技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料领域,尤其是涉及一种阻燃聚酰胺。
背景技术
聚酰胺总产量居于世界工程塑料的首位。其本身具有较高拉伸强度和冲击强度,极为优越的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,以及自润滑等优点,随着聚酰胺品种的增多,性能的改进,其用途也越来越广泛,应用范围包括汽车、机械设备、电子电器、化工设备、建筑、生活用品、交通运输等,由于聚酰胺越来越多的应用在汽车电器、电动工具等带电的工作环境中,漏电、短路、电弧、电火花等情况引起火灾的危险极大。
发明内容。
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种阻燃聚酰胺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种阻燃聚酰胺,由以下组份按重量份制备而成:
乙二酸30~70份;
乙二胺40~60份;
着色剂0.8~1.2份;
光稳定剂7.8~9.8份;
分散润滑剂0.6~1.4份;
氧化二锑2.1~2.9份;
硼酸锌4.6~5.4份。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述乙二酸和所述乙二胺的重量份总和为100份。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述乙二酸的重量份为42.5份、所述乙二胺的重量份为57.5份。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述乙二酸和所述乙二胺在二氯亚砜的条件下进行缩聚反应。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述光稳定剂为邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种阻燃聚酰胺,该聚酰胺具有阻燃功能,避免了漏电、短路、电弧、电火花等情况引起火灾危害。

本发明实施例包括:一种阻燃聚酰胺,由以下组份按重量份制备而成:
乙二酸30~70份;
乙二胺40~60份;
着色剂0.8~1.2份;
光稳定剂7.8~9.8份;
分散润滑剂0.6~1.4份;
氧化二锑2.1~2.9份;
硼酸锌4.6~5.4份。
所述乙二酸和所述乙二胺的重量份总和为100份。
本实施例中,所述乙二酸的重量份为42.5份、所述乙二胺的重量份为57.5份、所述着色剂的重量份为0.9份、所述光稳定剂的重量份为8.3份、所述分散润滑剂的重量份为1.1份、所述氧化二锑的重量份为2.3份和所述硼酸锌的重量份为4.9份。
所述乙二酸和所述乙二胺在二氯亚砜的条件下进行缩聚反应。
所述抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂,受阻酚类抗氧剂是一些具有空间阻碍的酚类化合物,它们的抗热氧化效果显著,不会污染制品,这类抗氧剂的品种很多,重要的产品有:2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚、双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚、四〔β-(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸〕季戊四醇酯等。
所述光稳定剂为邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯,邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯无色结晶粉末,具有令人愉快的芳香气味(冬青油气味),密度1.250g/cm3,溶点43,沸点(1.6kPa)173,易溶于乙醚、苯和氯仿,溶于乙醇,几乎不溶于水和甘油,含量99%,主要用于塑料制品。
与现有技术相比,本发明一种阻燃聚酰胺,该聚酰胺具有阻燃功能,避免了漏电、短路、电弧、电火花等情况引起火灾危害。

硼酸锌4.6~5.4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃聚酰胺,其特征在于,所述乙二酸和所述乙二胺的重量份总和为100份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种阻燃聚酰胺,其特征在于,所述乙二酸的重量份为42.5份、所述乙二胺的重量份为57.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃聚酰胺,其特征在于,所述乙二酸和所述乙二胺在二氯亚砜的条件下进行缩聚反应。
