一种用于加氢反应器的积垢器,包括设置在积垢器两端的正十边形的连接架,该连接架每一内角处均设置有骨架,相邻的骨架之间设置有条状滤网,连接架顶面均设置有环形的挡板帽,积垢器顶部的挡板帽上设置有盖板。本发明具有结构牢固、运行可靠、占用空间小、积垢能力强等优点。该积垢器具有减缓积垢及物料分配的作用,在使用时,从反应器入口进入的物料落在底板上,然后从积垢器的筛孔孔外侧进入积垢器,随后落入催化剂床层,积垢器截面小且筒身高,即使积垢器下端堵塞,液位上升后从上部筛孔流入,不会导致压降增大。本发明很好的改善了现有积垢器的不足,具有很好的经济效益。

一种用于加氢反应器的积垢器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种加氢反应器,尤其是涉及一种用于加氢反应器的积垢器。
背景技术
在炼油工业中,采用高温高压加氢精制技术已有近半个世纪的历史。随着加氢裂化和加氢脱硫等工艺的改进,轻质油品需求量的增加,以及重油原料裂解精制,防止大气污染等需要,加氢精制装置和加氢裂化装置的核心设备-加氢反应器其结构和部件不断的在进行完善。对于气液并流的下流式加氢固定床反应器,其内构件通常包括入口扩散器、气液分配器、积垢器、冷氢箱、热电偶和出口收集器等。
积垢器利用原来闲置的反应器封头空间,提高反应器空间利用率,能增加脱硫、纳垢的能力,延长反应器运行周期,改善第一床层的流体流动形态,简化入口扩散器结构,积垢器多悬挂与梁上,用铁链串起,其占用空间大,积垢能力不强,积垢篮经过一段时间的运转,也常常发生堵塞、压降升高等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于加氢反应器的积垢器,以改善现有积垢器占用空间大、积垢能力不强、压降大、易堵塞等技术问题。
本发明主要是通过下述技术方案解决上述技术问题的:一种用于加氢反应器的积垢器,包括设置在积垢器两端的正十边形的连接架,该连接架每一内角处均设置有骨架,相邻的骨架之间设置有条状滤网,连接架顶面均设置有环形的挡板帽,积垢器顶部的挡板帽上设置有盖板。
作为优选,所述条状滤网由平行等距焊接在骨架上的多根筛条构成,该筛条的截面为三角形。
作为优选,所述条状滤网中,两相邻的筛条之间形成条形筛孔。
本发明具有结构牢固、运行可靠、占用空间小、积垢能力强等优点。该积垢器具有减缓积垢及物料分配的作用,在使用时,从反应器入口进入的物料落在底板上,然后从积垢器的筛孔孔外侧进入积垢器,随后落入催化剂床层,积垢器截面小且筒身高,即使积垢器下端堵塞,液位上升后从上部筛孔流入,不会导致压降增大。本发明很好的改善了现有积垢器的不足,具有很好的经济效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。图1是本发明的结构示意图,图2是本发明A-A向的剖视图,图3是本发明的安装示意图。由图可知,该积垢器包括设置在积垢器两端的正二十边形的连接架1,连接架1每一内角处均设置有骨架2,相邻的骨架2之间设置有条状滤网3,条状滤网3两侧焊接在骨架2上。
条状滤网3由平行等距焊接在骨架上的多根筛条4构成,该筛条的截面为三角形。两相邻的筛条4之间形成条形筛孔7。
连接架1顶面均设置有环形的挡板帽5,积垢器顶部的挡板帽5上设置有盖板6。
应用过程中,所述积垢器设置在底板上,积垢器在底板上以三角形布置。
加氢反应器工作时,物料从反应器入口落下,碰到底板后,扩散到积垢器上,物料在多个积垢器上进行分配,物料穿过滤网上的筛孔进入催化剂床层。物料中的胶质、杂质及悬浮颗粒被挡在积垢器外。随着运行时间增加,杂质将分配器下端堵塞后液位上移,因积垢器截面积小且筒身长,物料可从上部流入,而不会导致压降增加。

1.一种用于加氢反应器的积垢器,包括设置在积垢器两端的正十边形的连接架,其特征是该连接架每一内角处均设置有骨架,相邻的骨架之间设置有条状滤网,连接架顶面均设置有环形的挡板帽,积垢器顶部的挡板帽上设置有盖板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于加氢反应器的积垢器,其特征是所述条状滤网由平行等距焊接在骨架上的多根筛条构成,该筛条的截面为三角形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于加氢反应器的积垢器,其特征是所述条状滤网中,两相邻的筛条之间形成条形筛孔。
