本发明公开一种电解电容器用的电解液,所述电解电容器用的电解液包括有机溶剂、电解质锂盐、添加剂,本发明提供一种电解电容器用的电解液,具有高频低阻抗、耐热性好、耐压高的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电解电容器用的电解液。
背景技术
电解液是一个意义广泛的名词,用于不同行业其代表的内容相差较大。有生物体内的电解液(也称电解质),也有应用于电池行业的电解液,以及电解电容器、超级电容器等行业的电解液。不同的行业应用的电解液,其成分相差巨大,甚至完全不相同。例如,人体的电解质主要由水分和氯化钠、PH缓冲物质等组成,铝电解液电容器的电解液含GBL等主要溶剂,超级电容器电解液含碳酸丙烯酯或乙腈主要溶剂,锂锰一次电池电解液含碳酸丙烯酯、乙二醇二甲醚等主要溶剂,锂离子电池电解液则含碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸二甲酯、碳酸甲乙酯以及碳酸二乙酯等主要溶剂. 它们各自的导电盐也完全不同,如人体中为氯化钠,超电容电解液中四氟硼酸四乙基铵,锂锰一次电池中常用高氯酸锂或三氟甲磺酸锂,而锂离子电池中则是六氟磷酸锂。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有高频低阻抗、耐热性好、耐压高的优点的电解电容器用的电解液。
本发明的技术方案是:一种电解电容器用的电解液,所述电解电容器用的电解液包括有机溶剂、电解质锂盐、添加剂,所述有机溶剂为碳酸丙烯酯、碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸二甲酯、甲酯或丁丙酯,所述的有机溶剂占电解电容器用的电解液总体分量的65%-70%,所述的电解质锂盐占电解电容器用的电解液总体分量的12%-20%,所述的添加剂占电解电容器用的电解液总体分量的15%-20%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述电解质锂盐包括六氟磷酸锂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的有机溶剂占电解电容器用的电解液总体分量的70%,所述的电解质锂盐占电解电容器用的电解液总体分量的15%,所述的添加剂占电解电容器用的电解液总体分量的15%。
本发明的一种电解电容器用的电解液,具有高频低阻抗、耐热性好、耐压高的优点。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
其中,所述电解电容器用的电解液包括有机溶剂、电解质锂盐、添加剂,所述有机溶剂为碳酸丙烯酯、碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸二甲酯、甲酯或丁丙酯,所述的有机溶剂占电解电容器用的电解液总体分量的65%-70%,所述的电解质锂盐占电解电容器用的电解液总体分量的12%-20%,所述的添加剂占电解电容器用的电解液总体分量的15%-20%。
进一步说明,所述电解质锂盐包括六氟磷酸锂,所述的有机溶剂占电解电容器用的电解液总体分量的70%,所述的电解质锂盐占电解电容器用的电解液总体分量的15%,所述的添加剂占电解电容器用的电解液总体分量的15%。
在进一步说明,电解质的选用对锂离子电池的性能影响非常大,它必须是化学稳定性能好尤其是在较高的电位下和较高温度环境中不易发生分解,具有较高的离子导电率(> 10- 3 sö cm ) ,而且对阴阳极材料必须是惰性的、不能侵腐它们。由于锂离子电池充放电电位较高而且阳极材料嵌有化学活性较大的锂,所以电解质必须采用有机化合物而不能含有水。但有机物离子导电率都不好,所以要在有机溶剂中加入可溶解的导电盐以提高离子导电率。目前锂离子电池主要是用液态电解质,其溶剂为无水有机物如多数采用混合溶剂。具有较高的氧化性容易出现爆炸等安全性问题,一般只局限于实验研究中;离子导电率较高易纯化且稳定性较好,但含有有毒的A s,使用受到限制;热稳定性不好且导电率不高,导电率差且对电极有腐蚀作用,较少使用;虽然会发生分解反应,但具有较高的离子导电率,它具有较高的离子导电率与较好的电化学稳定性。本发明提供一种电解电容器用的电解液,具有高频低阻抗、耐热性好、耐压高的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。
Claims (3)
1.一种电解电容器用的电解液,其特征在于:所述电解电容器用的电解液包括有机溶剂、电解质锂盐、添加剂,所述有机溶剂为碳酸丙烯酯、碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸二甲酯、甲酯或丁丙酯,所述的有机溶剂占电解电容器用的电解液总体分量的65%-70%,所述的电解质锂盐占电解电容器用的电解液总体分量的12%-20%,所述的添加剂占电解电容器用的电解液总体分量的15%-20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电解电容器用的电解液,其特征在于:所述电解质锂盐包括六氟磷酸锂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电解电容器用的电解液,其特征在于:所述的有机溶剂占电解电容器用的电解液总体分量的70%,所述的电解质锂盐占电解电容器用的电解液总体分量的15%,所述的添加剂占电解电容器用的电解液总体分量的15%。
