本发明公开了一种可调整冲孔的排列形状的冲孔装置,所述冲孔装置包括冲孔支撑座和多个冲子,其特征在于:所述冲子底部与所述冲孔支撑座接触,所述冲孔支撑座上固设有两个工件,所述两个工件之间设置有数根横梁,所述横梁上设置有多个可沿所述横梁左右移动的冲子连接件,所述冲子连接件的底部与所述冲孔支撑座接触,所述冲子连接件上设置有第一通孔,所述冲子上设置有与第一通孔相对应的第二通孔,所述第一通孔与第二通孔通过螺丝螺合连接。使用本发明的可调整冲孔的排列形状的冲孔装置,可以调整冲孔排列形状,实现鞋面鞋带孔的多样化布置。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种冲孔装置,尤其涉及一种可调整冲孔的排列形状的冲孔装置。
背景技术
目前已有鞋用冲孔装置多为单孔冲孔装置,加工的时候在冲孔环节较为繁琐耗时较长,且难以改变冲孔的排列形状。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种可调整冲孔的排列形状的冲孔装置,其通过以下技术方案实现:
一种可调整冲孔的排列形状的冲孔装置,所述冲孔装置包括冲孔支撑座和多个冲子,其特征在于:所述冲子底部与所述冲孔支撑座接触,所述冲孔支撑座上固设有两个工件,所述两个工件之间设置有数根横梁,所述横梁上设置有多个可沿所述横梁左右移动的冲子连接件,所述冲子连接件的底部与所述冲孔支撑座接触,所述冲子连接件上设置有第一通孔,所述冲子上设置有与第一通孔相对应的第二通孔,所述第一通孔与第二通孔通过螺丝螺合连接。
进一步的,所述冲子连接件上还设置有多个通孔,所述冲子连接件用螺丝穿过通孔分别螺锁在所述横梁上。
本发明的有益效果:由于采用了以上技术方案,通过本发明的冲孔装置可一次性在鞋面上进行穿孔,无需一个孔一个孔地完成,同时,可通过各螺丝和冲子连接件的配合,前后左右移动冲子,从而实现冲孔排列形状的调整,改善鞋面上鞋带孔单一的直线排列,实现鞋面鞋带孔的多样化布置。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步说明。
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种可调整冲孔的排列形状的冲孔装置,包括冲孔支撑座1和六个冲子2,冲子2底部与冲孔支撑座1接触,冲孔支撑座1上固设有两个工件3,两个工件3之间设置有两根横梁4,横梁4上设置有六个可沿横梁左右移动的冲子连接件5,冲子连接件5的底部与冲孔支撑座1接触,冲子连接件5上设置有第一通孔,冲子2上设置有与第一通孔相对应的第二通孔,第一通孔与第二通孔通过螺丝6螺合连接,冲子连接件5上还设置有两个通孔,冲子连接件5用螺丝7穿过通孔螺锁在横梁4上。
在使用冲孔装置前,拧紧螺丝6,拧松螺丝7,则可通过冲子连接件5在横梁4上的左右移动来实现冲子2在冲孔支撑座1上的左右移动;拧紧螺丝7,拧松螺丝6,则可控制冲子2在冲孔支撑座1上的前后移动。如此,则可根据需求,通过螺丝6和螺丝7的拧松和拧紧的配合来调整冲子2在冲孔支撑座1上的位置,调整冲孔的排列形状。

1.一种可调整冲孔的排列形状的冲孔装置,所述冲孔装置包括冲孔支撑座和多个冲子,其特征在于:所述冲子底部与所述冲孔支撑座接触,所述冲孔支撑座上固设有两个工件,所述两个工件之间设置有数根横梁,所述横梁上设置有多个可沿所述横梁左右移动的冲子连接件,所述冲子连接件的底部与所述冲孔支撑座接触,所述冲子连接件上设置有第一通孔,所述冲子上设置有与第一通孔相对应的第二通孔,所述第一通孔与第二通孔通过螺丝螺合连接,所述冲子连接件上还设置有多个通孔,所述冲子连接件用螺丝穿过通孔分别螺锁在所述横梁上。
