技术领域
本发明涉及农业生产设备领域,特别是涉及一种用于粮食烘干的农用振动流化床。
背景技术
振动流化床干燥机,简称振动流化床,是一种适用于颗料状、粉末状物料干燥的新型流态化高效干燥设备。具有便于操作、节能、环保等优点。流化床是由物料自进料进口进入机内,在振动力作用下,物料沿水平面流化床抛掷,向前连续运动,热风向上穿过流化床同湿物料换热后,湿空气经旋风分离器除尘后由排风口排出.干燥物料由排料进口排出。适用于化工、制药、食品、脱水蔬菜、粮食、矿产等行业的粉状、颗粒状物料的干燥、冷却等作业。振动流化床技术的出现至今已有60余年的历史,但一直未引起人们的足够重视。进入本世纪60年代,由于振动流化床具有强化传热传质过程等优于普通流化床的特点,因此人们才投入大的人力、物力开发流化床技术。不少物理加工过程,如干燥、加热、冷却、烧结和喷雾造粒等,当被处理的颗粒物料由于粘结性强、粒度分布宽、烧结倾向强、粗颗粒、易碎性等而难以实现流化时,用流化床处理可以得到很好的结果。传统的用以粮食烘干的流化床自动化程度不高,需要人工辅助进行操作,依懒性强,工作效率难以提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种用于粮食烘干的农用振动流化床。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种用于粮食烘干的农用振动流化床,包括垫板、减震器、振动电机和数控面板,所述垫板上方设置有所述减震器,所述减震器旁边设置有下床体,所述下床体表面设置有所述振动电机,所述振动电机旁边设置有检修门板,所述检修门板旁边设置有所述数控面板,所述数控面板旁边设置有清洗管,所述清洗管旁边设置有出料板,所述出料板旁边设置有上床体,所述上床体旁边设置有清理门板,所述清理门板旁边设置有水管,所述水管旁边设置有加料板,所述加料板旁边设置有出风管。
上述结构中,所述数控面板安装在所述下床体上,正常工作时,通过对所述数控面板进行编程和调试,设备即可自动运行,当加工完成之后,所述水管自动对设备内部进行加水清洗。
为了进一步提高振动流化床的功能,所述减震器通过螺栓固定安装在所述垫板上表面,所述下床体通过螺栓固定安装在所述减震器上表面,所述振动电机通过螺栓固定安装在所述下床体端面。
为了进一步提高振动流化床的功能,所述检修门板通过螺栓固定安装在所述下床体表面,所述数控面板通过螺栓固定安装在所述下床体表面,所述清洗管通过焊接固定安装在所述下床体侧面。
为了进一步提高振动流化床的功能,所述出料板通过螺栓固定安装在所述下床体尽头,所述上床体通过螺栓固定安装在所述下床体上表面,所述清理门板通过销轴安装在所述上床体表面。
为了进一步提高振动流化床的功能,所述水管通过螺栓固定安装在所述清理门板上,所述加料板通过焊接固定安装在所述上床体上,所述出风管通过焊接固定安装在所述上床体上表面。
有益效果在于:本发明通过所述数控面板来增加设备的自动化性能,减少了人工辅助的依懒性,提高了工作效率。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示,一种用于粮食烘干的农用振动流化床,包括垫板4、减震器5、振动电机2和数控面板8,垫板4上方设置有减震器5,减震器5用以防止设备因为振动而损坏,减震器5旁边设置有下床体1,下床体1用以安装振动电机2,下床体1表面设置有振动电机2,振动电机2用以为设备提供振动,振动电机2旁边设置有检修门板3,检修门板3用以对设备内部进行检修,检修门板3旁边设置有数控面板8,数控面板8用以对设备进行正常操作,数控面板8旁边设置有清洗管6,清洗管6用以清理设备内部残留的杂质,清洗管6旁边设置有出料板7,出料板7用以将物料从中导出,出料板7旁边设置有上床体9,上床体9用以安装加料板13,上床体9旁边设置有清理门板10,清理门板10用以对设备内部进行清理,清理门板10旁边设置有水管12,水管12用以对设备内部进行加水清洗,水管12旁边设置有加料板13,加料板13用以将物料从中导入下床体1,加料板13旁边设置有出风管11,出风管11用以排出设备内部的热量。
上述结构中,数控面板8安装在下床体1上,正常工作时,通过对数控面板8进行编程和调试,设备即可自动运行,当加工完成之后,水管12自动对设备内部进行加水清洗。
为了进一步提高振动流化床的功能,减震器5通过螺栓固定安装在垫板4上表面,下床体1通过螺栓固定安装在减震器5上表面,振动电机2通过螺栓固定安装在下床体1端面,检修门板3通过螺栓固定安装在下床体1表面,数控面板8通过螺栓固定安装在下床体1表面,清洗管6通过焊接固定安装在下床体1侧面,出料板7通过螺栓固定安装在下床体1尽头,上床体9通过螺栓固定安装在下床体1上表面,清理门板10通过销轴安装在上床体9表面,水管12通过螺栓固定安装在清理门板10上,加料板13通过焊接固定安装在上床体9上,出风管11通过焊接固定安装在上床体9上表面。

1.一种用于粮食烘干的农用振动流化床,其特征在于:包括垫板(4)、减震器(5)、振动电机(2)和数控面板(8),所述垫板(4)上方设置有所述减震器(5),所述减震器(5)旁边设置有下床体(1),所述下床体(1)表面设置有所述振动电机(2),所述振动电机(2)旁边设置有检修门板(3),所述检修门板(3)旁边设置有所述数控面板(8),所述数控面板(8)旁边设置有清洗管(6),所述清洗管(6)旁边设置有出料板(7),所述出料板(7)旁边设置有上床体(9),所述上床体(9)旁边设置有清理门板(10),所述清理门板(10)旁边设置有水管(12),所述水管(12)旁边设置有加料板(13),所述加料板(13)旁边设置有出风管(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于粮食烘干的农用振动流化床,其特征在于:所述减震器(5)通过螺栓固定安装在所述垫板(4)上表面,所述下床体(1)通过螺栓固定安装在所述减震器(5)上表面,所述振动电机(2)通过螺栓固定安装在所述下床体(1)端面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于粮食烘干的农用振动流化床,其特征在于:所述检修门板(3)通过螺栓固定安装在所述下床体(1)表面,所述数控面板(8)通过螺栓固定安装在所述下床体(1)表面,所述清洗管(6)通过焊接固定安装在所述下床体(1)侧面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于粮食烘干的农用振动流化床,其特征在于:所述出料板(7)通过螺栓固定安装在所述下床体(1)尽头,所述上床体(9)通过螺栓固定安装在所述下床体(1)上表面,所述清理门板(10)通过销轴安装在所述上床体(9)表面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于粮食烘干的农用振动流化床,其特征在于:所述水管(12)通过螺栓固定安装在所述清理门板(10)上,所述加料板(13)通过焊接固定安装在所述上床体(9)上,所述出风管(11)通过焊接固定安装在所述上床体(9)上表面。
