技术领域
本发明涉及一种木地板,尤其涉及一种速生木纤维重组木地板及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济快速发展,人民生活水平的逐步提高,木材的消耗进一步增加,造成了我国木质品价格的上涨,实木地板和以珍贵树种为木皮的多层实木地板价格节节攀升。为了缓解木地板市场的供需矛盾,也为了保护我国的珍贵树种,实现可持续发展,现在越来越多的地板行业者考虑在生产地板中充分利用木材,但是效果都不明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种速生木纤维重组木地板及其制备方法。本发明可以有效地减少木材的浪费,节约木材资源,同时具有优越的经济效益。此外,本发明可有效地提高木地板的粘度和透光性,以及提高地板间的连接强度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案如下:一种速生木纤维重组木地板,从上至下依次包括表皮、指接芯板、纤维条芯板和底板,所述的指接芯板由木条拼接而成,所述的纤维条芯板由纤维条粘贴压制而成。
上述的速生木纤维重组木地板中,所述的底板的底部开设有应力槽。
前述的速生木纤维重组木地板中,所述纤维条粘贴所用的胶粘剂包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10-50份、聚乙烯醇20-40份、巳乙酰胺10-50份、交联剂5-10份、过硫酸钾5-10份、硬脂酸1-10份、纤维硅酸镁1-10份、增韧剂1-5份、填料0-20份。
前述的速生木纤维重组木地板中,所述胶粘剂包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物40份、聚乙烯醇30份、巳乙酰胺30份、交联剂8份、过硫酸钾8份、硬脂酸5份、纤维硅酸镁5份、增韧剂3份、填料10份。
前述的速生木纤维重组木地板中,所述交联剂为金属氧化物类交联剂,包括氧化锌、氧化铅、氧化镁中的一种或多种。
前述的速生木纤维重组木地板中,所述的增韧剂为聚硫橡胶、聚丁二烯橡胶、丁腈橡胶中的一种或几种。
前述的速生木纤维重组木地板中,所述的填料为氮化铝或氮化硼
前述的速生木纤维重组木地板的生产方法,具体包括以下步骤;
a、将速生材去皮后,在水中浸泡5-8小时,再进行疏解得到束状纤维条,对束状纤维条进行干燥;
b、将乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚乙烯醇、巳乙酰胺、交联剂、过硫酸钾、硬脂酸、纤维硅酸镁、增韧剂、填料混合搅拌得到胶粘剂;
c、将胶粘剂倒入热压模具中,再倒入束状纤维条进行搅拌,浸胶2小时;
d、对热压模具中的物料进行热压,固化,砂光、开槽后得到纤维条芯板;
e、将木条用胶粘剂拼接成指接芯板,再将表皮、指接芯板、纤维条芯板和底板依次粘贴在一起,得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明将纤维条粘贴压制成速生木纤维重组木地板,可以有效地减少木材的浪费,节约木材资源,同时具有优越的经济效益。此外,本发明可有效地提高木地板的粘度,以及提高地板强度。申请人对速生木纤维重组木地板的性能进行了试验,试验结果如下:
从上表可以看出本发明在抗压强度、抗拉强度、抗渗压力等方面,均具有优越的效果。

实施例1:一种速生木纤维重组木地板,如附图1所示,从上至下依次包括表皮1、指接芯板2、纤维条芯板3和底板4,所述的指接芯板2由木条5拼接而成,所述的纤维条芯板3由纤维条粘贴压制而成。所述的底板4的底部开设有应力槽6。
实施例2:所述纤维条粘贴所用的胶粘剂包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物30份、聚乙烯醇35份、巳乙酰胺10份、交联剂10份、过硫酸钾6份、硬脂酸8份、纤维硅酸镁2份、增韧剂2份、填料5份。所述交联剂为1/2氧化锌和1/2氧化铅,所述的增韧剂为聚硫橡胶,所述的填料为氮化铝。
实施例3:所述纤维条粘贴所用的胶粘剂包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物40份、聚乙烯醇30份、巳乙酰胺30份、交联剂8份、过硫酸钾8份、硬脂酸5份、纤维硅酸镁5份、增韧剂3份、填料10份。所述交联剂为1/3氧化铅和2/3氧化镁,所述的增韧剂为丁腈橡胶,所述的填料为氮化硼。
实施例4:所述纤维条粘贴所用的胶粘剂包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物50份、聚乙烯醇20份、巳乙酰胺40份、交联剂7份、过硫酸钾5份、硬脂酸2份、纤维硅酸镁7份、增韧剂2份。所述交联剂为1/3氧化铅和2/3氧化镁,所述的增韧剂为丁腈橡胶,所述的填料为氮化硼。
实施例5:上述的速生木纤维重组木地板的生产方法,具体包括以下步骤;
a、将速生材去皮后,在水中浸泡5-8小时,再进行疏解得到束状纤维条,对束状纤维条进行干燥;
b、将乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚乙烯醇、巳乙酰胺、交联剂、过硫酸钾、硬脂酸、纤维硅酸镁、增韧剂、填料混合搅拌得到胶粘剂;
c、将胶粘剂倒入热压模具中,再倒入束状纤维条进行搅拌,浸胶2小时;
d、对热压模具中的物料进行热压,固化,砂光、开槽后得到纤维条芯板;
e、将木条用胶粘剂拼接成指接芯板,再将表皮、指接芯板、纤维条芯板和底板依次粘贴在一起,得到成品。
Claims (8)
1.速生木纤维重组木地板,其特征在于:从上至下依次包括表皮、指接芯板、纤维条芯板和底板,所述的指接芯板由木条拼接而成,所述的纤维条芯板由纤维条粘贴压制而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的速生木纤维重组木地板,其特征在于:所述的底板的底部开设有应力槽。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的速生木纤维重组木地板,其特征在于:所述纤维条粘贴所用的胶粘剂包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10-50份、聚乙烯醇20-40份、巳乙酰胺10-50份、交联剂5-10份、过硫酸钾5-10份、硬脂酸1-10份、纤维硅酸镁1-10份、增韧剂1-5份、填料0-20份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的速生木纤维重组木地板,其特征在于:所述胶粘剂包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物40份、聚乙烯醇30份、巳乙酰胺30份、交联剂8份、过硫酸钾8份、硬脂酸5份、纤维硅酸镁5份、增韧剂3份、填料10份。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的速生木纤维重组木地板,其特征在于:所述交联剂为金属氧化物类交联剂,包括氧化锌、氧化铅、氧化镁中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的速生木纤维重组木地板,其特征在于:所述的增韧剂为聚硫橡胶、聚丁二烯橡胶、丁腈橡胶中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的速生木纤维重组木地板,其特征在于:所述的填料为氮化铝或氮化硼。
8.根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的速生木纤维重组木地板的生产方法,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤;
a、将速生材去皮后,在水中浸泡5-8小时,再进行疏解得到束状纤维条,对束状纤维条进行干燥;
b、将乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚乙烯醇、巳乙酰胺、交联剂、过硫酸钾、硬脂酸、纤维硅酸镁、增韧剂、填料混合搅拌得到胶粘剂;
c、将胶粘剂倒入热压模具中,再倒入束状纤维条进行搅拌,浸胶2小时;
d、对热压模具中的物料进行热压,固化,砂光、开槽后得到纤维条芯板;
e、将木条用胶粘剂拼接成指接芯板,再将表皮、指接芯板、纤维条芯板和底板依次粘贴在一起,得到成品。
