本发明涉及一种治疗慢性肝炎的中药组合物及其制备方法，由如下重量份的原料药制成：牡蛎28‑32份、败酱草28‑32份、鱼腥草28‑32份、金钱草28‑32份、连翘13‑17份、陈皮13‑17份、蒲公英13‑17份、冬瓜子13‑17份、香附8‑12份、乌药8‑12份、丝瓜络8‑12份、木香8‑12份、牡丹皮8‑12份、麦芽8‑12份、黄芩8‑12份、清半夏8‑12份。本发明具有疗效好、见效快、制备方法简单的优点。

Description

一种治疗慢性肝炎的中药组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，特别是涉及一种治疗慢性肝炎的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
慢性肝炎是指由不同病因引起的，病程至少持续超过6个月以上的肝脏坏死和炎症，如感染肝炎病毒，长期饮酒，服用肝毒性药物等。临床上可有相应的症状、体征和肝生化检查异常，也可以无明显临床症状，仅有肝组织的坏死和炎症。病程呈波动性或持续进行性，如不进行适当的治疗，部分患者可进展为肝硬化。
目前，治疗慢性肝炎的药物较多，但存在疗效不稳定、治疗时间长等不足。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：为解决现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种治疗慢性肝炎的中药组合物及其制备方法。
一种治疗慢性肝炎的中药组合物，由如下重量份的原料药制成：牡蛎28-32份、败酱草28-32份、鱼腥草28-32份、金钱草28-32份、连翘13-17份、陈皮13-17份、蒲公英13-17份、冬瓜子13-17份、香附8-12份、乌药8-12份、丝瓜络8-12份、木香8-12份、牡丹皮8-12份、麦芽8-12份、黄芩8-12份、清半夏8-12份。
所述的治疗慢性肝炎的中药组合物，其优选是：由如下重量份的原料药制成：牡蛎30份、败酱草30份、鱼腥草30份、金钱草30份、连翘15份、陈皮15份、蒲公英15份、冬瓜子15份、香附10份、乌药10份、丝瓜络10份、木香10份、牡丹皮10份、麦芽10份、黄芩10份、清半夏10份。
所述的治疗慢性肝炎的中药组合物的制备方法，由所述中药组合物按常规方法制成浓缩丸或浓缩胶囊。
本发明用上述各原料药及其配比所制成的中药组合物，具有益气养血、疏肝解毒的作用，从而达到治疗慢性肝炎的目的。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的有益效果是：本发明具有疗效好、见效快、制备方法简单的优点。
下面结合临床实验说明本发明的有益效果：
（1）临床资料：本发明共治疗慢性肝炎患者70例，年龄为19-63岁。
（2）治疗方法：患者每次取本发明的浓缩丸或浓缩胶囊3-5克口服，每天早、晚各服用一份；30天为一个疗程。
（3）疗效评价标准：
治愈 ：临床症状、体征完全消失，肝功能恢复正常；
好转：临床症状、体征均有好转，肝功能接近正常；
未愈：临床症状、体征及肝功能无明显改善。
（4）治疗结果：本发明共治疗慢性肝炎患者70例，经过2-6个疗程的治疗，治愈45例，占64.3%，好转21例，占30%，未愈4例，占5.7%，有效率为94.3%，未见任何副作用。
（5）典型病例：
1、赵某，女，46岁，肢软乏力，浑身没劲，肝功能转氨酶持续不正常，经诊断为慢性肝炎患者；使用本发明的中药组合物3个疗程治愈。
2、方某某，女，57岁，肢软乏力，腹胀、消化不良，肝功能转氨酶持续不正常，血浆白蛋白、血总胆红素等不合格，经诊断为慢性肝炎患者；使用本发明的中药组合物5个疗程治愈。

一种治疗慢性肝炎的中药组合物，由如下重量份的原料药制成：牡蛎30份、败酱草30份、鱼腥草30份、金钱草30份、连翘15份、陈皮15份、蒲公英15份、冬瓜子15份、香附10份、乌药10份、丝瓜络10份、木香10份、牡丹皮10份、麦芽10份、黄芩10份、清半夏10份。
所述的治疗慢性肝炎的中药组合物的制备方法，由所述中药组合物按常规方法制成浓缩丸或浓缩胶囊。
