本发明涉及一种胶水注射装置，包括注射筒(1)和注射头(2)，所述注射筒(1)为圆柱形筒体，其内部用于放置注射胶水；所述注射头(2)连接所述注射筒(1)的一端，所述注射头(2)为圆锥形；所述注射筒(1)的一端内部设置有推动装置，所述推动装置用于推动所述注射筒(1)内部的胶水；所述注射头(2)顶端设置有注射口(22)，所述注射口(22)外侧设置有压力传感器(21)，所述压力传感器(21)用于检测外部压力，并控制所述推动装置的运行。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种注射装置，具体涉及一种胶水注射装置。
背景技术
很多产品在生产加工过程中需要进行点胶作业，现有的点胶作业都是通过点胶机来完成，在点胶过程中，胶水注射装置尤为重要，目前没有比较好的注射装置解决方案。
有鉴于上述的缺陷，本设计人，积极加以研究创新，以期创设一种新型结构的胶水注射装置，使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的目的是提供一种胶水注射装置。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种胶水注射装置，其特征在于：包括注射筒(1)和注射头(2)，所述注射筒(1)为圆柱形筒体，其内部用于放置注射胶水；所述注射头(2)连接所述注射筒(1)的一端，所述注射头(2)为圆锥形；所述注射筒(1)的一端内部设置有推动装置，所述推动装置用于推动所述注射筒(1)内部的胶水；所述注射头(2)顶端设置有注射口(22)，所述注射口(22)外侧设置有压力传感器(21)，所述压力传感器(21)用于检测外部压力，并控制所述推动装置的运行。
进一步的，所述注射筒(1)筒体内壁(11)中间设置有电热丝(13)，所述电热丝(13)用于加热所述注射筒(1)。
进一步的，所述注射筒(1)筒体内壁(11)中间设置加料口(12)，所述加料口用于给所述注射筒(1)加入胶水。
进一步的，所述推动装置包括气缸(3)，与所述气缸(3)连接的传动杆(31)，以及连接所述传动杆(31)的推动板(32)。
借由上述方案，本发明至少具有以下优点：
本装置通过传感器和推动装置用来进行注胶，实现了自动注胶，同时电热丝能够保持胶水的温度在一定的状态。

下面结合附图和实施例，对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明，但不用来限制本发明的范围。
参见图1，本发明一较佳实施例所述的一种胶水注射装置，包括注射筒1和注射头2，所述注射筒1为圆柱形筒体，其内部用于放置注射胶水；所述注射头2连接所述注射筒1的一端，所述注射头2为圆锥形；所述注射筒1的一端内部设置有推动装置，所述推动装置用于推动所述注射筒1内部的胶水；所述注射头2顶端设置有注射口22，所述注射口22外侧设置有压力传感器21，所述压力传感器21用于检测外部压力，并控制所述推动装置的运行。
-所述注射筒1筒体内壁11中间设置有电热丝13，所述电热丝13用于加热所述注射筒1。
-所述注射筒1筒体内壁11中间设置加料口12，所述加料口用于给所述注射筒1加入胶水。
-所述推动装置包括气缸3，与所述气缸3连接的传动杆31，以及连接所述传动杆31的推动板32。
本发明的工作原理如下：
传感器感受到压力之后，发送信息给推动装置，推动装置完成注胶工序。
本发明至少具有以下优点：
本装置通过传感器和推动装置用来进行注胶，实现了自动注胶，同时电热丝能够保持胶水的温度在一定的状态。

1.一种胶水注射装置，其特征在于：包括注射筒(1)和注射头(2)，所述注射筒(1)为圆柱形筒体，其内部用于放置注射胶水；所述注射头(2)连接所述注射筒(1)的一端，所述注射头(2)为圆锥形；所述注射筒(1)的一端内部设置有推动装置，所述推动装置用于推动所述注射筒(1)内部的胶水；所述注射头(2)顶端设置有注射口(22)，所述注射口(22)外侧设置有压力传感器(21)，所述压力传感器(21)用于检测外部压力，并控制所述推动装置的运行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种胶水注射装置，其特征在于：所述注射筒(1)筒体内壁(11)中间设置有电热丝(13)，所述电热丝(13)用于加热所述注射筒(1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种胶水注射装置，其特征在于：所述注射筒(1)筒体内壁(11)中间设置加料口(12)，所述加料口用于给所述注射筒(1)加入胶水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种胶水注射装置，其特征在于：所述推动装置包括气缸(3)，与所述气缸(3)连接的传动杆(31)，以及连接所述传动杆(31)的推动板(32)。
