Abstract
本发明公开了一种保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂，其原料包括皂基、铁皮石斛提取物、牛蒂子、银花、荆荠、防风、苍耳子、连翘、败酱草、玄参、白蒺藜、蒲公英、薄荷、三棱、莪术、海藻、昆布、生地、夏枯草、蝉蜕、蚤休、丹参、侧柏叶、黄芩、田七、灭花粉、黄连、苦参、金蝎、硫磺、香料、薄荷油、甜杏仁油和酪梨油。本发明还提出上述的一种保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂的制备方法。本发明制备得到的药皂保湿效果好，具有治痤疮的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及，尤其涉及一种保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着工业和城市的发展，环境越来越差，空气的污染物和灰尘越来越多，严重危害着人们的健康。然后因皮脂腺分泌过多而皮脂中亚油酸含量明显减少，导致腺上皮过度角化，皮脂不易排除，空气的灰尘和细菌会引起痤疮的生成，严重危害着人们的健康，现在技术中的肥皂和化妆品，化学成份多，抗生素含量高，会造成皮肤营养缺失，产生依赖性，因此发明一种具有保湿和治痤疮的中药提取物药皂是目前现有技术亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题，本发明提出一种保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂及其制备方法，制备得到的药皂保湿性好，具有治疗痤疮的功效。
本发明提出的一种保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂，其原料按重量份包括：皂基50-80份、铁皮石斛提取物2-5份、牛蒂子1-4份、银花3-5份、荆荠1-5份、防风2-6份、苍耳子3-6份、连翘1-4份、败酱草2-5份、玄参3-5份、白蒺藜1-4份、蒲公英3-6份、薄荷2-5份、三棱1-4份、莪术3-6份、海藻2-8份、昆布1-4份、生地3-6份、夏枯草1-5份、蝉蜕2-4份、蚤休3-9份、丹参2-5份、侧柏叶1-3份、黄芩2-5份、田七1-4份、灭花粉1-3份、黄连2-4份、苦参1-4份、金蝎2-5份、硫磺3-6份、香料1-4份、薄荷油2-5份、甜杏仁油3-8份、酪梨油4-8份。
优选地，铁皮石斛提取物按如下工艺进行制备：将铁皮石斛研磨成粉，过筛后得20-40目粉末状物料，然后加入质量分数为80-90％乙醇混合均匀，加热至60-80℃，回流脱脂0.5-1.5h，弃去残渣，干燥得物料a，然后将物料a和水混合均匀，升温至90-100℃，水浴回流提取50-70min，冷却至室温后过滤，弃去残渣得到物料b，接着向物料b中加入无水乙醇，摇匀，冷藏静置过夜，然后于3800-4200r/min离心15-25min，弃去上清液得到物料c，接着将物料c加无水乙醇洗涤1-3次，离心弃去上清液得到物料d，然后将物料d干燥，冷却至室温得到铁皮石斛提取物。
优选地，皂基、铁皮石斛提取物、硫磺、香料、薄荷油、甜杏仁油和酪梨油的重量比为55-75：3-4：4-5：2-3：3-4：4-7：5-7。

S2、将皂基加热融化，接着加入物料A、铁皮石斛提取物、硫磺、香料、薄荷油、甜杏仁油和酪梨油搅拌均匀，注模，冷却凝固，成型倒模，干燥后冷却至室温得到保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂。
本发明的一种保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂，其原料包括皂基、铁皮石斛提取物、牛蒂子、银花、荆荠、防风、苍耳子、连翘、败酱草、玄参、白蒺藜、蒲公英、薄荷、三棱、莪术、海藻、昆布、生地、夏枯草、蝉蜕、蚤休、丹参、侧柏叶、黄芩、田七、灭花粉、黄连、苦参、金蝎、硫磺、香料、薄荷油、甜杏仁油和酪梨油。其中以皂基为主料，以牛蒂子、银花、荆荠、防风、苍耳子、连翘、败酱草、玄参、白蒺藜、蒲公英、薄荷、三棱、莪术、海藻、昆布、生地、夏枯草、蝉蜕、蚤休、丹参、侧柏叶、黄芩、田七、灭花粉、黄连、苦参和金蝎作为中药成份，并经过提取后加入到融化的皂基中，然后再加入铁皮石斛提取物、硫磺、香料、薄荷油、甜杏仁油和酪梨油经过搅拌，注模，冷却凝固，成型倒模，干燥，冷却至室温后得到药皂；其中牛蒂子、银花、荆荠、防风、苍耳子、连翘、败酱草、玄参、白蒺藜、蒲公英、薄荷、三棱、莪术、海藻、昆布、生地、夏枯草、蝉蜕、蚤休、丹参、侧柏叶、黄芩、田七、灭花粉、黄连、苦参和金蝎相互配合，不仅为皮肤提供了丰富的营养物质，且能够抑制皮脂腺分泌，提高本发明药皂的治痤疮的功效；添加的硫磺、香料、薄荷油、甜杏仁油和酪梨油作为添加剂，能够有效杀菌，使本发明的药皂具有芳香的气味，刺激行小，保湿行更好。

本发明提出的一种保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂，其原料按重量份包括：皂基65份、铁皮石斛提取物3.5份、牛蒂子2.5份、银花4份、荆荠3份、防风4份、苍耳子4.5份、连翘2.5份、败酱草3.5份、玄参4份、白蒺藜2.5份、蒲公英4.5份、薄荷3.5份、三棱2.5份、莪术4.5份、海藻5份、昆布2.5份、生地4.5份、夏枯草3份、蝉蜕3份、蚤休6份、丹参3.5份、侧柏叶2份、黄芩3.5份、田七2.5份、灭花粉2份、黄连3份、苦参2.5份、金蝎3.5份、硫磺4.5份、香料2.5份、薄荷油3.5份、甜杏仁油5.5份、酪梨油6份。
铁皮石斛提取物按如下工艺进行制备：将铁皮石斛研磨成粉，过筛后得30目粉末状物料，然后加入质量分数为85％乙醇混合均匀，加热至70℃，回流脱脂1h，弃去残渣，干燥得物料a，然后将物料a和水混合均匀，升温至95℃，水浴回流提取60min，冷却至室温后过滤，弃去残渣得到物料b，接着向物料b中加入无水乙醇，摇匀，冷藏静置过夜，然后于4000r/min离心20min，弃去上清液得到物料c，接着将物料c加无水乙醇洗涤2次，离心弃去上清液得到物料d，然后将物料d干燥，冷却至室温得到铁皮石斛提取物。
本发明提出的一种保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂的制备方法，包括如下步骤：

S2、将皂基加热融化，接着加入物料A、铁皮石斛提取物、硫磺、香料、薄荷油、甜杏仁油和酪梨油搅拌均匀，注模，冷却凝固，成型倒模，干燥后冷却至室温得到保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂。

铁皮石斛提取物按如下工艺进行制备：将铁皮石斛研磨成粉，过筛后得20目粉末状物料，然后加入质量分数为90％乙醇混合均匀，加热至60℃，回流脱脂1.5h，弃去残渣，干燥得物料a，然后将物料a和水混合均匀，升温至90℃，水浴回流提取70min，冷却至室温后过滤，弃去残渣得到物料b，接着向物料b中加入无水乙醇，摇匀，冷藏静置过夜，然后于3800r/min离心25min，弃去上清液得到物料c，接着将物料c加无水乙醇洗涤1次，离心弃去上清液得到物料d，然后将物料d干燥，冷却至室温得到铁皮石斛提取物。

本发明提出的一种保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂，其原料按重量份包括：皂基80份、铁皮石斛提取物2份、牛蒂子4份、银花3份、荆荠5份、防风2份、苍耳子6份、连翘1份、败酱草5份、玄参3份、白蒺藜4份、蒲公英3份、薄荷5份、三棱1份、莪术6份、海藻2份、昆布4份、生地3份、夏枯草5份、蝉蜕2份、蚤休9份、丹参2份、侧柏叶3份、黄芩2份、田七4份、灭花粉1份、黄连4份、苦参1份、金蝎5份、硫磺3份、香料4份、薄荷油2份、甜杏仁油8份、酪梨油4份。
铁皮石斛提取物按如下工艺进行制备：将铁皮石斛研磨成粉，过筛后得40目粉末状物料，然后加入质量分数为80％乙醇混合均匀，加热至80℃，回流脱脂0.5h，弃去残渣，干燥得物料a，然后将物料a和水混合均匀，升温至100℃，水浴回流提取50min，冷却至室温后过滤，弃去残渣得到物料b，接着向物料b中加入无水乙醇，摇匀，冷藏静置过夜，然后于4200r/min离心15min，弃去上清液得到物料c，接着将物料c加无水乙醇洗涤3次，离心弃去上清液得到物料d，然后将物料d干燥，冷却至室温得到铁皮石斛提取物。
本发明提出的一种保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
S1、将牛蒂子、银花、荆荠、防风、苍耳子、连翘、败酱草、玄参、白蒺藜、蒲公英、薄荷、三棱、莪术、海藻、昆布、生地、夏枯草、蝉蜕、蚤休、丹参、侧柏叶、黄芩、田七、灭花粉、黄连、苦参和金蝎切碎后加水混合均匀，煎煮3h，过滤取滤液，接着将滤液加热浓缩成膏状，得到物料A；
S2、将皂基加热融化，接着加入物料A、铁皮石斛提取物、硫磺、香料、薄荷油、甜杏仁油和酪梨油搅拌均匀，注模，冷却凝固，成型倒模，干燥后冷却至室温得到保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂，其原料按重量份包括：皂基55份、铁皮石斛提取物4份、牛蒂子2份、银花4.5份、荆荠2份、防风5份、苍耳子4份、连翘3份、败酱草3份、玄参4.5份、白蒺藜2份、蒲公英5份、薄荷3份、三棱3份、莪术4份、海藻7份、昆布2份、生地5份、夏枯草2份、蝉蜕3.5份、蚤休4份、丹参4份、侧柏叶1.5份、黄芩4份、田七2份、灭花粉2.5份、黄连2.5份、苦参3份、金蝎3份、硫磺5份、香料2份、薄荷油4份、甜杏仁油4份、酪梨油7份。
铁皮石斛提取物按如下工艺进行制备：将铁皮石斛研磨成粉，过筛后得25目粉末状物料，然后加入质量分数为88％乙醇混合均匀，加热至65℃，回流脱脂1.2h，弃去残渣，干燥得物料a，然后将物料a和水混合均匀，升温至92℃，水浴回流提取65min，冷却至室温后过滤，弃去残渣得到物料b，接着向物料b中加入无水乙醇，摇匀，冷藏静置过夜，然后于3900r/min离心22min，弃去上清液得到物料c，接着将物料c加无水乙醇洗涤1次，离心弃去上清液得到物料d，然后将物料d干燥，冷却至室温得到铁皮石斛提取物。
本发明提出的一种保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
S1、将牛蒂子、银花、荆荠、防风、苍耳子、连翘、败酱草、玄参、白蒺藜、蒲公英、薄荷、三棱、莪术、海藻、昆布、生地、夏枯草、蝉蜕、蚤休、丹参、侧柏叶、黄芩、田七、灭花粉、黄连、苦参和金蝎切碎后加水混合均匀，煎煮1.5h，过滤取滤液，接着将滤液加热浓缩成膏状，得到物料A；
S2、将皂基加热融化，接着加入物料A、铁皮石斛提取物、硫磺、香料、薄荷油、甜杏仁油和酪梨油搅拌均匀，注模，冷却凝固，成型倒模，干燥后冷却至室温得到保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂，其原料按重量份包括：皂基75份、铁皮石斛提取物3份、牛蒂子3份、银花3.5份、荆荠4份、防风3份、苍耳子5份、连翘2份、败酱草4份、玄参3.5份、白蒺藜3份、蒲公英4份、薄荷4份、三棱2份、莪术5份、海藻3份、昆布3份、生地4份、夏枯草4份、蝉蜕2.5份、蚤休8份、丹参3份、侧柏叶2.5份、黄芩3份、田七3份、灭花粉1.5份、黄连3.5份、苦参2份、金蝎4份、硫磺4份、香料3份、薄荷油3份、甜杏仁油7份、酪梨油5份。
铁皮石斛提取物按如下工艺进行制备：将铁皮石斛研磨成粉，过筛后得35目粉末状物料，然后加入质量分数为82％乙醇混合均匀，加热至75℃，回流脱脂0.8h，弃去残渣，干燥得物料a，然后将物料a和水混合均匀，升温至98℃，水浴回流提取55min，冷却至室温后过滤，弃去残渣得到物料b，接着向物料b中加入无水乙醇，摇匀，冷藏静置过夜，然后于4100r/min离心18min，弃去上清液得到物料c，接着将物料c加无水乙醇洗涤3次，离心弃去上清液得到物料d，然后将物料d干燥，冷却至室温得到铁皮石斛提取物。
本发明提出的一种保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
S1、将牛蒂子、银花、荆荠、防风、苍耳子、连翘、败酱草、玄参、白蒺藜、蒲公英、薄荷、三棱、莪术、海藻、昆布、生地、夏枯草、蝉蜕、蚤休、丹参、侧柏叶、黄芩、田七、灭花粉、黄连、苦参和金蝎切碎后加水混合均匀，煎煮2.5h，过滤取滤液，接着将滤液加热浓缩成膏状，得到物料A；
S2、将皂基加热融化，接着加入物料A、铁皮石斛提取物、硫磺、香料、薄荷油、甜杏仁油和酪梨油搅拌均匀，注模，冷却凝固，成型倒模，干燥后冷却至室温得到保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂。

1.一种保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂，其特征在于，其原料按重量份包括：皂基50-80份、铁皮石斛提取物2-5份、牛蒂子1-4份、银花3-5份、荆荠1-5份、防风2-6份、苍耳子3-6份、连翘1-4份、败酱草2-5份、玄参3-5份、白蒺藜1-4份、蒲公英3-6份、薄荷2-5份、三棱1-4份、莪术3-6份、海藻2-8份、昆布1-4份、生地3-6份、夏枯草1-5份、蝉蜕2-4份、蚤休3-9份、丹参2-5份、侧柏叶1-3份、黄芩2-5份、田七1-4份、灭花粉1-3份、黄连2-4份、苦参1-4份、金蝎2-5份、硫磺3-6份、香料1-4份、薄荷油2-5份、甜杏仁油3-8份、酪梨油4-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂，其特征在于，铁皮石斛提取物按如下工艺进行制备：将铁皮石斛研磨成粉，过筛后得20-40目粉末状物料，然后加入质量分数为80-90％乙醇混合均匀，加热至60-80℃，回流脱脂0.5-1.5h，弃去残渣，干燥得物料a，然后将物料a和水混合均匀，升温至90-100℃，水浴回流提取50-70min，冷却至室温后过滤，弃去残渣得到物料b，接着向物料b中加入无水乙醇，摇匀，冷藏静置过夜，然后于3800-4200r/min离心15-25min，弃去上清液得到物料c，接着将物料c加无水乙醇洗涤1-3次，离心弃去上清液得到物料d，然后将物料d干燥，冷却至室温得到铁皮石斛提取物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂，其特征在于，皂基、铁皮石斛提取物、硫磺、香料、薄荷油、甜杏仁油和酪梨油的重量比为55-75：3-4：4-5：2-3：3-4：4-7：5-7。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂，其特征在于，皂基、牛蒂子、银花、荆荠、防风、苍耳子、连翘、败酱草、玄参、白蒺藜、蒲公英、薄荷、三棱、莪术、海藻、昆布、生地、夏枯草、蝉蜕、蚤休、丹参、侧柏叶、黄芩、田七、灭花粉、黄连、苦参和金蝎的重量比为55-75：2-3：3.5-4.5：2-4：3-5：4-5：2-3：3-4：3.5-4.5：2-3：4-5：3-4：2-3：4-5：3-7：2-3：4-5：2-4：2.5-3.5：4-8：3-4：1.5-2.5：3-4：2-3：1.5-2.5：2.5-3.5：2-3：3-4。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂，其特征在于，其原料按重量份包括：皂基55-75份、铁皮石斛提取物3-4份、牛蒂子2-3份、银花3.5-4.5份、荆荠2-4份、防风3-5份、苍耳子4-5份、连翘2-3份、败酱草3-4份、玄参3.5-4.5份、白蒺藜2-3份、蒲公英4-5份、薄荷3-4份、三棱2-3份、莪术4-5份、海藻3-7份、昆布2-3份、生地4-5份、夏枯草2-4份、蝉蜕2.5-3.5份、蚤休4-8份、丹参3-4份、侧柏叶1.5-2.5份、黄芩3-4份、田七2-3份、灭花粉1.5-2.5份、黄连2.5-3.5份、苦参2-3份、金蝎3-4份、硫磺4-5份、香料2-3份、薄荷油3-4份、甜杏仁油4-7份、酪梨油5-7份。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂，其特征在于，其原料按重量份包括：皂基65份、铁皮石斛提取物3.5份、牛蒂子2.5份、银花4份、荆荠3份、防风4份、苍耳子4.5份、连翘2.5份、败酱草3.5份、玄参4份、白蒺藜2.5份、蒲公英4.5份、薄荷3.5份、三棱2.5份、莪术4.5份、海藻5份、昆布2.5份、生地4.5份、夏枯草3份、蝉蜕3份、蚤休6份、丹参3.5份、侧柏叶2份、黄芩3.5份、田七2.5份、灭花粉2份、黄连3份、苦参2.5份、金蝎3.5份、硫磺4.5份、香料2.5份、薄荷油3.5份、甜杏仁油5.5份、酪梨油6份。
7.一种根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
S1、将牛蒂子、银花、荆荠、防风、苍耳子、连翘、败酱草、玄参、白蒺藜、蒲公英、薄荷、三棱、莪术、海藻、昆布、生地、夏枯草、蝉蜕、蚤休、丹参、侧柏叶、黄芩、田七、灭花粉、黄连、苦参和金蝎切碎后加水混合均匀，煎煮1-3h，过滤取滤液，接着将滤液加热浓缩成膏状，得到物料A；
S2、将皂基加热融化，接着加入物料A、铁皮石斛提取物、硫磺、香料、薄荷油、甜杏仁油和酪梨油搅拌均匀，注模，冷却凝固，成型倒模，干燥后冷却至室温得到保湿治痤疮的铁皮石斛提取物药皂。
