤刺激性/腐蚀性”评分标准进行评分，实施例1制得的面膜的安全性评价试验结果见表3。

本表的积分均值为0～＜0.5表示无刺激性，0.5～＜2.0表示轻刺激性，2.0～＜6.0表示中刺激性，6.0～8.0表示强刺激性。
从表3的结果可见，实施例1制得的面膜对家兔皮肤温和无刺激；实施例2-5制得的面膜的安全性评价试验结果的评分与表3相同。由此可见，本发明制得的白凤菜保湿面膜，不会对皮肤造成任何损伤，安全无刺激。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式，其描述较为具体和详细，但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此，本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (4)

1.一种白凤菜保湿面膜，包括50-60重量份的白凤菜汁，其特征在于，所述白凤菜汁的制备方法包括下述步骤：
(1)取新鲜的白凤菜200-500g，清洗干净，放入榨汁机中，加入温度为38℃-45℃的去离子水，比例为去离子水：白凤菜＝2:1，榨汁2min，过滤，汁液留用；
(2)往步骤(1)中的滤渣加入与步骤(1)等量的去离子水，榨汁2min，过滤，汁液留用；
(3)合并步骤(1)和步骤(2)制得的汁液，即得白凤菜汁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种白凤菜保湿面膜，其特征在于，所述面膜还包括5-10重量份的栀子提取物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种白凤菜保湿面膜，其特征在于，所述面膜包括下述重量份的原料：
如权利要求1所述的白凤菜汁：50-60份，
栀子提取物：5-10份，
羧甲基纤维素：2.5-4份，
海藻酸钠：1.5-2.5份，
聚乙二醇：1-3份，
蜂蜜：0.5-2份，
乳木果油：2.5-4.6份，
咪唑烷基脲：0.03-0.1份，
去离子水：加至100份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种白凤菜保湿面膜，其特征在于，所述面膜包括下述重量份的原料：

栀子提取物：8份，
羧甲基纤维素：3份，
海藻酸钠：2份，
聚乙二醇：1份，
蜂蜜：2份，
乳木果油：3.5份，
咪唑烷基脲：0.05份，
去离子水：加至100份。
