步骤四:采用超细竹纤维,木浆纤维,真丝纤维,在线分别铺网经水刺工艺复合制成真丝降解舒肤柔软复合水刺无纺布,即湿巾药液载体;
步骤五:在常温无菌条件下,将湿巾药液载体浸没在湿巾药液中,静置6~8小时,取出湿巾药液载体抽样送检,检验合格后装袋密封,完成成品制备。

4.如权利要求1所述的一种小儿退烧降温保健湿巾,其特征在于:所述湿巾药液包括以下质量份数的各组分:苏木45份;生姜40份;大青叶50份;三角风60份;薄荷15份;桔梗20份;薄荷醇10份;冰片6份;乙醇30份;野菊花45份。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种小儿退烧降温保健湿巾,其特征在于:所述湿巾药液包括以下质量份数的各组分:苏木40份;生姜35份;大青叶45份;三角风50份;薄荷12份;桔梗15份;薄荷醇7份;冰片3份;乙醇25份;野菊花35份。
6.一种小儿退烧降温保健湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于:依次包括以下步骤:
步骤一:称取如下质量份数的各组分:苏木30~45份;生姜20~40份;大青叶40~50份;三角风45~60份;薄荷10~15份;桔梗10~20份;薄荷醇5~10份;冰片2~6份;乙醇20~30份;野菊花30~45份。
步骤二:将步骤一称取的苏木、生姜、大青叶、三角风、薄荷、桔梗、野菊花混合加入到提取罐中,加入40~60倍的纯净水,加热至65~70℃,保温浸泡8~10h后将其加热至沸腾状态,保持沸腾状态3~4h,随后降温至室温后过滤、浓缩得到混合滤液;
步骤三:向步骤二制备的混合滤液中加入薄荷醇、冰片、乙醇,以2℃/min的速率加热至沸腾,沸腾后停止加热并搅拌1~2h,静置10~20min,重复上述操作三次得到湿巾药液;
步骤四:采用超细竹纤维,木浆纤维,真丝纤维,在线分别铺网经水刺工艺复合制成真丝降解舒肤柔软复合水刺无纺布,即湿巾药液载体;
步骤五:在常温无菌条件下,将湿巾药液载体浸没在湿巾药液中,静置6~8小时,取出湿巾药液载体抽样送检,检验合格后装袋密封,完成成品制备。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种小儿退烧降温保健湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤四中制成的真丝降解舒肤柔软复合水刺无纺布上层采用超细竹纤维层,中间是木浆纤维层,下层是真丝纤维层。
