背景技术
膏药经皮肤发挥作用贴膏药疗法是中医临床常用的外治方法之一，它遵循中医辨证论治及中药的功效、主治与归经的原则，充分调动药物互相协调为用的效能，组成多味药物的复方，以发挥药物的良好效果。由于膏药直接敷贴于体表，而制作膏剂的药物大多气味较浓，再加入辛香走窜极强的引经药物，通过渗透入皮肤，内传经络、脏腑，起到调气血、通经络、散寒湿，消肿痛等作用。膏药的种类繁多，其针对的药效也不尽相同，在中国，每年数千万人受到关节炎、肩周炎、腰肌劳损及椎间盘突出的的困扰，无法进行治疗，患者生活也受到极大的困扰，虽然市场上有很多治疗相关疾病的药物，但是效果不明显，周期过长，恢复后也不能进行较重的体力劳动。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种活血止痛的膏药，通过药物间的配伍，提升药物的治疗效果，对于跌打损伤、关节炎、肩周炎、腰肌劳损及椎间盘突出等均具有良好的治疗效果。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
一种活血止痛的膏药，包括药剂A与药剂B，
所述药剂A按重量计由以下原料制成：
麻黄60±2g、豨签草50±2g、海风藤50±3g、羌活50±2g、桂枝50±5g、生马钱子30±1.5g、田七10±1g、 生龙骨15±2g、炮甲15±0.6g、白附子30±3g、乳香20±1g 、没药20±1.2g 筚拔30±2g、山奈20±1g、独活20±1g、玄参25±2g、党归40±3g、荆芥35±2g、双花30±3g、川椒40±2g、干姜45±6g、木瓜45±4g、川穹40±3g、牛膝50±4g、杜仲50±4g、生川乌40±3g、生草乌40±2g、生南星40±2g、生半夏40±3g、一枝蒿50±2g、丹参60±5g、皂刺60±3g、天龙45±3g、地龙60±3g、防风30±2g、生地50±4g、莪术90±5g、三棱90±6g、桃仁60±4g、白芷50±2g、姜黄50±4g、蛇床子50±2g、透骨草60±3g、黄柏60±3g、灵仙60±2g、生元胡30±2g、鸡血藤60±4g；

丁香12±2g、血竭12±1.2g土鳖虫20±2g、炒白芥子20±1.5g、红花20±2g、川断20±1g、蜈蚣20±1.5g、全虫20±1g、马培子20±2g、水牛角粉20±1.8g、乳香45±3g、没药45±4g、三七粉30±2g、雄黄45±2g、细辛45±4g、樟脑45±3g、冰片20±2g、炮山甲45±4g、生半夏50±2g、生白芥子30±2g、生马钱子60±5g。
上述药物的重量为制备150-180张膏药的药剂用量。在制备过程中可以加入适量的药物添加剂。

丁香12g、血竭12g土鳖虫20g、炒白芥子20g、红花20g、川断20g、蜈蚣20g、全虫20g、马培子20g、水牛角粉20g、乳香45g、没药45g、三七粉30g、雄黄45g、细辛45g、樟脑45g、冰片20g、炮山甲45g、生半夏50g、生白芥子30g、生马钱子60g。
一种活血止痛的膏药的制备方法，包括以下步骤：向药剂A中加入药剂A重量5-8倍水进行煎煮，文火煎煮2-3h，过滤，浓缩至25℃下相对密度为1.36-1.38，得到药膏A；
向药剂B中加入药剂B重量5-8倍的水文火煎煮，煎煮2-2.5h，过滤，浓缩至25℃下相对密度为1.25-1.28，得到药膏B；
将药膏A使用去离子水在4℃下浸泡去毒，每12h换水一次，处理2天，得到膏药A；
将药膏B使用去离子水在25℃下浸泡去毒，每18h换水一次，处理3天，得到膏药B；
将膏药A与膏药B在使用前进行混合，得到膏药。
本发明的膏药经过多年的研制、调整配方及加工方法，使药物的功效十分优良，经过药物的合理配伍，具有活血行气、通络止痛、强筋健骨、凉血消痈、修复骨膜的功效，而且适用范围广，对于跌打损伤、关节炎、肩周炎、腰肌劳损及椎间盘突出等均具有良好的治疗效果，由于药物配比合理，药物的用量少，在使用前将两种药物混合，有利于药物直达病灶，使效果更好，见效更快。
本发明的膏药经过合理的配伍，对身体无毒副作用，对于跌打损伤、关节炎、肩周炎、腰肌劳损及椎间盘突出等均具有良好的治疗效果，尤其对于骨质增生及肩周炎治疗效果更佳，经过在安徽省界首市3年的临床验证，对628例肩周炎患者进行治疗，治疗后患者均出现明显的好转，有效率达到94.58%，治愈率达到81.8%，用药周期为8-15天，其中治愈率指患者用药后病情痊愈且1年不复发；有效指患者用药后病情明显好转，且1年内未出现病情加重。
对于325名骨质增生患者进行治疗，用药周期为10-45天，根据病情轻重进行调整，结果显示，有效率达到95.4%，治愈率82.15%，有效指患者用药后病情明显减轻，且结束用药半年内未出现加重情况；治愈是指患者用药后无不适症状，可以进行正常的劳动，完全不影响正常生活，能进行较重的体力劳动，1年内未出现明显加重。

典型案例：
李某，男，48岁，界首市西城人，患有肩周炎3年，肩部疼痛严重，手臂动作受限，严重影响正常生活，使用本发明的膏药涂于患处，每2天换药一次，连续使用10天，患者肩部疼痛症状基本消失，手臂基本可以正常活动，用药20天，肩部疼痛症状完全消失，手臂可以自由活动，继续使用10天，患者痊愈，1年未出现复发或其他不适症状。
孙某，女，43岁，界首市人，患有肩周炎2年，肩部疼痛严重，无法正常工作，来找本申请人求药，使用本发明的膏药15天，患者肩部疼痛症状完全消失，继续使用5天，患者痊愈，1年没有复发。
林某，男，58岁，年轻时工作较重，患上腰肌劳损，经常出现腰酸、腰疼症状，无法负重，使用本发明的膏药进行治疗，使用5天，患者症状明显缓解，使用40天，患者完全康复，至今两年未出现反复，而且患者能够从事一定强度的劳动。
李某，男，18岁，腕关节挫伤，肿胀疼痛，经检查未出现关节错位现象，使用本发明的膏药敷于患处，使用1天，患处疼痛基本消失，肿胀也大大减轻，使用3天，患处基本恢复正常。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种活血止痛的膏药，其特征在于：所述药剂A按重量计由以下原料制成：麻黄60g、豨签草50g、海风藤50g、羌活50g、桂枝50g、生马钱子30g、田七10g、 生龙骨15g、炮甲15g、白附子30g、乳香20g 、没药20g 筚拔30g、山奈20g、独活20g、玄参25g、党归40g、荆芥35g、双花30g、川椒40g、干姜45g、木瓜45g、川穹40g、牛膝50g、杜仲50g、生川乌40g、生草乌40g、生南星40g、生半夏40g、一枝蒿50g、丹参60g、皂刺60g、天龙45g、地龙60g、防风30g、生地50g、莪术90g、三棱90g、桃仁60g、白芷50g、姜黄50g、蛇床子50g、透骨草60g、黄柏60g、灵仙60g、生元胡30g、鸡血藤60g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种活血止痛的膏药，其特征在于：所述药剂B按重量计由以下原料制成：
丁香12g、血竭12g土鳖虫20g、炒白芥子20g、红花20g、川断20g、蜈蚣20g、全虫20g、马培子20g、水牛角粉20g、乳香45g、没药45g、三七粉30g、雄黄45g、细辛45g、樟脑45g、冰片20g、炮山甲45g、生半夏50g、生白芥子30g、生马钱子60g。
4.一种权利要求1、2、3或4所述的活血止痛的膏药的制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：向药剂A中加入药剂A重量5-8倍水进行煎煮，文火煎煮2-3h，过滤，浓缩至25℃下相对密度为1.36-1.38，得到药膏A；
向药剂B中加入药剂B重量5-8倍的水文火煎煮，煎煮2-2.5h，过滤，浓缩至25℃下相对密度为1.25-1.28，得到药膏B；
将药膏A使用去离子水在4℃下浸泡去毒，每12h换水一次，处理2天，得到膏药A；
将药膏B使用去离子水在25℃下浸泡去毒，每18h换水一次，处理3天，得到膏药B；
将膏药A与膏药B在使用前进行混合，得到膏药。
