本发明公开了一种垃圾环保处理燃烧旋风分离装置，属于环保处理技术领域。现有生活废弃物存在处理困难的缺点。本发明包括废弃物处理箱、点火器和旋风分离器，所述的废弃物处理箱的底部设置出口并在出口处设置与出口腔配合的轴，轴的两侧与所述的出口形成间隙，通过轴的带动将燃烧后较小的颗粒带出废弃物处理箱的出口，轴的下方承接设置灰渣收集盒，废弃物处理箱的下端设置开口，该开口分成两路，一路连接所述的点火器，废弃物处理箱内腔的下端形成燃烧室，废弃物处理箱内腔的上端设置开口并连接惰性气体供应装置，另一路连接所述的旋风分离器，旋风分离器将燃烧后的粉尘和气体分离。

本发明属于环保处理技术领域，尤其与一种垃圾环保处理燃烧旋风分离装置。
背景技术
现有一般对生活中的废弃物的处理方式是直接采取燃烧的方式，然而燃烧时很难将废弃物燃烧殆尽，而且又会产生大量的固体颗粒物，造成环境的污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在克服现有生活废弃物存在的处理困难的缺点，提供一种处理合理且不污染环境的垃圾环保处理燃烧旋风分离装置。
为此，本发明采用以下技术方案：垃圾环保处理燃烧旋风分离装置，其特征是，包括废弃物处理箱、点火器和旋风分离器，所述的废弃物处理箱的底部设置出口并在出口处设置与出口配合的轴，轴的两侧与所述的出口形成间隙，通过轴的带动将燃烧后较小的颗粒带出废弃物处理箱的出口，轴的下方承接设置灰渣收集盒，废弃物处理箱的下端设置开口，该开口分成两路，一路连接所述的点火器，废弃物处理箱内腔的下端形成燃烧室，废弃物处理箱内腔的上端设置开口并连接惰性气体供应装置，另一路连接所述的旋风分离器，旋风分离器将燃烧后的粉尘和气体分离。
作为对上述技术方案的补充和完善，本发明还包括以下技术特征。
所述的废弃物处理箱的外侧设置保温隔离层，从而防止废弃物处理箱的热量散发，提高废弃物处理箱的燃烧质量。
所述的废弃物处理箱的底部呈上端大、底部小的锥体，所述的出口设置于该锥体的底部。
所述的旋风分离器的顶部设置带有过滤装置的烟道出口，底部设置呈锥形的灰渣出口。
使用本发明可以达到以下有益效果：本发明通过在废弃物处理箱的底部设置轴，生活废弃物通过点火器在废弃物处理箱中充分燃烧，然后通过轴自动带出完成下料。本发明点火器的通道通过与旋风分离器分离器，从而使燃烧的烟雾通过旋风分离器分离，避免烟尘中含有固体颗粒物，减少了对环境的污染。通过在废弃物处理箱的顶部设置惰性气体供应装置，从而在燃烧时起到了保护的作用。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述。
如图1所示，本发明包括废弃物处理箱1、点火器3和旋风分离器2，废弃物处理箱1的外侧设置保温隔离层7，从而防止废弃物处理箱1的热量散发，提高废弃物处理箱1的燃烧质量，废弃物处理箱1的底部呈上端大、底部小的锥体，废弃物处理箱1的底部设置出口并在出口4处设置与出口配合的轴8，轴8的下方承接设置灰渣收集盒6，废弃物处理箱1的下端侧部设置开口，该开口分成两路，一路连接点火器3，废弃物处理箱内腔的下端形成燃烧室，废弃物处理箱内腔的上端设置开口并连接惰性气体供应装置5，另一路连接旋风分离器2，旋风分离器2将燃烧后的粉尘和气体分离。旋风分离器2的顶部设置带有过滤装置的烟道出口，底部设置呈锥形的灰渣出口。

1.垃圾环保处理燃烧旋风分离装置，其特征在于：包括废弃物处理箱（1）、点火器（3）和旋风分离器（2），所述的废弃物处理箱（1）的底部设置出口并在出口（4）处设置与出口配合的轴（8），轴（8）的下方承接设置灰渣收集盒（6），废弃物处理箱（1）的下端侧部设置开口，该开口分成两路，一路连接所述的点火器（3），废弃物处理箱内腔的下端形成燃烧室，废弃物处理箱内腔的上端设置开口并连接惰性气体供应装置（5），另一路连接所述的旋风分离器（2）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的垃圾环保处理燃烧旋风分离装置，其特征在于：所述的废弃物处理箱（1）的外侧设置保温隔离层（7）。
3.根据权利要求2所述的垃圾环保处理燃烧旋风分离装置，其特征在于：所述的废弃物处理箱（1）的底部呈上端大、底部小的锥体，所述的出口（4）设置于该锥体的底部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的垃圾环保处理燃烧旋风分离装置，其特征在于：所述的旋风分离器（2）的顶部设置带有过滤装置的烟道出口，底部设置呈锥形的灰渣出口。
