Abstract
一种防煤气泄漏智能装置,涉及气体防漏设备领域。本发明主要是解决目前煤气泄漏或人为忘记关闭阀门导致煤气泄漏问题。当煤气泄漏,空气中煤气的含量占到一定值,还未达到爆炸,煤气感应器开关(2)闭合,液压泵(10)接通电源,把油从C处进油口压入,推动密封件(7),弹簧(8)被压缩,密封件(7)移动直至把出气口B堵住,这样就实现了煤气的继续泄漏问题。本发明只要稍微改装就可以广泛地应用在气压液压的测漏防漏方面。

技术领域
本发明涉及煤气安全装置领域,特别涉及一种防煤气泄漏智能装置。
背景技术
目前,煤气泄漏是一种危害性很大的安全隐患,人不小心中毒时,重则危害生命。当发生煤气爆炸时,不仅财产损失严重,还可能造成大量的伤亡。因此,急需一种能有效防止煤气泄漏的智能装置。虽然1996.05.01公开的公开号为CN2226184Y发明名称为煤气防漏装置是个优秀的发明,但是其技术相对现在来说还是不够先进,仅通过温控开关检测煤气是否点燃,然后再判断关煤气,个人觉得是远远不够的。因为当煤气一边燃烧,一边泄漏时,这种情况下它是无法判断煤气泄漏的,但是本发明就可以解决各种情况下的煤气泄漏。
发明内容
本发明要解决当煤气泄漏时,目前的装置不能有效地关闭煤气这个技术问题。
本发明采取的具体技术方案是:
一种防煤气泄漏智能装置,包括电源、煤气感应警报开关、二位二通电磁阀,其中:
所述的煤气感应开关,固定在电磁阀上,与电源和电磁阀线连接并暴露在空气中;
所述的二位二通电磁阀,进出口分别与煤气罐和煤气灶管连接。
进一步地,所述的煤气感应警报开关,包括煤气感应开关,警报器,其中它们之间导线连接。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明是集煤气泄漏报警,阻止煤气泄漏于一体的智能装置。
2.本发明对煤气泄漏判断更加准确,能有效的阻止煤气泄漏。
3.本发明系统反应时间块,结构简单,更换方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进行详细说明,如图所示一种防煤气泄漏智能装置,主要由电源1、煤气感应警报开关2、煤气灶3、二位二通电磁阀4、煤气罐5等组成。所述的电源1正极用导线连接到开关2,再从所述的开关2的另一端用导线连接到电磁阀7的线圈的一端,电源1的负极连接到电磁阀线圈7的另一端;所述的二位二通电磁阀4,其进气口A用煤气软管连接煤气罐5的出气阀,其出气口B与煤气灶3也用煤气软管连接;所述的二位二通电磁阀,包括电磁铁 N极6、线圈7、电磁铁S极8、电磁阀阀芯9、弹簧10、还有阀体以及进出气口AB等,电磁铁N极6和电磁铁S极8分开相对着固定,间隙大小比线圈7大,阀芯9固定在连杆上,连杆的两端分别固定连接线圈7和弹簧10。
首先,当煤气没有泄漏时,煤气感应警报开关2没有闭合,电磁阀线圈7没有电流通过,不产生磁,弹簧10,处于自然状态,电磁阀阀芯9没有封闭进出口AB,煤气正常通过进出口AB。然后当有煤气泄漏时,煤气感应警报开关2检测到空气中煤气含量值,开关闭合,警报器响声报警,线圈7有电流通过,产生磁场,与磁极6、8产生相互排斥,弹簧10被压缩阀芯9移动堵住进气口A及出气口B,这样就实现了对煤气泄漏的有效阻止。

1.一种防煤气泄漏智能装置,包括电源、煤气感应开关、二位二通电磁阀,其中:
所述的煤气感应开关,固定在电磁阀上,与电源和电磁阀线连接并暴露在空气中;
所述的二位二通电磁阀,进出口分别与煤气罐和煤气灶管连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的煤气感应开关,能检测空气中煤气的含量。
