背景技术
[0002]随着国家对燃煤机组烟气粉尘排放要求的日益严格,作为烟气超低排放技术的重要净化设备一一湿式电除尘器,其安全稳定连续运行越来越显得至关重要。
[0003] —般的,组成湿式电除尘器的零散部件较多,在安装过程中,各功能部件协同作用较差,未能有效考虑组成一体化的优势。在湿电运行过程中,绝缘子作为隔离阴极结构(带电部分)和钢结构(不带电部分)的重要元件,其时常会被脱硫后的湿烟气及大气中的湿空气侵蚀而不能时刻保持干燥状态,因此有短路现象发生的危险,这在一定程度上不利于生产;湿电阴阳极作为除尘的关键结构,两者之间的放电间距不易控制,运行中距离偏大时达不到效果,偏小时易击穿阳极板发生漏电现象,带来安全性、放电间距精度差等不利影响。
[0004]此外,湿电除尘器为整体梁柱框架结构,顶部设置绝缘装置,用于阴极系统装置和阳极系统装置的支撑。现在国内外湿电除尘器绝缘装置的安装采用空接作业,施工难度较大,且在施工过程和试运行期间,曾出现除尘器绝缘装置弯曲变形、阳极板受压变形或阴阳极距发生变化等问题。另外,与干式电除尘器相比,湿式电除尘器内部与烟气接触的部位需采取防腐措施,尤其对于大型湿电除尘器,对于设备本体的刚度要求和焊接要求更为严格。

[0031]所述的集成式湿电绝缘装置左大梁I和右大梁2选用H型钢,H型钢翼缘宽为100〜300mm,腹板高为100m〜1500mm。所述的集成式湿电绝缘装置两侧左大梁I和右大梁2中心间距为700_〜1000mm。所述的集成式湿电绝缘装置中的绝缘子12放置在室内绝缘子底座11上面,底座11为井字形型钢支撑,便于绝缘子12的定位。所述的集成式湿电绝缘装置顶部根据长度设置多个密封风接口 8,便于向室内持续通入带有一定正压的干燥空气,防止湿式电除尘器内的湿烟气进入其内,保证绝缘子12始终处于绝缘状态,从而使绝缘子12起到带电部件与不带电部件的隔离作用。所述的集成式湿电绝缘装置顶部根据绝缘装置长度设置多个检修人孔7,方便湿式电除尘器不带电状态下进入室内检修维护。所述的集成式湿电绝缘装置在H型钢下翼缘设置多个阳极组件限位装置10(结构形式为双角钢等),间距为150mm〜500mm,双角钢开螺栓孔,有利于安装过程中通过夹持方式对阳极板进行螺栓紧固定位,定位精准度高。所述的集成式湿电绝缘装置在湿式电除尘器安装前,绝缘装置各部分组合成一个一体化的中空式箱型结构,便于采用搁置式安装。
Claims (9)
1.一种集成式的湿式电除尘器绝缘装置,其特征在于:包括左大梁(I)、右大梁(2)、上密封壳体(3)、下密封壳体(4)、左密封壳体(5)、右密封壳体(6)、检修人孔(7)、密封风接口(8)、高压引入接口(9)、阳极组件限位装置(10)、底座(11)和绝缘子(12),上述部件组装形成中空式箱型结构,绝缘子(12)及其底座(11)安装在下密封壳体(4)内底部,检修人孔(7)、高压引入接口(9)和密封风接口(8)设置在上密封壳体(3)顶部,阳极组件限位装置(10)安装在右大梁(2)外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集成式的湿式电除尘器绝缘装置,其特征在于:所述左大梁(I)和右大梁(2)选用H型钢,H型钢翼缘宽为100〜300mm,腹板高为100m〜1500mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的集成式的湿式电除尘器绝缘装置,其特征在于:所述左大梁(I)和右大梁(2)中心间距为700mm〜I OOOmm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的集成式的湿式电除尘器绝缘装置,其特征在于:所述绝缘子(12)放置在底座(11)上面,底座(11)为井字形型钢支撑。
5.根据权利要求1所述的集成式的湿式电除尘器绝缘装置,其特征在于:所述密封风接口(8)在上密封壳体(3)长度方向设置多个。
6.根据权利要求1所述的集成式的湿式电除尘器绝缘装置,其特征在于:所述检修人孔(7)在上密封壳体(3)长度方向设置多个。
7.根据权利要求1所述的集成式的湿式电除尘器绝缘装置,其特征在于:所述阳极组件限位装置(10)在右大梁(2)的H型钢翼缘上设置多个。
8.根据权利要求1所述的集成式的湿式电除尘器绝缘装置,其特征在于:所述相邻的阳极组件限位装置(10)间距为150mm〜500mm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的集成式的湿式电除尘器绝缘装置,其特征在于:所述阳极组件限位装置(10)为双角钢开螺栓孔。
