Abstract
本发明提供了一种用于采油树的保温套,所述保温套由保温板材卷制而成,包括外层、中间层和内层,所述中间层包括由内向外依次设置的保温层和防水层,所述外层的材料为聚四氟乙烯,所述保温层的材料为硅酸铝棉加铝箔玻纤布,所述内层的材料为高温膨胀布。本发明具有结构新颖、使用方便、安全可靠、安装更换方便、便于设备的维修等特点,故属于一种集安全性与实用性为一体的新型保温管套。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于采油树的保温套及其制造方法,属于化工设备技术领域。
背景技术
目前,化工设备在使用时,易发生热量散失,因此一般都需要采取保温措施,运用的都是传统式保温方法,岩棉打底,再进行玻纤布简单包裹,非常费时,污染厉害,人工成本过高,维修时拆卸复杂,并且拆卸物件不能重复使用,造成损失和二次污染,造成浪费增加产品综合成本。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种用于采油树的保温套及其制造方法,以解决现有技术中所存在的上述问题。
一方面,本发明提供了一种用于采油树的保温套,所述保温套由保温板材卷制而成,包括外层、中间层和内层,所述中间层包括由内向外依次设置的保温层和防水层,所述外层的材料为聚四氟乙烯,所述保温层的材料为硅酸铝棉加铝箔玻纤布,所述内层的材料为高温膨胀布。
作为优选方案,所述保温板材的两端在卷起后重合的部分由魔术贴贴合。
作为优选方案,所述外层的外侧还具有防割层。
作为优选方案,所述防割层为不锈钢钢丝网。
作为优选方案,所述外层的厚度0.58mm。
作为优选方案,所述保温层的厚度为25~50mm,所述防水层的厚度为0.8mm。
另一方面,本发明还提供了一种上述的保温套的制造方法,其包括如下步骤:
将各层材料缝合成一体,得到保温板材;
在所述保温板材一端的聚四氟乙烯层的表面和另一端的高硅氧布层的表面各缝合一个魔术贴;
将所述保温板材以聚四氟乙烯层为外侧,在采油树的管道和阀门上进行卷合后,使保温板材将所述采油树包裹完全,通过魔术贴将保温的两端固定连接。
第三方面,本发明还提供了另外一种上述的保温套的制造方法,其包括如下步骤:
将各层材料缝合成一体,得到保温板材;
在所述保温板材的高硅氧布层的表面两端各缝合一个魔术贴;
将所述保温板材以聚四氟乙烯层为外侧,在采油树的管道和阀门上进行卷合后,使保温板材将所述采油树包裹完全后,向上突起,形成飞边,通过魔术贴将所述飞边连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
本发明具有结构新颖、使用方便、安全可靠、安装更换方便、便于设备的维修等特点,故属于一种集安全性与实用性为一体的新型保温管套。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
本发明中所用的保温板材的结构如图1所示,包括防割层1、外层2、中间层和内层5,中间层由防水层3和保温层4组成,其中,防割层1的材料为不锈钢钢丝网,外层2的材料为聚四氟乙烯,防水层材料为铝箔玻纤布,保温层4的材料为硅酸铝棉加铝箔玻纤布,内层5的材料为高温膨胀布。
实施例2
本实施例所提供的一种用于采油树的保温套的结构如图2所示,将外层2、防水层3、保温层4和内层5依次叠加后,缝合在一起,得到柔性保温板材,控制外层2的厚度为0.8mm,防水层3的厚度为0.8mm,保温层4的厚度为25~75mm,内层5的厚度为0.8mm,在该柔性保温板材一端的聚四氟乙烯层的表面和另一端的高硅氧布层的表面各缝合一个魔术贴;以所述保温板材的聚四氟乙烯层为外侧,在采油树上进行卷合后,使保温板材将采油树的管道和阀门包裹完全,通过魔术贴将保温板材的的两端固定连接,最后在聚四氟乙烯层的外侧缝合上不锈钢钢丝网层作为防割层1。
实施例3
本实施例所提供的一种用于采油树的保温套的结构如图3所示,将外层2、防水层3、保温层4和内层5依次叠加后,缝合在一起,得到柔性保温板材,控制外层2的厚度为0.8mm,防水层3的厚度为0.8mm,保温层4的厚度为25~75mm,内层5的厚度为0.8mm,在该柔性保温板材两端的高硅氧布层的表面各缝合一个魔术贴;以所述保温板材的聚四氟乙烯层为外侧,在采油树的管道和阀门上进行卷合后,使保温板材将采油树的管道和阀门包裹完全,通过魔术贴将保温板材的的两端固定连接,向上突起,形成飞边6,通过魔术贴将所述飞边6连接,最后在聚四氟乙烯层的外侧缝合上不锈钢钢丝网层作为防割层1。

Claims (8)
1.一种用于采油树的保温套,其特征在于,所述保温套由保温板材卷制而成,包括外层、中间层和内层,所述中间层包括由内向外依次设置的保温层和防水层,所述外层的材料为聚四氟乙烯,所述保温层的材料为硅酸铝棉加铝箔玻纤布,所述内层的材料为高温膨胀布。
2.如权利要求1所述的保温套,其特征在于,所述保温板材的两端在卷起后重合的部分由魔术贴贴合。
3.如权利要求1所述的保温套,其特征在于,所述外层的外侧还具有防割层。
4.如权利要求3所述的保温套,其特征在于,所述防割层为不锈钢钢丝网。
5.如权利要求1所述的保温套,其特征在于,所述外层的厚度0.58mm。
6.如权利要求1所述的保温套,其特征在于,所述保温层的厚度为25~50mm,所述防水层的厚度为0.8mm。
7.一种如权利要求1所述的保温套的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将各层材料缝合成一体,得到保温板材;
在所述保温板材一端的聚四氟乙烯层的表面和另一端的高硅氧布层的表面各缝合一个魔术贴;
将所述保温板材以聚四氟乙烯层为外侧,在采油树的管道和阀门上进行卷合后,使保温板材将所述采油树包裹完全,通过魔术贴将保温的两端固定连接。
8.一种如权利要求1所述的保温套的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将各层材料缝合成一体,得到保温板材;
在所述保温板材的高硅氧布层的表面两端各缝合一个魔术贴;
将所述保温板材以聚四氟乙烯层为外侧,在采油树的管道和阀门上进行卷合后,使保温板材将所述采油树包裹完全后,向上突起,形成飞边,通过魔术贴将所述飞边连接。
