本发明公开了一种高效的食品搅拌机，包括电机，所述电机的转子固定连接有转动轴，所述转动轴的一端贯穿并延伸至搅拌箱体的底部，所述搅拌箱体顶部的边缘固定连接有进料口，所述转动轴与搅拌箱体两端轴心的连接处分别固定安装有第一轴承和第二轴承，所述搅拌箱体的底部设置有出料口，所述搅拌箱体的两侧设置有支撑装置，所述第一轴承的上部搅拌箱体的外部设置有防尘保护壳，所述防尘保护壳与转动轴连接处套装有护垫，所述转动轴下部的侧面设置有搅拌装置。该高效搅拌机，通过添加刮片，带走搅拌箱体内壁上的附着材料，提高了材料的利用效率，并且在叶片添加齿牙和齿轮，能够在搅拌时候更加有效的搅拌，提高搅拌效率。

本发明涉及工业设备技术领域，具体为一种高效的食品搅拌机。
背景技术
工业设备在现代工业的生产生活中有巨大的作用，无论是物料的加工还是运输过程都离不开工业设备，可以说工业设备是现在工业加工的原动力，而搅拌机是工业设备的重要组成部分，在材料的加工过程中，尤其是食品工业的加工中，搅拌机一直有不可取代的地位，现在市场上的搅拌机一般都是粗放加工，造成加工材料的浪费，降低了搅拌机的效率，加大了生产成本，延长了食品的生产周期。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效的食品搅拌机，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种高效的食品搅拌机，包括电机，所述电机的转子固定连接有转动轴，所述转动轴的一端贯穿并延伸至搅拌箱体的底部，所述搅拌箱体顶部的边缘固定连接有进料口，所述转动轴与搅拌箱体两端轴心的连接处分别固定安装有第一轴承和第二轴承，所述搅拌箱体的底部设置有出料口，所述搅拌箱体的两侧设置有支撑装置，所述搅拌箱体上部的外部设置有防尘保护壳，所述防尘保护壳与转动轴的连接处套装有轴承，所述转动轴下部的侧面设置有搅拌装置。
优选的，所述搅拌装置包括叶片、齿牙、齿轮、刮片和支撑柱，所述叶片固定连接于转动轴的侧面，所述叶片的表面固定连接有齿牙，所述齿牙的侧表面固定连接有支撑柱，所述支撑柱远离齿牙的一端套装有齿轮，所述叶片远离转动轴的一端固定连接有刮片。
优选的，所述支撑装置包括上支撑板、支撑杆、支架和防滑垫，所述上支撑板的下表面固定连接有支撑杆，所述支撑杆的一端固定连接有支架，所述支架的底部设置有防滑垫。
优选的，所述刮片的一端设置有钝角刀刃。
优选的，所述搅拌箱体的形状为圆柱形。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：该高效搅拌机，通过添加刮片，带走搅拌箱体内壁上的附着材料，提高了材料的利用效率，并且在叶片添加齿牙和齿轮，能够在搅拌时候更加有效的搅拌，提高搅拌效率。

请参阅图1-3，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种高效的食品搅拌机，包括电机1，电机1的转子固定连接有转动轴2，转动轴2的一端贯穿并延伸至搅拌箱体3的底部，搅拌箱体3的形状为圆柱形，圆柱形的构造可以更加干净的去除搅拌箱体3内壁上附着的物料，搅拌箱体3顶部的边缘固定连接有进料口4，转动轴2与搅拌箱体3两端轴心的连接处分别固定安装有第一轴承5和第二轴承6，搅拌箱体3的底部设置有出料口10，底部的出料口10可以让物料出来的更加干净减少物料的浪费，提高效率，搅拌箱体3的两侧设置有支撑装置11，支撑装置11包括上支撑板111、支撑杆112、支架113和防滑垫114，上支撑板111的下表面固定连接有支撑杆112，支撑杆112的一端固定连接有支架113，支架113的底部设置有防滑垫114，防滑垫114可以确保整个箱体的稳定性，提高安全系数，搅拌箱体3上部的外部设置有防尘保护壳7，防尘保护壳7可以防止灰尘进入搅拌箱体3，保证搅拌箱体3内部的卫生和安全，防尘保护壳7与转动轴2的连接处套装有护垫8，转动轴2下部的侧面设置有搅拌装置9，护垫8可以改变物体之间的接触方式，保护物体表面，使物体使用寿命更长，搅拌装置9包括叶片91、齿牙92、齿轮93、刮片94和支撑柱95，支撑柱95可以保护齿轮93的稳定性，使效果更好，叶片91固定连接于转动轴2的侧面，叶片91的表面固定连接有齿牙92，齿牙92是用来拆开物料的大结构，齿牙92的侧表面固定连接有支撑柱95，支撑柱95远离齿牙92的一端套装有齿轮93，叶片91上安装的齿牙92和齿轮93,可以在转动时有效的搅拌物料，使搅拌更加充分，能够细密的分解物料，叶片91远离转动轴2的一端固定连接有刮片94，刮片94可以去除内壁附着的物料，节省物料，降低成本，刮片94的一端设置有钝角刀刃，钝角的刀刃能够在不刮坏内壁的同时去除内壁上附着的物料，起到保护内壁的作用。
工作原理：在工作时，叶片91被转动轴2带动旋转，叶片91表面的齿牙92和齿轮93也开始旋转，同时全方位的对搅拌物进行搅拌，并且刮片94也跟着旋转，将搅拌箱体3的内部上附着的搅拌物清除干净，达到充分利用物料的效果。

1.一种高效的食品搅拌机，包括电机（1），所述电机（1）的转子固定连接有转动轴（2），所述转动轴（2）的一端贯穿并延伸至搅拌箱体（3）的底部，所述搅拌箱体（3）顶部的边缘固定连接有进料口（4），所述转动轴（2）与搅拌箱体（3）两端轴心的连接处分别固定安装有第一轴承（5）和第二轴承（6），所述搅拌箱体（3）的底部设置有出料口（10），所述搅拌箱体（3）的两侧设置有支撑装置（11），其特征在于：所述搅拌箱体（3）上部的外部设置有防尘保护壳（7），所述防尘保护壳（7）与转动轴（2）的连接处套装有护垫（8），所述转动轴（2）下部的侧面设置有搅拌装置（9）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效的食品搅拌机，其特征在于：所述搅拌装置（9）包括叶片（91）、齿牙（92）、齿轮（93）、刮片（94）和支撑柱（95），所述叶片（91）固定连接于转动轴（2）的侧面，所述叶片（91）的表面固定连接有齿牙（92），所述齿牙（92）的侧表面固定连接有支撑柱（95），所述支撑柱（95）远离齿牙（92）的一端套装有齿轮（93），所述叶片（91）远离转动轴（2）的一端固定连接有刮片（94）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效的食品搅拌机，其特征在于：所述支撑装置（11）包括上支撑板（111）、支撑杆（112）、支架（113）和防滑垫（114），所述上支撑板（111）的下表面固定连接有支撑杆（112），所述支撑杆（112）的一端固定连接有支架（113），所述支架（113）的底部设置有防滑垫（114）。
