本发明公开了一种车辆检修技术参数识记练习及考核系统,包括教师控制端,与教师控制端通信的学员终端,以及数据库和习题库,所述教师控制端根据用户名和密码检测是否具有权限,检测通过后,读取数据库中的车辆检测技术参数存放表和零件图片存放路径数据表,编写配合间隙图形化习题及正确答案存入习题库,再选择进入识记练习系统或考核系统,读取数据库中的学员信息表启动对应编号的学员终端,将习题库分发至学员终端,监控学员终端的系统运行情况,及学员终端的提交状态;所述学员终端进入识记练习系统或考核系统后访问习题库进行练习或考核,在练习或考核结束后将成绩提交至教师控制端,由教师端录入数据库。

技术领域
本发明涉及教学系统领域,具体涉及车辆检修技术参数识记练习及考核系统。
背景技术
近年来,为了响应国家要培养出更多符合要求的创新型高素质人才的号召,各大高校纷纷对人才培养制度进行了改革。人才培养制度包含的课程体系、教学方式、教学手段等纷纷有了创新,但是课程考核方面的创新方案却是少之又少。虽然很多院校已经从传统的“一卷定终身式”课程考核改革为现在的“过程评价+最终评价”相结合的过程考核方式,但是由于最终评价的形式仍然大多采取理论考试的形式,尤其是课程内容中包含的一些必须通过识记才能掌握的定义及原理性的知识点,因此其本质上并没有完全改革掉传统考试的模式,也没有将广大学员从“死记硬背”、“短暂记忆”这种方法中解脱出来。
上述情形同样也存在于高职院校及中职院校当中的汽车检测与维修专业。汽车检测与维修技术专业在学习的过程当中,需要识记很多知识要点,尤其是组成汽车的各个零部件或者构件之间的各种技术参数,例如气门间隙,活塞环端隙,塑性螺栓的扭紧力矩等等。试想,全世界各种车型,每种型号下不同年代车辆又各有区别,要想通过死记硬背的方式记住这么多的技术参数,何其难。而且,由于车辆的检测技术事关人的生命安全,无论是在学习的过程中,还是在实际检测的过程中,这些技术参数都是学员必须掌握的内容,因此,一到考试便能听到学员怨声载道。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种车辆检修技术参数识记练习及考核系统,可以解决目前学员通过死记硬背识记组成汽车的各个零部件或者构件之间的各种技术参数,导致识记难度大的问题。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
车辆检修技术参数识记练习及考核系统,包括教师控制端,与教师控制端通信的学员终端,以及数据库和习题库,
所述数据库包括学员信息表、车辆检测技术参数存放表、零件图片存放路径数据表、学员成绩记录表;
所述教师控制端根据用户名和密码检测是否具有权限,检测通过后,读取数据库中的车辆检测技术参数存放表和零件图片存放路径数据表,编写配合间隙图形化习题及正确答案存入习题库,所述配合间隙图形化习题是选取待装配的数个零件图片,将其中一张或多张零件图片设置在背景中的固定位置,其余零件图片可在背景中自由移动,答题结束时其余零件图片位于背景中预设范围的为正确答案;再选择进入识记练习系统或考核系统,读取数据库中的学员信息表启动对应编号的学员终端,将习题库分发至学员终端,监控学员终端的系统运行情况,及学员终端的提交状态;
所述学员终端进入识记练习系统或考核系统后访问习题库进行练习或考核,在练习或考核结束后将成绩提交至教师控制端,由教师端录入数据库中的学员成绩记录表。
本发明的进一步方案是,所述教师控制端选择进入识记练习系统时,习题的答案展示在学员终端。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:
针对每个实施项目直观生动地反映出该项目中的重要识记点,以及考核目标之间的配合间隙等技术参数信息、正误判断标准,将书本上原本的文字性叙述变成图形化记忆,最为接近实车装配,同时又允许学员通过犯错来加深记忆,不需要费时费力地拆装零件、构件,有助于学员识记,并能快速准确的记录练习及考核成绩,更好的满足教学要求。

具体实施方式
车辆检修技术参数识记练习及考核系统,包括教师控制端,与教师控制端通信的学员终端,以及数据库和习题库。
所述数据库包括:学员信息表,其中记录进行练习或者考核的学员的姓名、学号等基本信息;
车辆检测技术参数存放表,其中记录各种不同车型车辆各个零部件总成的气门间、活塞环端隙等技术参数;
零件图片存放路径数据表,记录各种零件图片的存放路径,便于编写习题时使用;
学员成绩记录表,记录学员的学号、题号、最终成绩等。
如图1所示,所述教师控制端根据用户名和密码检测是否具有权限,检测通过后,读取数据库中的车辆检测技术参数存放表和零件图片存放路径数据表,编写配合间隙图形化习题及正确答案存入习题库。
所述配合间隙图形化习题是选取待装配的数个零件图片,将其中一张或多张零件图片设置在背景中的固定位置,其余零件图片可在背景中自由移动,答题结束时其余零件图片位于背景中预设范围的为正确答案;以图2为例,刻度尺1、气门摇臂2、气门推杆3、挺柱5和凸轮6相对于背景固定设置,气门座4、气门弹簧7和气门导管8组成一个整体同步自由移动,学员应参照刻度尺1移动气门座4、气门弹簧7和气门导管8组成的整体使气门弹簧7顶端位于气门摇臂2左侧部下方的合适范围内。
所述教师控制端再选择进入识记练习系统或考核系统,读取数据库中的学员信息表启动对应编号的学员终端,将习题库分发至学员终端,监控学员终端的系统运行情况,及学员终端的提交状态,当选择进入识记练习系统时,习题的答案展示在学员终端。
所述学员终端进入识记练习系统或考核系统后访问习题库进行练习或考核,在练习或考核结束后将成绩提交至教师控制端,由教师端录入数据库中的学员成绩记录表,决定是否打印成绩单。

1.车辆检修技术参数识记练习及考核系统,包括教师控制端,与教师控制端通信的学员终端,以及数据库和习题库,其特征在于:
所述数据库包括学员信息表、车辆检测技术参数存放表、零件图片存放路径数据表、学员成绩记录表;
所述教师控制端根据用户名和密码检测是否具有权限,检测通过后,读取数据库中的车辆检测技术参数存放表和零件图片存放路径数据表,编写配合间隙图形化习题及正确答案存入习题库,所述配合间隙图形化习题是选取待装配的数个零件图片,将其中一张或多张零件图片设置在背景中的固定位置,其余零件图片可在背景中自由移动,答题结束时其余零件图片位于背景中预设范围的为正确答案;再选择进入识记练习系统或考核系统,读取数据库中的学员信息表启动对应编号的学员终端,将习题库分发至学员终端,监控学员终端的系统运行情况,及学员终端的提交状态;
所述学员终端进入识记练习系统或考核系统后访问习题库进行练习或考核,在练习或考核结束后将成绩提交至教师控制端,由教师端录入数据库中的学员成绩记录表。
