Abstract

本发明涉及一种生产GYXTW光缆的护套挤出装置,在传统模芯的前端同轴安装有可更换模芯头,在该可更换模芯头上径向开设有相互贯通的缆芯孔和钢丝孔。本发明结构简单,制造方便,操作简易,成本低廉,特别适用于需要在缆芯两侧放置两根平行钢丝的GYXTW光缆的护套挤出生产工艺,无需将缆芯孔和钢丝孔分隔设置,且可以根据光缆规格更换使用,方便快捷,节省成本,提高产品精确度,适用于大力推广使用。

Description

一种生产GYXTW光缆的护套挤出装置
技术领域
本发明属于光缆加工领域,涉及护套挤出模具,尤其是一种生产GYXTW光缆的护套挤出装置。
背景技术
GYXTW光缆的结构是将250μm光纤套入高模量材料制成的松套管中,松套管内填充防水化合物。松套管外用一层双面涂塑钢带(PSP)纵包,钢带和松套管之间加阻水材料以保证光缆的紧凑和纵向阻水,两侧放置两根平行钢丝后挤制聚乙烯护套成缆。
对于GYXTW光缆通常选用挤压式工艺将熔融塑料挤出在电缆或光缆的缆芯和钢丝上,现有技术中常见的护套挤出模具通常由模套和模芯组成,在模套和模芯之间留有塑料挤出通道。对于需要在缆芯两侧放置两根平行钢丝的GYXTW光缆,在模芯中通常设置有缆芯孔和钢丝孔,且缆芯孔和钢丝孔分隔设置,在使用过程中存在一些缺陷:
1、由于缆芯孔和钢丝孔分隔设置,需要分别穿缆芯和钢丝,在穿缆芯和钢丝时非常不方便,需要大量时间,且对于操作人员的熟练度也有较高的要求,耗时费力,且合格率低下,影响生产效率。
2、另外,在护套挤出时需要把缆芯和钢丝同时送入模芯的两个不同孔槽,由于加工精度与装配误差的存在很难保证模套与模芯的同心度,这就容易造成偏心或容易造成钢丝堵住穿线孔等问题,使得光缆加工结构不稳定,影响加工效果,还会损坏模具,加大生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种结构简单、可拆卸更换且有效保证模套与模芯同心度的生产GYXTW光缆的护套挤出装置。
本发明解决上述技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种生产GYXTW光缆的护套挤出装置,包括模套和模芯,所述模套和模芯同轴设置,该模芯同轴间隔插装在所述模套内,在该模套和模芯之间设置有塑胶挤出通道,在所述模芯的前端同轴安装有可更换模芯头,在该可更换模芯头上径向开设有缆芯孔和钢丝孔,所述缆芯孔开设在可更换模芯头表面中央,两个所述钢丝孔对称设置在所述缆芯孔的上侧和下侧,两个所述钢丝孔与所述缆芯孔相互贯通。
而且,所述模芯为空腔锥形体结构,由光缆入口、锥形腔及光缆出口组成,所述光缆入口连接所述锥形腔的大直径口,该锥形腔的小直径口连接所述光缆出口,所述的可更换模芯头同轴安装在所述光缆出口。
而且,所述光缆出口直径小于所述光缆入口直径。
本发明的优点和有益效果为:
1、本发明创新点在于在模芯前端可拆卸安装有可更换模芯头,可以根据实际生产需要更换不同的模芯头。有效保证模套与模芯的同心度,不容易造成偏心,生产时可以根据实际生产的需要选择相应规格的可更换模芯头,节省成本,节约时间,提高生产效率。
2、在可更换模芯头上,将传统模芯中不连通的缆芯孔和钢丝孔打通,在使用时方便钢丝与缆芯的穿过,且保证了钢丝与缆芯平行,避免钢丝穿孔困难和易堵塞线孔的问题,保证产品质量,提高生产精确度。
3、本发明结构简单,制造方便,操作简易,成本低廉,特别适用于需要在缆芯两侧放置两根平行钢丝的GYXTW光缆的护套挤出生产工艺,无需将缆芯孔和钢丝孔分隔设置,且可以根据光缆规格更换使用,方便快捷,节省成本,提高产品精确度,适用于大力推广使用。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种生产GYXTW光缆的护套挤出装置,如图1所示,包括模套1和模芯3,所述模套和模芯同轴设置,该模芯同轴间隔插装在所述模套内,在该模套和模芯之间设置有塑胶挤出通道2。所述模芯为空腔锥形体结构,由光缆入口、锥形腔4及光缆出口组成,所述光缆入口连接所述锥形腔的大直径口,该锥形腔的小直径口连接所述光缆出口,该光缆出口直径小于所述光缆入口直径。
如图2所示,在所述模芯的光缆出口同轴安装有可更换模芯头7,在该可更换模芯头上径向开设有缆芯孔5和钢丝孔6,所述缆芯孔开设在可更换模芯头表面中央,两个所述钢丝孔对称设置在所述缆芯孔的上侧和下侧,两个所述钢丝孔与所述缆芯孔相互贯通。
本发明的工作原理:
本发明采用挤压式模具设计,分为模套与模芯两部分,创新点在于在模芯前端可拆卸安装有可更换模芯头,可以根据实际生产需要更换不同的模芯头。另外,本模芯头上把原模芯中不连通的钢丝孔和缆芯孔打通,在使用时方便钢丝与缆芯的穿过,且保证了钢丝与缆芯平行,避免钢丝穿孔困难和易堵塞线孔的问题,提高生产效率,保证产品质量。

1.一种生产GYXTW光缆的护套挤出装置,包括模套和模芯,所述模套和模芯同轴设置,该模芯同轴间隔插装在所述模套内,在该模套和模芯之间设置有塑胶挤出通道,其特征在于:在所述模芯的前端同轴安装有可更换模芯头,在该可更换模芯头上径向开设有缆芯孔和钢丝孔,所述缆芯孔开设在可更换模芯头表面中央,两个所述钢丝孔对称设置在所述缆芯孔的上侧和下侧,两个所述钢丝孔与所述缆芯孔相互贯通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生产GYXTW光缆的护套挤出装置,其特征在于:所述模芯为空腔锥形体结构,由光缆入口、锥形腔及光缆出口组成,所述光缆入口连接所述锥形腔的大直径口,该锥形腔的小直径口连接所述光缆出口,所述的可更换模芯头同轴安装在所述光缆出口。
